Town house studio next to Yerevan

I had a wonderful stay at Vahagn's cozy apartment in this peaceful village, not far from Yerevan. The apartment itself was comfortable and spotlessly clean, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Vahagn was incredibly helpful and communicative, ensuring that I felt right at home. Attractions like Hovhannavank, Saghmosavank, and the Armenian Alphabet Park are nearby. And getting to Yerevan was convenient, with a bus and marshrutka stop a manageable walk away. I highly recommend Vahagn's place for a quiet, convenient, and comfortable place to stay.

It is the best airbnb Accomodation ever! This is really good and awesome place. Close to downtown. Very quiet and peaceful. I think story about my checkin says more. When I arrived, Van immediately advised me on the best and cheapest way to get there. When I arrived, Wang immediately invited me to sit on the top floor with some company and drink some homemade wine. Needless to say, it was an incredibly warm and pleasant evening. And it was only the evening of the first day! I give this place 100 out of 5 star!

Cozy place to stay in a great spot We were able to enjoy the local beauty (you can walk on your own throughout). The kitchen was occupied, but highlighted the kitchen in another unoccupied cabin. There are animals in the Eco house, but it didn't bother us. Come, do not regret it.

In general, the listing and photos are accurate. The hostess is responsive, the yard with a garden is present, everything you need for your stay is available, the room and bathtub are clean. It's important to understand two things: 1. The room is really small and more suitable for overnight stays, because the two of us can't turn around much anymore. 2. The location although close to the center, but it is still a private sector, you need to walk or wait for a taxi to all the active life. If you take it, it's a great place to stay, especially for your money.

The most wonderful place and the kindest of hosts. The house is full of character, peaceful, with a beautiful garden where walnuts, peaches and pears grow. The host family living in the big house next door do honour to Armenia’s legendary hospitality. We were treated as friends and we will keep the warmest memories of our stay.

Great place to stay and a very helpful and helpful host! My husband and I were lucky enough to book this place in the last minutes before arrival and we were very happy! Quiet, has everything you need both inside the apartment and in the courtyard(lounge area, barbecue, entrance to the courtyard by code ). There are a lot of shops nearby where you can buy food ( which is important, on the map if you do not have cash). From the airport 10-15 min , depending on traffic. Eva , the host, is very friendly and you can see that she loves and knows her business! I definitely recommend it!

This was my second stay in this fantastic apartment. I recommend it wholeheartedly: the great terrace and the open plan kitchen-dining-living rooms are unique. The place is very stylish, homely and cosy. I noticed this time how well equipped the apartment is, the kitchen for example. Everything you might need is there. The host was very helpful and flexible when it came to check in and check out times.

Karo was a wonderful host! He really moved mountains just to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable, together with his brother Narek. When there was a problem with the internet, he immediately went to the unit even if it was already 10pm, just to fix it. He also offered us private tour services using his car and provided snacks for our family, and even dropped us off at the airport at around 11pm. Thank you so much for the extra mile, for the generosity and kindness of your family. May the Lord bless you even more!

We had a wonderful stay thanks to the kindness and generosity of our hosts. Despite the language barrier (we are French), we communicated well and were able to communicate in a friendly way. The place is very peaceful, with a beautiful garden. We received so many beautiful touches, and are very grateful for it. Avik is extremely friendly and professional. He offered to pick me up from my previous place, invited me to lunch and and gifted me 2 bottles of great tasting wine. The place is very cosy and all amenities are included with great location. Great experience all in all. Highly recommended.

Great house with beautiful and spacious rooms! We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and the property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was a highlight for our family—it was very easy to use and well-equipped with plenty of utensils and essentials, making it perfect for preparing meals together. Sumbat, the house owner’s brother, was an excellent caretaker—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Such lovely people made the experience even more special. Thank you, Sumbat, for your hospitality! The location was peaceful and convenient, and the house was comfortable and inviting. A few suggestions for improvement: adding barbecue equipment would be a fantastic addition, and some bathroom pipes and switches could use a bit of upgrading. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we hope to come back again. Highly recommended.

Apartment on the suburb of Yerevan in a family house in a quiet quarter, upstairs, large space, separate entrance, terrace, well furnished. On the ground floor lives the host with his family. Friendly, nice people. The host is also a tourist guide, which is very helpful, he helps to design the program and eventually provides a transport with his car by request.

5. A cosy studio near the center

We stayed in this apartment for almost a month — we really liked everything. Clean, cozy, has everything you need: dishes, hot water, good internet. Slept great, the bed is comfortable, the apartment is very quiet. The center is close, you can easily walk. Magnificent view from the window of the whole city, sometimes from the terrace on the other side you can see Ararat. You won't find a better place in Yerevan. Special thanks to the hosts — very friendly and helpful, helped with check-in and suggested where to go nearby. A great option for those who want to live in Yerevan, feel the atmosphere of the city and at the same time relax in comfortable conditions. Recommended!

Amazing experience. Armine was exceptionally friendly, and always made sure I was comfortable during my stay. Super responsive and super kind, I even got to try homemade Armenian dolma! Entire family was very polite and respectful. House is in a great location, great views of Yerevan and grear value, plus the bus stop in front of the house is convenient. If I ever come back to Armenia I will absolutely stay again 💕💕
