Apartment holiday rentals in Garland County

The location was just what we were hoping for. I got to spend time on the lake in my kayak and my partner spent time at the fitness center. We also enjoyed the nearby trails. The space was cozy and overall comfortable.

This is a cozy space that my partner and I really enjoyed. It’s in a beautiful area, private, very well maintained and is such a great deal for the price. The balcony was a wonderful addition, letting you take in the mountainside that the home is nestled on. It was very clean inside and smelled wonderful. The place had every amenity that you would need as well, much better than a suite at a hotel room, priced much better as well. We would stay again for sure!

The beds were very comfortable and the area was spacious. We were worried about if the stay was private, but the areas of the house are completely separated, so you don't have to worry about bumping into other guests. Overall, really loved the stay! Be careful on the back staircase steps though, as they don't feel sturdy.

I stayed here for hot spring travel and 5 min away from hot spring down town and i enjoyed this stay with affordable prices. This house is well renovated and no any issues when I stayed in here.

My husband and I chose this place for our one year anniversary and it was absolutely beautiful! We were on a budget so the price was good for us and it was well worth it! Best place you could get for the price! There was amazing scenery and it was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend for any couple wanting a cute cozy get away!

Definitely a great place for a short 1-2 day trip to the area or just somewhere to stay while passing through Hot Springs. It had very comfy decor, was tidy, and all listed amenities were set up conveniently. The surrounding area was somewhat seedy but wasn't bad at all.

Denise and Johnny made my visit feel like I was visiting family. Amazing apartment that's easy to access. They communicated with me almost from the time I booked with them. Great hosts and provided very clear instructions. Will definitely book with them again.

I have never written a review on anyone or anything but I had to on this place. It was amazing! The host was so awesome and sweet. He replied within minutes of me texting him. He was all the way in Fayetteville and making sure we were good & answered all my questions during the time. We had a small issue with our bathroom but he was there IMMEDIATELY & fixed it right then even after I told him it was no biggie or rush! I recommend 100!!! I’m thinking about booking for Christmas!

The home was exquisitely decorated. Everything was high quality. The bedding extremely comfortable and the view was amazing. You would not be disappointed, I promise.

Amazing Accommodations. The view was unbelievable, great seating inside and out. We especially loved the lounge chairs inside that spun 360 degrees so we could enjoy the view while sitting inside. Beautiful boardwalk along the lake to enjoy, super quiet location and still close to all that Hot Springs has to offer. We were impressed and highly recommend this location to others. It has it all. Julie was on it with everything there were so many wonderful things in the unit for us to use. Unbelievable.

Great spot right off highway 7! Perfect for a small family weekend away!

We had a fantastic weekend at Kim’s place right on the lake! We were steps away from swimming and kayaking in our backyard. It was so peaceful and such a great getaway to unwind. Our daughter (4) loved swimming and kayaking. One of my favorite AirBNB’s ever!

Nice little apartment. The bed is very comfy. Water pressure in the shower is great. TV is big and you can sign into your Netflix account. The only two things that are a little less than ideal are the carpet in the bathroom and the stairs/walkway down to/up from the downstairs apartment. I tripped a couple times, but I’m kinda clumsy. I’m thinking the walkway could use more smaller gravel rocks/pebbles to make it a little safer and easier to walk. In all, it was a great stay and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Our host Deborah was amazing. Very helpful with things to do in town. Cabin was clean and neat. The room was connected to the lake house that host was staying in but still felt private.

We had a wonderful time staying here. High quality furniture, comfy beds and soft towels. It felt like no expense had been spared, certainly better than the average Airbnb. There is a Mexican restaurant immediately outside the gate to the complex, it’s tasty, you should book this place and eat there. My kids enjoyed the basketball court and beach volleyball net which you get access to. Kitchen and was well stocked, we cooked a Thanksgiving meal here for 6 people and kitchen was easily up to the job. The lake view is also stunning.

The condo was amazing, the view incredible. Would highly recommend staying here. We look forward to returning to this beautiful place.

Mimi’s place was great! Had all the amenities as listed, very clean, and comfortable. Mimi went above and beyond and got birthday goodies for my partners birthday too! Had a wonderful time and have now stayed through Mimi two times and would continue to do so on future visits!

Very close to everything HOT SPRINGS! Super spacious with the bonus room that also has a TV!

The condo was amazing! Loved the lake views from the big open windows. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were provided with some fresh flowers for the breakfast table and chocolates that was very nice. We will definitely be booking this rental in the future.
