Kitchen is well equipped with general appliances plus coffee maker, blender, pots & pans, crock pot and utensils all provided. Indoor hot tub and pool table located on ground floor. If you are looking for a hotel room, stay here instead! Perfect for a family with kids, amazing location, room to spread out, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, balcony, look no further. Our condo has primary bedroom with king for parents and a den with queen for kids. Cozy living room with a fireplace to chat about your mountain adventures, dining table to play games after the delicious dinner you made in our nice kitchen. Or relax in the clubhouse with pool and hot tubs. On bike path around the lake.

This 2 bedroom/2 full bath sanitized condo has great mountain views and has been completely REFURNISHED and UPDATED. It is on the 1st level. No Stairs. After a day on the slopes, come home to a warm fire and watch your favorite show or movie on your favorite streaming service while drinking your favorite hot beverage. The Dillon Amphitheatre (2 min. walk), marina, playground and bikepath are here. Just fully remodeled as of December 2023 it's absolutely stunning...turn around and check out the wonderfully designed and appointed unit...notice the open floor plan, did I mention the view?
