Holiday rentals with lake access in Funatsu

Beautiful views and a very peaceful stay, the place was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Host was very friendly and left us a sweet handwritten note!

A very traditional place with a great view of Mount Fuji.

This place was just nice but the electricity kept cutting off. Only 1 room downstairs and the rest of the rooms and dining area is upstairs. Was shocked by how steep the stairs were to go to the rest of the rooms but overall had a great stay. Just be aware of the steep stairs as our luggage’s were pretty heavy which was hard to carry up

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! They made sure I had everything I needed and even provided helpful local recommendations. The house itself was stunning, spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The real highlight, however, was the view. It is absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to the view of mt fuji on a clear day was something I’ll never forget. The location was also perfect as it is peaceful yet conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and i definitely recommend it.

We checked in very late only for one night, but it was a pleasant stay overall.

Very nice house, good hygiene, old-fashioned furniture, very tastefully decorated, and different from the generally intentionally remodeled house used to make B&Bs, you can see that the overall cost of the house is not good.The room is well stocked.Fuji can be seen on both the first floor and the second floor.It doesn't feel too chilly in the house even when it reaches zero outside.Also would like to stay if there is a chance.

The host is accommodating and the place is huge with well-kept kitchen and bathroom,toilet and even laundry area. The sleeping area is comfortable and clean. Though its a non -smoking house we found the toilet upstairs smells like cigarette when we arrived and it woukd be perfect if the toilet had bidet in it. Nonetheless this listing is a good find! would love to rebook some other time, highly recommended!

I would recommend this place if you’re going to kawaguchi and need a place to stay. This place was great! The place itself felt like home. The space was spacious and they had a good bathroom. The free bicycles were also great for going around kawaguchiko. The hosts were also helpful and very kind. There was a pharmacy just a minute away, restaurants near the stay, it was also near the tunnel that goes through the lake to the city.

Aya is a very helpful and responsive host, she helped us book taxi very late, I really appreciate her help!! The view of Fuji is so nice, and so close! However I don’t recommend people who are afraid of cold to stay there in winter time, it’s freezing even with the air con! I barely sleep at night, I recommend the host can add a heated blanket on the bed

A fantastic stay while visiting the Mt Fuji area! Was very clean and the host was excellent in regards to communication. He allowed us to check in early so we had a place to hold our luggage while we explored. The station pick up and drop off was super convenient! We stayed with our baby and a pack and play fit perfectly in the room!

we absolutely love the place, nice and cozy. Owner always gave us fast response. and everything is so clean. it's in walking distance with local nice restaurants.

The homestay is hygienic but fully equipped.The price is too expensive, and for a trip of four, this price corresponds to a lesser price for the service.

Must praise the host's patience and care.Don't worry about check-in, the host will send information in advance to confirm the arrival time, carefully issue a license plate after arriving at the station, agree and record the delivery time of the next day; and provide suggestions for local restaurants, places to go, and shop, patiently demonstrate how to use the various facilities in the house, and remind you to buy tickets in advance.At night in winter, Kawaguchiko is cold, the only thing is that the air-conditioning noise in the room is somewhat loud, can only be turned off before going to bed, but the room is somewhat cold.

Chihiro place its very great location, nice house. Near the kawaguchiko station and the viral lawson with the background mount fuji. Its really amazing house very comfy to bring famliy and friends. Will come back again ❤️❤️

Excellent hostel, you will definitly not regret your booking.

We couldn’t have been any more happier with our stay. From the moment we checked in the place was super clean, cosy and had a homely feel; But also had the professional services and amenities that any hotel would have. Our hosts both spoke excellent English and were so helpful helping us book buses and hire bikes to cruise around the area. I would give these guys 6 stars if I could the value here is second to none.

It was very suitable for large groups with a large number of rooms.

The accommodation is very well located a minute's walk from the yamanakako lake. we slept on futons, an original and exotic experience. the common areas of the apartment was great and the bike rental is a real plus! I highly recommend this accommodation and the hikes to do around!

We had a great time! There are more than necessary equipment, and I think you can enjoy bonfires and BBQs even for beginners. It is also right down to the river in front of you, and the water is beautiful! It was a cool time this time, so I couldn't play in the river, but I would like to use it again in the summer! Thank you!

We arrived slightly late at the airbnb. And considering that it is winter, it was dark pretty quick. The hosts keep on constant communicating with us and ensure that they will be waiting for our arrival. The airbnb itself exceed our expectations, the amenities, surroundings and etc. cant put any words to it. You need to experience itself. When you wake up to the view of the mount fuji, it is something else. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Even offered to bring us to other interesting area unfortunately we are only there for one night as we are heading to elsewhere. We will for sure will repeat this place again. It is good to disconnect and enjoy the nature.
