Da ich berufstätig bin bieten wir Frühstück nur auf Anfrage zum Aufpreis von 12,- pro Frühstück pro Person an. Wir sind im Tal zentral gelegen. Im Winter hält der Skibus direkt vor unserem Skikeller. The BLUE ROOM with balcony and lake view is one of 4 double rooms with its own. Bath that are on the 1st floor of the Auerberghaus. Included in the price is a rich breakfast. There is a common room and a shared kitchen with huge, covered balcony. The house surrounds a beautiful garden with a small pond, which is available to guests for quiet use by arrangement. Please only dogs by prior arrangement. In addition, there is a holiday home for 6 - 8 persons in the DG.

Enjoy wonderful days in our family guest house, which is run by Heidi and Elisabeth in the second and third generation. The house is located on a quiet and central one-way street, about 5 minutes walk from the train station and Zugspitzbahnhof. The two centers of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are within 10 minutes walking distance also such as Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlor, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants. Mountain views are guaranteed.

You will have a room in a typical bavarian house. The house is at the end of a dead end. It´s very calm over there. The bed is 200 x 140 cm. If there is a second guest, I will charge an other 15.—Euro. There are 3 dogs in the house, so you shouldn´t be afraid of dogs or being allergic. They are used to other dogs. To Ammersee you have about 500 meters. If you want to visit Munic. It´s a 1 hour ride by train, or about 45 minutes by car.

Our old Austrian house in the traditional Austrian Village of Pettneu is located 10 minutes from the international area of St Anton. This room is located on the top floor in the corner and the view is east. It is perfectly comfortable for 2 people, and has a separate bathroom with shower (by this I mean En Suite) We provide a daily breakfast between 0730 and 0900.
