Accommodation was spacious and homely with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host responded quickly to messages and was very amenable. Loved the artwork and the sound system. Would recommend.

We had a delightful stay in the converted barn. It was so impressive to see the photos of Angela and Wayne's efforts in the instruction book and really appreciated all the information and communication provided. Beds were comfortable, we were warm and all amenities were perfect for what we needed. We definitely want to return one day and will recommend to friends!

We had a lovely stay at Orchard Barn, which was well-equipped, spotless and cosy - a perfect place to unwind and also conveniently close to Windermere, Ambleside etc. Ruby has been a great host: really great comms throughout and the place was warm and comfy when we arrived. Superb host, and a great little country hideaway.

An absolutely lovely little house. Extremely comfortable and clean and like being at a second home. It’s a quick walk to lots of pubs, restaurants and the lake. We Managed to get a free parking space outside the house, which was so handy to unload our bags. Liam was great with messages and offering any advice. All the details for the home were helpful and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Lake District, as it’s an amazing base to the rest of the beautiful villages and scenery.

Great rwo night stay in a lovely clean home. In addition to our peaceful stay we also enjoyed the onsite pool and restaurant. The host, Kevin was extremely helpful and responsive I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to book

We absolutely loved our Christmas at Seaglass Cottage. The hosts were great, answered any questions, gave us detailed instructions for check-in and even put up a Christmas tree and decorations for us. We were very lucky with the weather, enjoying walks along the beach right outside, we even found some seaglass (we felt like children!). The property was very clean, the bedding smelled so fresh, the kitchen had everything you might need, very clean bathroom and handy downstairs loo. Every evening we would sit in the cosy conservatory enjoying a glass of wine, watching the sun go down, people walking along the beachpath with their dogs and then into the lounge for a real log fire. It was perfect and we can't wait to return!

Great little stay with the mrs. Hot tub was lovely, area was nice and quiet - great for a reset. Everything you need is there, 24 hour shop down the road, little pub restaurant 5 min walk away and towns/villages not too far. We didn’t really move out the accommodation much as all we did was relax. Perfect place to chill out make some food get in the hot tub etc. extremely clean place loved the stay and thanks for resetting the hot tub vicky when I turned off the power supply🤣. Would come back when I need a relaxing few days away from everything. Highly recommend if this is what you’re looking for. Thanks!
