Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in French Riviera

We spent a lovely week at this beautiful apartment. Every little detail was tasteful and artistic, yet it was convenient and comfortable. The neighborhood was secure and quiet, the view of the sea is amazing, also a walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Vassil was responsive and sent us many recommendations for things to do in Nice and good grocery stores and restaurants. Everything was perfect, we highly recommend it. Thank you Vassil & family.

We really enjoyed ourselves at Mai's place. Her home is beautiful, super clean and very stylish too. Mai and Fabien went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable especially as we were traveling with our baby, they provided a travel cot and a high chair. The location is perfect, walking distance to shops, restaurants, the promenade and old town. I would absolutely recommended Mai's place and would stay here again if i were to visit Nice.

Great appartment in a good location

For the negative points first: the apartment is in the basement, so very little natural light (but numerous and efficient lights). Despite this, we found it very comfortable. It has been completely refurbished with good taste. Everything was very clean. The neighborhood, residential, is pleasant: beautiful facades, shops, square right in front with exotic species and games for children. Ideal location, everything is on foot: Promenade des Anglais 10 minutes, train station 10 minutes, old town 20 minutes, Russian cathedral 10 minutes. Tram station on the corner, serving the airport on one side, and the port of Nice via the old town on the other. Responsive host. Recommended.

Excellent stay in the heart of St Tropez. The apartment is modern and very well equipped. The location in the heart of the city center is ideal and the availability of a much appreciated parking space. The check-in and check-out information and formalities were very clear and our host was very responsive to answer questions during the weekend. We recommend!

The owners were helpful not only about our arrival time but also in responding to any query within 10 minutes. The location was perfect, in a lively area but as it's on the third floor (with a lift) it is quiet inside. It is within easy walking distance of the port, the Promenade, the old town, museums and shops. There was a tram stop 2 minutes away in Place Garibaldi (tram 2) which took us to the airport in 15 minutes. Very convenient all round. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable with a good sized bedroom, good bed, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Comfortable sofa too. The shower is great; spacious, efficient, lots of hot water, good pressure with both rainhead and hand held outlets We didn't cook as there are many, many eating places nearby but the kitchen was well equipped. Washing machine and condensation dryer worked perfectly. I highly recommend the apartment and will certainly use it again if I return to Nice.

Great location and great Airbnb. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unique and fun apartment. Only downside is that the loft room has a roof that is slanted so it is not tall person friendly and we had to bend over while in that area. Also you will have to pick the keys up from a different location than the apartment. It is very close to the apartment but was difficult for us because we had large bags so one person stayed at the apartment location with the bags while the other went to get the keys.

From start to finish our entire experience staying at Ivan’s flat was excellent! Ivan was an amazing and clear communicator, very responsive and informative, our instructions for check-in, our stay, and check-out were clear, warm and welcoming. Ivan went above and beyond as a host to make our stay incredibly comfortable. The location of the flat was perfect to explore and walk everywhere we wanted to, it was just a short walking distance from the train station, and you walked out the door of the flat and you were right where there was a daily farmer’s market, excellent restaurants, an antique market just around the corner, and clothing and artist markets on other days of the week. We were steps away from a beautiful chapel, the ocean seawall, the Picasso Museum, and much more!! The rooms were spotless, bright, and had all the amenities we needed - a perfectly stocked kitchen to prepare meals in, a washer/dryer, a/c, wifi, and a very comfortable bed. We highly recommend! Two nights in a very pleasant setting, very exotic, quiet and close to the seaside , a real pleasure. Véronique's home is a little gem. Logout assured. We did not miss anything.

Olga's house and the place where it is located are enchanting. The house is spacious, clean, and fully furnished. The psychic is heated. In person, it's better than in photos. thank you for your hospitality.

We had a family vacation in Andréa's house over New Year's Eve. The house was big enough for five adults, one child and one toddler, the kitchen superbly equipped for cooking - everyone was happy. The house is outside Marseille, but you can get easily to the city by bus and have adventurous hiking trails through the Calanques National Park right outside the door. Andréa gave us good advice and we hiked safely with a map.

Beautiful apartment very functional, quiet and very well-equipped with a nice view. The large pool is very nice and easily accessible. A friendly welcome with flexibility on the arrival time. It takes a car to go shopping. Great value for money!

Excellent home and excellent host

Having a garden and upstairs terrace looking out to sea is a huge plus to this house. The nearest swim point at 3 minutes also fabulous, beside Le Moure Rouge cafe. The bed linen is absolutely divine. We liked the fact it was 20 mins fast walking to Cannes centre, or a frequent bus service up to 9pm, along the lovely sea front. We used Uber to get home from town in the evenings. Pascale was very helpful, great check-in with her.

Beautiful house, comfortable and really very spacious, in a quiet and secure area. There were 9 of us and we were very comfortable. For a large group, we really appreciated that there were 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets. The description of the house matches reality. We were hosted very well and it was a pleasure to connect with Annoa. It was perfect! We will come back without hesitation.

A gently renovated Provençal House in Ménerbes, one of the famous towns of the Luberon region. Three stories, kitchen and living room with a fire place and terrace (if weather permits), two bedrooms and two bathrooms with laundry, and a large open top floor for watching movies, yoga exercises or writing a book (huge desk). We felt right at home in Catherine's place and it was the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen on Airbnb. Despite the cold and rainy weather, we were cozy and comfortable with all the lovely lights, furniture and candles. Lots of books if you want to read up on the region, and interesting art books also. Clean and fresh linen and pillows, which is not a given. The town was quiet but we very much enjoyed the even strolls to discover new little streets, views and houses. Can fully recommend for one (then it's a bit big) or two couples or a family!

Loved our stay. Nadia was waiting for us despite the delay of our train. Nadia is a very welcoming and friendly person. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfectly equipped. The location is ideal for visiting the surroundings or staying quietly in the harbor area with nearby beach as well as restaurants and shops. We'll go back to Nadia's place!!!

Really loved my stay in the studio! Is very well equipped, in a great location and the balcony with a view is 👌. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a base to explore south of France!

We really enjoyed staying at Clara's apartment. The complex and location of the apartment were perfect for us🌼. The small balcony of Clara's apartment is a gem and became our favorite place. The amenities were completely sufficient for us and everything was available to have a relaxing stay. We hope to be able to come back😊.

Very pleasant and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing as well as in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely furnished, we felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers beautiful views of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need a car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We highly recommend this apartment. I had a fantastic 3-week stay at Renaud’s place. The apartment was clean, with a functional kitchen and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the nearby bus station (for Bus A and Bus 9) made getting around very convenient. Renaud was always prompt and helpful when I had questions—highly recommended!
