Holiday rentals with a patio in Funchal

Super nice apartment! We felt very comfortable! We had breakfast at the bakery on the other side of the street. Also highly recommended! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely stunning apartment with a gorgeous rooftop and pool over looking the mountains and Funchal seafront. Felt extremely luxurious but homely too. Right in the centre of Funchal. Hosts were amazing, flexible and extremely helpful.

We really enjoyed the stay - the sunsets from the balcony were our evening highlight! The apartment was great, there was nothing missing. Nellita was always available for questions and very helpful - we'd love to come back!

The balcony with sea view was great and the central location great. Everything within walking distance. Many restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. Despite being centrally located, it was very quiet with the windows closed.

Everything went smoothly, as described and instructed. The host was very helpful and flexible. For example, he agreed to a later checkout. Parking is a bit difficult due to few parking spaces in the neighborhood parking lot. There wasn't always space. On the other hand, there is public parking nearby for €6.5 per night.

We had a great time in this apartment! It is very well located, easy to access, with parking spaces nearby. There is the beach and restaurants 10 minutes away by car. Funchal (the capital) is about a 30 minute drive away and all activities to do on the island are within an hour's drive. The apartment is very pretty and welcoming, the terrace offers a beautiful view of the ocean and the surrounding fields, in which you can observe plenty of animals (sheep, goats, cows). It's also nice to have a hot tub! The hosts were great, they are very responsive by message and always available. We loved our stay in Madeira!

We stayed here for one month and had a fantastic time. Manny is a great host and we felt very welcome. Boaventura is the perfect place if you are looking for a peaceful escape. There is a small supermarket in walking distance with very friendly staff and everything you need. There are a few different trails you can take and enjoy the beautiful nature or just enjoy the sun while sitting on the balcony. The internet is fast and reliable. We highly recommend this place. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Funchal. Mario is a great host and was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly to anyone looking for a cool place to stay.

One of our favourite ever air bnb's, the house is unique with wonderful views, is spotlessly clean and really comfortable. We received the warmest welcome and wonderful homemade goodies. The extra items for our baby were so appreciated. We would stay again if we ever return to Santana.

Amazing place! Beautiful villa, great location, super clean. We had a great time and we would book it again if we ever go back to Madeira. The check in was easy. Dina was answering quickly! The two only downsides : it took us a really long time to find the place, since the adress provided are not on google map. We had to change to Apple map to actually find it. And the parking situation is very complicated... You need to be a really good driver. We're canadians so we're not used to those very narrow streets/parkings. Two cars got stock in the small street while we were there. So we chose to park in the street instead. Those two things are not directly related to that airbnb but we would've loved to know that before getting there. Overall, amazing experience! We would recommand it!

We enjoyed our stay at Antonio's place for a fam of 4 over a week's stay. When we were looking for a place we wanted a rural, quiet hideaway with a beautiful view and that's what we got! Spacious and comfortable, Antonio did a good job as a host, we can recommend the place as an alternative for anyone who doesn't look for 'big city entertainment' but a nice and quiet place to enjoy the island's naure and countryside.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Funchal. The view of the city is absolutely phenomenal. The house is clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located. Marco was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

The location of the apartment is perfect. The apartment itself is spacious, the beds are very comfortable. It was clean, the only problem is the humidity during the winter months. A dehumidifier would be ideal. Antonio is very friendly, as a welcome we got a bottle of good wine and the famous Bolo de mel ❤️

Very nice place to stay with a great terrace. Invites you to read overlooking the sea. Beautiful apartment, which is very spacious. Kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is sufficiently large. The TV in the living room has all the necessary apps. Leonardo was an amazing host who always responded quickly. Only the garage is a little tight. For our rental car (Nissan Qashqai) we decided to park outside.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views, immaculate interiors, and the warm hospitality extended by our host, Valery. The residence itself is a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The space was impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Waking up to breathtaking views every morning was an absolute treat, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Fantastic Stay, Amazing Views, New and Spacious Flat We had an amazing stay in this excellent, bright, and spacious flat. The views—both day and night—are absolutely stunning! The location is perfect, with a local supermarket within walking distance and several great spots for breakfast nearby (we highly recommend Confeitaria [nos.barreiros]) 7min walk. It’s also just a short 5-minute drive to Funchal city centre. Jose is a fantastic host—always responsive, welcoming, and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Very nice apartment, very clean and tidy. In close proximity to the airport but the insulation was so good you wouldn’t even notice the incoming aircraft. Everything was just like it was promised in the insert. Definitely worth the money, we enjoyed our trip to this beautiful island very much.

Large, well-equipped apartment with fabulous balcony. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds with good quality bed linen. Unfortunately during our stay there was excavation work being done (8am -5pm, Monday to Friday) at two building sites nearby, which meant that if we returned to the apartment late afternoon it was just too noisy to take advantage of the balcony - hopefully, once the excavation work has been completed, completion of the buildings will be a much quieter process! Other than the building noise the location is excellent, quiet and a ten minute walk to the heart of Funchal. Irina responded immediately to messages and was very understanding when we lost a set of keys.

Exactly as described, really nice if you want to live somewhere quiet but still be quite close to the city. View from the Balcony was amazing!
