Modern Elegance: Luxury Retreat

Andrew was super responsive and easy to get in touch with. He is a very good host. His place is lovely. Very well appointed and pristine. It was a very convenient location for us to attend a FSU football came. Each couple had their own private bathroom which is a plus. The laundry room was also a plus because my Freshman son asked Mom to do his laundry :) :) I would definitely book his place again.

All was well! We especially appreciated Tim’s flexibility on arrival time due to vehicle troubles and wedding to attend. Absolute only negative item was the thick, high pillows in the bed. We just went and bought what suited us. We’d stay again and bring our own pillows👍😁

The home was beautiful for us and our family! Richard was super quick to reply and helpful! The place spacious and charming but not cluttered! We needed nothing while there except food lol. And the fireplace was fantastic- we looked at several airbnbs prior to this one and found fireplaces listed as amenities that they then told us we weren’t allowed to use so I was grateful Richard’s listing was true to its photos and list! We will be back!!!

Kimberly’s home was clean and well maintained. Navigating the neighborhood to locate the home is a bit tricky (even with clear instructions and GPS) and limited parking which was also clearly explained prior to arrival. Gratefully they also own the home next door so we were able to overcome and once arrived we had minimal reason to leave. The water views from the screen deck and sunsets are worth the minimal hassle.

We loved our stay at the retreat so much we extended a few more days and Kenley was great with our extension and helpful trying to find us another Airbnb when we needed to extend longer but they already had other reservations. If the construction on our property goes longer we will look to rent again.

Tiffany and Antowan are excellent hosts. They were so professional and responsive to the questions I had. The instructions they left were clear and reasonable. And the property was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of space and extremely clean . Beds and furniture were comfortable. We were in town for the Florida State game and the house was not far from the stadium nor from stores and restaurants. I highly recommend and will definitely book again in the future.

This place was just as the pictures described. My husband enyoyed fishing from the dock and I sat and watched. Plenty of comfortable seating on the dock and patio. David was quick to respond . We had a great relaxing time. Hopefully can visit again.

Home Sweet Newly Renovated Home!

The home exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. My freshman sisters and I were in town for our Florida A & M University homecoming weekend. The entire home was immaculate. The amenities were stellar. We loved the screened in back porch, it was our go to spot for morning coffee and tea. The authenticity of the of the home was kept with some of the original colors and designs, however the home was modernized with great touches. The intentional artwork on walls was welcoming, and we enjoyed trying out some of the local venues recommended by our host. The hosts attention to detail made us feel right at home!!!! We will definitely be working with this host in the future. Our host's hospitality made our thirtieth homecoming anniversary that much more special. Thank you!!!
