Holiday rentals with a balcony in Gardens

Apartment was very airy and spacious and as shown in the photos. Sit, the housekeeper, was extremely welcoming and friendly. The early check in was much appreciated. Greenpoint is a great location.

I had a great stay at Katrin’s Airbnb! The apartment is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail, making it feel warm and inviting. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Katrin was a wonderful host, and everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended!

Clare was very responsive and proactive which could have been a major concern but she was all over it without blinking. I enjoyed my stay with a beautiful view and a great communication with Clare.

Francis’ place was clean, smelled absolutely amazing and beautifully designed. It’s conveniently located & easy to find. Francis’ as a host was very responsive. The building security was also helpful and friendly. I had a great stay despite the unplanned loadshedding!

The apartment itself is in an amazing location, just steps away from great restaurants and shops, with stunning views that made the experience even better. The team behind the booking was exceptional. Responsive, available and no hassle check-in/out. We were really comfortable in the apartment - from ceiling fans in the bedrooms, to a portable air conditioner, Netflix with surround sound and a large screen television. However, the TV was not used as you have so much in walking distance, that you'd best enjoy your time outside. The property is secure with access control. One road up and you're in the main road of Sea Point with all the shopping and restaurants. Awesome access to the promenade for runs as well as the public swimming pools. If you're a keen outdoors, walking type of person, this is a great property as you can walk to Clifton through Bantry Bay with beautiful views. The apartment also has lots of books to read on that odd day when the weather turns. They have also provided a washer/drier and there is a dishwasher, should you decide to cook. Great property, awesome hosts.

Our stay at Esta-Marita’s place was amazing. We were three couple traveling with an adult child and the accommodations were perfect for us! The entire home was clean and inviting. We spent our evenings by the pool watching the sunset and enjoyed the spacious common room in the main house. Communication was excellent and we received a mid visit check in to ask what we needed. So very thoughtful! Thank you!

Mary Louise's place is awesome. It is right on the beach, on a section that is quiet from the rest of Camp's Bay beach. Very nice. The view is great and the sound of the waves is very refreshing! The location is down the hill from the road. ML's instructions were very clear and there was no problem with them. Parking is on the street. As an american driving on the opposite side of the street, it took a little manuvering to get right. There are narrow stairs down the hillside, so this place would not be for the elderly or those that struggle with stairs. The beds were comfortable and the showers worked well. The kitchen is well stocked and amenities were good. There is a small grocery in Camp's Bay which is easy to find. It is on the far end of the main commercial area. About a 10 minute walk, located next to the Starbucks. We really liked the robes provided. The whole area was comfortable and relaxing and we had a great stay!

Sheena’s place is absolutely wonderful, everything you could want is provided in abundance, the house is beautiful and the view is stunning, you will never tire of that. The house is very well serviced twice a week by Patti who is great and loves a few bags of Yorkshire Tea if you are visiting from the U.K. be sure to bring her some!🤣 We loved our month here, perfect house, perfect hosts, not a fault.

We had a great stay in Seapoint. Laurence was extremely helpful and kindly allowed us an early check in after a long overnight flight. The townhouse is in a quiet area a short walk away from restaurants and the promenade for early morning runs to Greenpoint and Saunders Beach. Sitting outside on the upstairs balcony was very relaxing. Would highly recommend.

As a multi-generational group of 8 from teens to seniors, we were looking for a place large enough to accommodate everyone. This house exceeded our expectations. We felt safe, comfortable, and enjoyed all aspects of our visit. It's a short walk to many smaller beaches, as well as about a 15 minute walk down to Camps Bay's main drag with restaurants, grocery stores and more beach options. It was an excellent base to use to explore all of Cape Town. There's a secure garage if you are self-driving, or a very easy walk up steps to Victoria Road to get an Uber. Excellent kitchen if self-catering, and a pool to cool off after enjoying all that Cape Town has to offer. Thank you to Janine and Rachel for being so responsive and fantastic. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

The Airbnb is amazing such a great house and amazing location with great views of sunset. The house was immaculate. But even better than the house is Naomi who is an incredible host and does so much to ensure we had a great holiday

We stayed in the place for 14 days, 2 couples. We very much enjoyed our time. The house matches the description, is beautifully designed and well maintained. The outside area is well-thought trough, provides sun-protection when sitting outside and offers amazing views over Cape Town and Table Mountain. The house offers 3 bedrooms distributed over 3 floors. A bit of a negative is that although you can close the doors, privacy can be an issue as it is not fully sound proof. Lightning could be better in the bathrooms, but design won over. The service was great, cleaning excellent and the pool was well maintained. The surroundings are great, plenty of coffee places for an easy breakfast, bars and supermarket nearby. Easy to go for a morning run to Green Point and Sea Point. We loved it and highly recommend the place. Thank you.

An excellent property in a great location. 24hr security and a top tier rooftop make this place that extra bit better. Had an issue with the door handle but the team worked swiftly to resolve it.

We stayed here as a group of 5 to finish our time in CPT. Location is perfect, 5 min drive down to the restaurants on camps bay. The views here are amazing, table mountain one way and lions head and the beach the other. Everything is exactly as described, the apartment is beautiful and kept very clean. We had the best time cooking dinners here onto the terrace. Sue was always a message away with anything we needed. Thank you!

Linnea was a great host, fantastic communication throughout and loads of great tips. The property itself was exactly as it looks loads of natural light, comfy bed and a useful little kitchen sea views were lovely as the sun was setting and the balcony was a nice place to get that last bit of sunshine. highly recommend this property and host

Very conveniently situated close to the Gardens Shopping Centre, museums, the Castle and loads of great restaurants. Amazing views of the mountain from a very will fitted, clean, fully equipped and spacious apartment. The MyCiti bus terminal is just across the road and the great thing about this apartment is that you have easy access to many interesting areas of the city and the various beaches. The Company's garden is just a short walk away and if you are just wanting to relax, the gardens at the apartment block are the perfect spot to do so. I would highly recommend a stay in this apartment for its convenient location, easy access to transport and the overall spaciousness, which is a big plus. The size along with the price make this a great value apartment. I will definitely be back.
