Once again, camp Reminiscing did not disappoint!! This was our 4th time here for our annual guys weekend. The house was comfortable and large enough for us. The kitchen was well stocked, and we were able to make some great feasts! Watching football, euchre games, night time astrophotography, and walking the neighborhood were some of our activities. The house was exactly what is pictured. We have been here a few times and each time we were not disappointed. Could use a couple full size mirrors but other than that the place was immaculate and Cindy is very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at Grants Island was just what we needed for a little family getaway! The weather complied, the lake and views from the dock were amazing. The use of the pontoon made for good fishing but even better fishing right off the dock! John was more than accommodating with our needs and communication was easy. The cabin fit 5 of us just fine and everyone enjoyed themselves. The local restaurant had great food and drinks!

Our second time here. Great location. Walkable to town. Located across rt 28 from Water Safari making it easy to access the trails in the winter. Newly renovated with a nice size kitchen and dining area. Plenty of parking for vehicles and a couple trailers. The hosts are super easy to communicate with. Thanks for great stay Katie!

Beautiful home, incredible location close to town, perfect rustic Adirondack feel without “roughing it”. The house was also decorated for the holidays which added to the coziness. Rick and Janice were super response and helpful. My family was so grateful for this find!

We had a great time in a beautiful home! We will definitely be back. Corey is a great host… we had an issue with one of the bathrooms and another issue with the gas fire place. Corey fixed both problems immediately and had a smile on his face the entire time he was there. Thanks Corey!!!!!

We picked this spot to be a launching point for hiking etc. if we’d known how gorgeous the river is right here on Jonathan’s land, we would have built in more time in our trip at the Airbnb!

I really enjoyed my stay. I was going to school for the two week stay and it was very cozy warm (5 degrees outside) and quite which was what i needed to study.

We spent 2 nights in this cozy little house nestled in the heart of the snowy woods, and it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The house was warm, comfortable, and well-equipped, but it was the surroundings that truly made our stay special - the snow-covered trees, the frozen river, and the complete silence all combined to create a sense of stillness and calm that was incredibly rejuvenating. We can't wait to come back and experience it again!

The loft was very clean and it was a great place to stay on our trip being right on the trails. The garage was great to pull our snowmobiles in to for the night.

Great deal of a place if you're looking for somewhere to stay in Rome. Comfortable, warm, and a very responsive host.

We had a very relaxing stay at Lenny abd Boka's place. The driveway was very icy but Lenny was out every morning to put sand around our car so we wouldn't slip and fall!

This cabin is absolutely beautiful, and Salvatore is a phenomenal host! We had a fantastic trip! The cabin is even cuter than the photos and we can’t wait to come back.

Our stay at Tiffany and Adam's cabin was the perfect destination for an anniversary weekend celebration! Tiffany was communicative, detail oriented and so sweet! We loved the serenity of the TR property, the white noise of the babbling creek and the cozy amenities of the cabin. Renting the sxs was a blast and was a great way to explore local trails as a family. An added bonus was having the flexibility to include our dog on vacation. We can't wait to return next year!!

If your looking for a quiet place with the extras this place is for you. Close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Beautiful inside and very homey. we will definitely stay there again. Five stars all the way.

Perfect cozy cabin. Just what we needed 😊

The cabin was perfect. Well maintained and great location. Access was easy and has everything we needed. Loved sitting by the firepit and in the jacuzzi. Access down to the river was great and the landscape beautiful. Close to Old Forge and many hiking trails. Pictures don't do it justice.

This property is just as described. The location is phenomenal- lake front & just a short drive to many hiking trails. We enjoyed using the kayaks, grilling on the barbecue, and sitting around the fire pit at night. On clear nights there were so many stars in the sky that it felt like we were in the planetarium- so beautiful! We would definitely love to stay here again!

This is a beautiful place! The cabin is warm and cozy. The views of the lake are wonderful. Despite the chilly temperatures outside, the cabin was warm. The electric fireplace provided ample heat and created a warm, cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. There is also a very nice set of barbecue tools for grilling outdoors. Upon arrival there were some welcome snacks. All amenities are as listed in the description. There is also a nice array of wine glasses and cocktail supplies. There are many opportunities to enjoy the beauty of the Adirondacks within a reasonable distance- hiking trails, Tupper Lake, Lake Placid. The view from the cabin is great. Sitting at the firepit also provides a good view of the lake. The location is very private and peaceful. Martin is a wonderful host. He was very responsive to all questions prior to and throughout our stay. I highly recommend this location.

We really enjoyed our time at Black Bear Cabin. The quaint little cabin was just what we needed for our little getaway. It was private and peaceful with lots to do in the area. We went hiking and explored the little lake side towns. We highly recommend to anyone looking to unplug for a few days. We will find an excuse to come back and stay at the black Bear Cabin again in the future! Thanks Bonnie

Carol and Jeff were fantastic hosts and their cabin on the lake was exactly what my wife and I were expecting for our baby moon. The property on Sixth Lake was just far enough from town to be peaceful and relaxing but close enough to get a bite to eat, do some shopping, and pick up any needed grocery items. Carol and Jeff provided perfect communication and the house had everything. Oh, and can’t forget the cookies, which were the best. Sean and Katie
