Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Fruita

Irene was very responsive and made this stay as easy as possible! Would recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting.

We stayed here for our daughter’s baby shower so we had a large party. There was plenty of room for all of us! The house was amazing! We will stay here again if we come back!

I stayed here with my sister and our toddlers. The location is close to everything, toys in the house for the kids. The host was AMAZING. We were in town because my dad was in the hospital and she was very flexible and accommodating to our checkout date. She responded so quickly to our requests and really made a stressful situation a little easier. We would love to stay again!

It is clearly evident that Mark and Robin have put a lot of thought and energy into their home. It’s also clear that they have responded very positively to feedback judging by the wide array of needs that are met with every little thing possible thought of and considered

Great place. Location was perfect for our needs. Close to the airport. Quiet. Clean and the garage entrance was a bonus. Nigel was wonderful.

We've stayed at a lot of short term rentals with our kids over the years, with some being more child friendly than others. This house though was the best by far, not just providing the standard baby items like a high chair and baby bed but going above and beyond with baby gates, kid dishes, dark curtains in every room for nap time, stools for every sink, potty seat, kid books in every room, tons of toys and a wonderful outdoor play space with a fenced yard and outdoor toys. It was so easy to stay there with our children and they didn't want to leave! Overall highly recommend, especially for anyone with little kids!

Sherry's place is centrally located. It was easy to get to the mall, to the other side of town, and to the grocery stores.

We were looking for a quick overnight to get away from the X-Games. I ran across the listing and it looked like a neat place. I had no idea that this would be such an amazing experience. Stephen and Mai are welcoming and authentic. You can see that this venue and property are a labor of love, it shows in every detail. Absolute perfection. The views are unmatched, and the landscaping and outdoor space make use of the surroundings. Stephen’s photography is on display, which makes the space so much more personal. M.V.P. is beyond words. We cannot wait to go back.

Great little apartment in walking distance to downtown. As other reviewers have stated it's a bit difficult to find using maps but if you follow the owner's directions it's easy. Apartment is comfortable and clean and Bayley and Jeff are super easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

The place was perfect for weekend race in Fruita.

This was our second stay at Red Arches. We wouldn’t have booked again if we weren’t satisfied! We love the privacy and quiet neighborhood. The scenery is so beautiful also. The coffee pods and creamers were greatly appreciated too, as we traveled to GJ via train and couldn’t bring much with us. Thank you, Charles , for answering our questions about the TV so promptly. When we visit our daughter again we’ll be back to Red Arches!

Great place! Cozy and comfortable! Just the right size for us and our 3 kiddos. The baseboard heaters in the unit above do click and pop throughout the night but white noise machines are provided by the host. Cute place!

Close to downtown clean and neat. Well furnished.

The place was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was equipped with nice amenities. The kitchen was a bit small if you’re cooking for more than two people. Coffee bar was equipped far better than the rest of the kitchen. Very limited utensils and no can opener. The unit is next to the building exit so you will hear people going in and out in the second bedroom.

This is a lovely apartment right in downtown Grand Junction. The decor is very nice, everything was spotless, and the linens and beds are extremely comfortable. Kelly responded quickly to all inquiries and was friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay again.

The place is very comfortable feels right at home it’s a quiet little neighborhood the AC was shut down for the season but thankfully the weather isn’t bad during this time of year any question I had they responded quickly and friendly would recommend this place to anyone visiting Grand Junction it’s in a nice little area as well.

Deann’s place was perfect for us! It is right across the street from CMU where my son is going to college, so it couldn’t have been more convenient for us. We also visited the Colorado national monument which was only 15 minutes away. The place was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed!
