Great cozy place with a nice central location.

My 2 friends and I had a girl's weekend at Manuel's place and we greatly enjoyed our stay. Lots of crystals and beautiful details through out the property. I definitely recommend this wonderful place.

My family and I loved this house. Definitely one of the best airbnb we have stayed. The extra amenities in the bathrooms and outside just made it perfect. It really gave an at home feeling. My only negative comment is it isn’t really in walking distance of the Main Street. Good thing it was cold so we wouldn’t have walked anyway lol but it was a very short drive in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

This is our 3rd year and it was the best yet. It rained before we arrived so the water was murky, but that didn't stop us. It was a whole new experience with little waterfalls coming off the rocks. The next days it was beautiful, the water crystal clear. It's interesting to see the changes to the river bed year after year, it was actually easier to walk than years past. Turning left you can walk for forever. The deer are always around to feed and we even got surprised by a raccoon. We come here for the peace and quiet and that's just what we got. The house is perfectly stocked. It's pet friendly and the hosts are always so nice and responsive. This is the perfect vacation spot!

From day 1 it was extremely peaceful, so quiet. It was a great place to come back home from work and chill on the back porch or the fire patio. The host was an amazing person who helped make us feel at home. I couldn’t say anything bad about the whole stay.

Perfect place to relax for the weekend and walk to all the hype of downtown Fredericksburg. The HEB a block over was a bonus as well as hot tub and fire pit. Massive beds.

We loved this space! Close to the river and comfortable with plenty of beds and rooms for our 3 families.

We had a great family weekend. We came to Dallas from Starkville, MS to have Christmas with my son and daughter( flew in from Memphis). Took the weekend trip to Fredricksburg as a bucket list. Had a great time. We went to the Texas Wine collective and met Randy- who has the Texas Wonderer wine brand(which was fantastic, even bought a bottle and he signed it). We then went to 1693 Distillery (very cool place). We ate at the Cabernet Grill and it was fantastic. Of course we did all the things on main Friday. Great weekend and the house was perfect for our needs. Thank you, Kara

Was great nights sleep. All the needs for a stay over. Views were beautiful. Is the sort of place you really need curl up by river and read. Unfortunately, we were booked solid and did not have time to sit out near water and enjoy.

Wonderful visit at this beautiful apartment! Beds are all super comfy, wonderful towels, fabulous location, super responsive host. It's our second time using the property for a girls' weekend. I would pack your own wireless speaker if you want music, but we were able to figure out how to pull up some music channels on the tv.

My second time booking here, I can’t say enough on the cleanliness & clutter free apartment. The location is great 5 min from the Riverwalk & HEB!!! Parking garage pass is included which is needed if staying in San Antonio. Ritchie was very responsive & was very clear on check in & check out. I will be coming back soon!!

Getting to the apartment was really easy, Lance quickly answered any questions I had and was very friendly! Upon coming into the apartment it was clean and everything looked like the pictures! It felt cozy and like a home away from home! I would definitely book again the next time I’m in San Antonio!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Bianca’s ! The place was in a great location with easy check in and parking. She was also flexible with the checkout time! I will be staying here again !

Absolutely love the place. It was very clean easy to find and Hannah was an amazing host, breakfast was wonderful and we will definitely use them again next time we stop by. Highly recommended little cabin for a quick getaway.

They promptly answered all of my questions and even provided detailed recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and activities. Wild Oak Ranch is at good location, where has an easy access to Garner State Park and Lost Maple State Park. Also, the ranch has 10 acres lot, where you can enjoy sunset at patio and watch deer in morning and evening. This Wild Oak Ranch is prefect location for hiking in the Hill Country and State Park.

We had a small family reunion here and it was perfect! The cabin was so cozy and had a nice rustic charm to it! The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment more than I had expected! The host was so kind and provided several recommendations in the area! We drove out to lost Maples Park and spent the day there! We loved this cabin experience, and we’re very pleased with our stay! Will definitely be coming back!

BEAUTIFUL AND COZY! we loved our stay!!

We have been visiting this special cabin for years. We first started probably 12 years ago. We have some of our best Christmas time memories of this wonderful place, as we visited annually. We have years worth of conversations we would have with John (the man who built it), walking the property, sitting on the swing, watching the fish in the pond, and of course the cozy fire place. Our oldest son, loved the memory of going up the outside stairs to get to the loft, which was his favorite area. We will be booking our next stay soon!
