Holiday rentals with a hot tub in French Quarter, New Orleans

Shena and Emmanuel were excellent hosts we got to the place and she left me perfect instructions. The house was outstanding. It was just as the pictures posted. We really felt at home and the star of the show. The back yard was like our private oasis. The pool ,gazebo were perfect! Check in and check out both were super easy. We are already looking at our next trip to NOLA and there is no place else we want to stay!!! Thank you again Shena

Lovely home, felt very aafe and host was responsive when we had questions or concerns. There is a large dog that lives on the premises but he is a sweetheart. I only mention this so you are aware there may be dog droppings on occasion in the yard. Host was very respectful when I mentioned it and was quick to clean it up. Plenty of towels and beds were so comfy! Will return again. Thanks so much for the hospitality ❤️

The house was so thoughtfully curated, it was like a step back in time but with modern amenities. And a great retreat with the pool for a relaxing moment under the stars.

This beautiful house is close to everything you need to enjoy the city. Walkable to a great breakfast spot, near trolley stops and in a nice neighborhood. The home is breathtaking and the pool and hot tub are fantastic. Great place to unwind and the included amenities take all the worry of packing things away. Stay here and enjoy the Big Easy!

Gary’s Tropical Oasis Getaway can’t be best! I could list all the positive features that make Gary’s place truly amazing, but honestly all the other reviews do a good job of that so I’d simply encourage prospective guests to read those. Instead I’ll just say that Gary’s place was so awesome that we decided to extend our stay a couple nights! And the outdoor courtyard pool area had a lot to do with that decision 😎! Luckily we had flexibility with our travel itinerary & luckily the property was available for our extended stay. Thanks Gary & Eduardo!

Garrett was friendly and helpful. My dad checked in for us, and raved about how he took his time to share helpful info about the property. There were cute touches like decorations and even a king cake for us to enjoy! The property has lovely advanced tech features such as a heated floor in the hallway bathroom, customizable shower temperatures and bidet toilets. All in all, we loved this property!

The Syd is a great place for a NOLA trip. Good places nearby on St Charles. Close to the streetcar. Within walking distance to many places you would want to go while visiting. Mardi Gras would be excellent here. The place has everything.

Our large group came down for the Tulane football game on Thanksgiving. We loved this location because it was walkable to St. Charles (close to downtown) and an easy drive to the university. We loved the modern, multi-level home with so many spaces to spread out. The private rooftop with a view of the city was the best gathering space. The shared backyard area was beautiful, too. We were surprised at how quiet it was being so close to downtown. We would definitely rent this again.

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We enjoyed our time at Spencer's place. The description of the townhome and its surroundings is very accurate. We were a family of 9 adults and 1 infant visiting for Christmas, and Spencer's unit met all of our needs. Spencer is a great host and he really wants to make sure his guests have a good experience. He was very responsive leading up to our trip and during our stay. He also provides direct access to his property managers. The property manager assigned to us during our stay was very helpful and checked in with me each day via text to make sure everything was ok and to see if we had any concerns. We had difficulty getting the home bluetooth speaker system to work, and Spencer and the property manager worked to get the issue resolved very quickly. We traveled with 2 extra large SUVs, and never really had any problem parking on the street directly in front of the Airbnb. There are also some eateries and bars in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

My fiance (now husband) and I were planning a very small wedding and needed a place for our family from out of town to be able to all stay together. After looking at the beautiful photos of the house, we decided to actually get married there! It was perfect! Our group was a total of 7 people. Everyone had their own room and bathroom which was wonderful. It was obvious upon entering the house that Marcia and Michael have impeccable taste! Also the backyard with the pool and hot tub was amazing! I had my morning coffee outside every day by the pool, even in the cold month of January! It was everything we were expecting and more! I highly recommend this stunning home and will very likely book it again!

Spencer and his team was absolutely OUTSTANDING. They were so responsive and so accommodating. The location itself is absolutely stunning. It is exactly as seen in pictures. The entire stay was a very great experience. Something that stuck out to me was the way Spencer and his team were so solution based when I shared that I would be getting snowed in NOLA because there were no more flights leaving for the next few days. They provided me an option which really shows their consideration of their guests. Thank you so much for your hospitality Spencer and team!

Great house for a large party. Multiple places for people to gather. The rooftop was beautiful and spacious. Walking distance from great restaurants and bars. Check in and out was very easy.
