The place was beautiful from every angle, peaceful garden / outdoor area. View of Mt Fuji from the lounge area was breathtaking! Be mindful when visiting during cooler months that the house is freezing as its concrete flooring, the ceiling beams are super low and steep stairs to navigate luggage

Worth the money. The host really responsive even at night when we got some medical issue. They advice what to do. Even when to gas cut off, they inform immediately. The house is spacious for all of us 6 pax. It is perfect place for a family like us. I really would appreciate the host for all his hospitality.

I had a very pleasant time playing with my family in the sauna and playing with my toy poodle in the large garden.I would definitely use it again.

Beautiful place secluded in privacy and serene. Place is well designed , clean , all amenities provided. Good place to stay with family and a place definitely recommended for stay. The view of Mount Fuji is just so stunning !

Beautiful environment. Host is a really lovely lady who is very responsive and kind, can speak Mandarin well. Showed us how to use all the heaters and refilled the gas for us. It snowed while we were there and she wisely suggested for us to park at a free open car park further down instead the night before so it’s easier for us to drive. She also spent an hour in the morning to remove the thick snow from our driveway so it’s easy for us to walk down and even helped us to clear up the snow off our car. Have all cooking utensils and condiments, 2 individual WC and 2 shower rooms. 5 bedrooms, of which 3 had proper heated beds - 3 beds, 2 beds, 1 bed. The other rooms had futons on foldable bed frames & comfy duvet covers. All rooms come with heaters. There is washer (external shed) and you can dry the clothes with a rack provided with heaters. She lives just next door so we always have immediate access for help - she came late at night to show us how to use the washing machine.

This unit exceeded expectations.The premises are very spacious, and you can park multiple cars in the parking lot.There is also a garage with shutters for added peace of mind. When you enter the living room from the entrance, you will be amazed by the liberation and stylish interior.It is not gorgeous, it feels very homey and calm. There was also a heater, and probably because of the high insulation, it was a negative temperature outside, but I didn't feel the cold. It is surrounded by a fence, so it is very private. Each room, bath, and bedding is very clean, and there is never a lotion or shampoo that is inexpensive. The appliances were also installed with high-end items, so we had a comfortable stay for three days. When you wake up in the morning, you can see Mt. Fuji from the large window.Very spectacular views in conjunction with the mountains. At night, you can see the night view from the window on the second floor, and the number of stars in the night sky can't be compared to the city. I recommend it because there is a nice coffee shop called Ayakaro nearby. It was not a pet, but I didn't feel the smell of pets at all in the room. There are no supermarkets nearby, but there are roadside stations, hot springs, skating rink, museums, and multiple ski resorts within an hour's drive.(I recommend Shiba 2 in 1 ski resort even on holidays) There is a Hoshino Resort and Rakuten vacation stay nearby, but I choose this place that is spacious and comfortable and private. I visited in the winter this time, but I will use it again in a different season. I'm worried that it will become so popular that I won't be able to get a reservation.

We used it for 8 people, but we had a relaxing time.I imagined it in the photos before my visit, but the toilet and shower room/hot tub were more spacious and comfortable than I expected. The main purpose of this stay was the BBQ and fireworks, but both were prepared to make it easy and enjoyable. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and amenities, and the size of the TV and number of chairs were perfect for a large group to stay comfortably. The interaction on Airbnb was smooth, and we had a peaceful and pleasant time because of the warm welcome on arrival, and the polite response was handled, and we had a peaceful and enjoyable time!I wanted to stay again if I get the chance.

Nice stay for a family trip

It was a very comfortable space, from the exterior to the interior to the dishes.It was also helpful for dogs to have the good quality things you need. I'd love to go again.

A rural retreat, off the tourist path, but easily accessible by train from Tokyo. We were keen for some rural Japan after quite a few stops in urban centres. The house is in a quiet, unspoilt setting. You can do short walks from the house that can include views of Mount Fuji down the valley. There's other places you can pop into too, such as the Owl Cafe or the wonderful deli/shop at the petrol station up the road. The house itself has kept its rustic and traditional appearance and features, while also having very functional equipment, from Wifi to everything you'd need for cooking. Some great places to read and relax in, from the garden to by the wood burner. We did not have car which was fine - it's just 6 minutes by taxi from the station, but a car would allow you to explore further afield. Ryo the host was very helpful with answering questions rapidly and clearly. I would highly recommend!

I stayed at the end of the year.The room was also beautiful, and the number of rooms was a pleasant stay. Messaging was smooth, and check-in was flexible, which was very helpful. There were various types of restaurants such as burger shops, natural potato restaurants, yakiniku restaurants, and sushi restaurants within walking distance.There was also a public bath 5 minutes walk. There was no digi or BS on the TV, but the internet connection was smooth, so there was no trouble. Overall, I think it's a good value for money.I'll stay again if I get the chance.

Spent a couple nights in this quaint AirBnB in February. It was conveniently located close to the train station which made getting around easy! Host was very responsive!

The living rooms and two bedrooms offer a fantastic view of Mount Fuji! The interior of the house is very tidy and spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped. We truly wish we could spend more time here! Thank you for your hospitality!

It was a very nice cottage!! After all, the barbecue was warm, and I was happy that it was not cold at all at this time of year! The staff who showed us the room and the front desk staff were also very kind! The bonfire didn't go up at all, and it was nice, so I want to stay again! Thank you so much!
