The flat was reasonably priced and very convenient to the Queensway Underground Station. Ben checked us in. He was thorough and friendly. Very responsive and helpful answering questions about the Internet and the washer/dryer unit.

we loved staying here! it was the perfect location for a family trip to London. Only wish we had more time to explore the amazing neighborhood.

Ginny’s place provided a great base for our weekend in Putney. The location is great and the flat itself is a lovely place to come back to. Ginny is an excellent host.

Great location, in a safe and quiet area, with supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops around the corner. 5 min walk from Bays water station. Apartment was on the 6th floor, accessible with a lift, well heated, comfortable and spacious bedroom, bathroom, living room with 2 big sofas ,which can be used as sofa beds. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine and a small balcony make this super clean apartment one of the best home away from home experience. Stephanie is a wonderful host, gives clear directions and she even stocks the kitchen with food, drinks and snacks! Thankyou for hosting us and making our holiday a memorable one.

The accommodation was everything we needed it to be - clean, comfortable, and cosy - and is well located just a short walk from Big Ben and within easy striking distance of Victoria station. Mariusz's place is such an expiernce and waking up to the view it was amazing. Location takes you anywhere you like. Place is spotless and comfortable. The only thing I really disliked it was the day of check out! Wish could stay there longer! Mariusz is amazing host and very helpful! Do not hesitate just book!

Great flat. Exactly as on photos. Everything looked new, spotlessly clean. Host was very responsive, concierge was at the place all the time ready to help. Dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, hoover and everything else you could need so felt like proper home. This place is absolutely great for 4 people. We were 5, so my only small complaint would be that 5th person was sleeping on the inflatable bed. Other than that very nice flat.

I booked France's place for my family to stay over for a week to enjoy London and Sydenham (3 adults). I initially chose her place due to great reviews, good pictures and being close by to where I live - What a fantastic choice! The flat is at a convenient location from the Sydenham station as well as close to local restaurants and shops without being located on a busy road. The bedrooms are spacious and at the back of the house for privacy and peace, which is a huge plus with people waking up at different times a day etc. The overall space and layout is great and functional. The livingroom is absolutely beautiful with big windows, which was something my family enjoyed a lot. Would definitely book again!

We stayed at Bob’s for a month in summer. It was located in a great spot of London with easy access to all other areas by bus and train. The neighbours are quite and friendly. The property feels like home, and was good value for the area. Bob was very proactive with communication and helped us with everything we could have needed. Thanks again for having us!

Perfect stay in a beautiful accommodation! We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, modern, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and public transportation, yet peaceful and quiet. Although we didn’t meet the host in person, they were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place!

Situated just off the main high street of Clapham Old Town this property is excellently positioned for restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Both the tube and buses are within a short walk as is Clapham Common.Its far enough away from the bustle to be very quiet as well. There’s on street parking and Jonathan will arrange permits for your stay. The property is the ground floor of a large house . It’s not all on one level, so not so good if you have mobility issues. The living area/kitchen is separated from the bedroom area by a glass /wooden partition and door – very useful if you have young children. The garden “pod” at the rear is concealed behind a bamboo fence (behind a reasonably sized garden for London) and very private with a good-sized bed and en-suite and a small kitchen area – my grandson loved sleeping in there! The whole property is well kitted out with all the essentials that you need. On the negative side the property is a rather tired and in need of some TLC.

The apartment was very clean, in addition to having a perfect temperature for the cold towards the street. In terms of location, to get to the center. It is true that with public transport the route is longer, but in our case we use Bolt and you arrive quickly. The area is very quiet.

We enjoyed our stay in this very unique place. We appreciated being able to go to a quiet neighborhood with ease each night and get away from the hyperactivity of London. We also enjoyed the thoughtful items you provided for us to devour during our stay…thank you.

Great stay at Antonio's - ideal location and price for a month stay. Antonio was helpful and quick to respond to messages. He met me at the flat to show me how everything worked which was really helpful. The location is ideal for Deptford and the DLR. A couple of things which might be good to know: you can hear the DLR trains from the flat as they go right outside - I used ear plugs for the first night or 2 but then quickly got used to it and it wasn't an issue for sleeping etc. Secondly, there's no parking space with the flat but you can bring a car right outside the block (just press the buzzer at the barrier) to upload / load and there is free parking on some of the surrounding roads. The flat is comfy and there's lots of useful bits and pieces you might need supplied in the flat - clothes dryer, bathroom products, tea, coffee etc. All in all I was really pleased with the flat and would definitely stay again.

Lovely people, very helpful and flexible too. The location was great for us to explore and walk along the riverside. Perfect to be close to Battersea Power Station too. 5* experience and highly recommended.

Nice apartment. Easy to get there from Heathrow via Elisabeth Line direct from the airport to the area. Jubilee line is a good start for all journeys, short walk from the apartment. Quick response when we had some questions. Host always at hand.

This was my second visit to this “shabby chic style” Studio / Apartment – very warm and cozy and comfortable, no noise from the city or from the busy road. Excellent high speed Wi-Fi – super comfortable bed – fully equipped kitchen. Very good Italian Restaurant opposite
