Karina’s place was very homely, comfortable and well appointed. Walking distance to the beach, nearby playgrounds and restaurants/cafes. Lots of toys for the kids too which was a bonus! Karina was incredibly responsive and proactive with her communication. Would stay again!

We had a good stay at Brian's place, and it was as described. The location was really good and away from busy streets. I would suggest getting better window blinds as the room was very light all night. There is also a limited parking on premises, and I had to park on the street, which resulted in my car being damaged for $5000 worth of repairs. Overall, we had a good stay.

Everything was clean & tidy. Recently renovated so the interior was lovely. Great space for us and the kids. Had everything we needed :)

A cosy little place, with lots of extras that made it like home. Great collection of DVDs, books and games. Heaps of kitchen items including food processor and blender and masses of cups/plates/cutlery etc.

An amazing place to stay at, was a great distance to the beach and to the bus stop to be able to move about easily to explore Perth. Lovely location, nice and quiet but loads of things to do around it. Always got back to me when I asked a question and very helpful from the get go.

We had a wonderful time staying at Denise and Scott's house. It was perfect for our family of 4 and the house had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was great too, with close proximity to the majority of attractions around Perth. There were supermarkets, shops and restaurants just around the corner. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Perth.

Vikki's place is highly recommended, it is right at victoria park where you have access to many restaurants & shops. It is also not far to get to city with driving. The place itself is very quiet, clean, exactly like the photos. Bed is very comfortable, shower room is very spacious and clean. Kitchen is very well equipped. Would return again on my next Perth trip. Thanks Vikki !

Home away from home, the bed was very comfortable and the pool was amazing Janine was a great host and very helpful Her home makes you feel as though you are in the Mediterranean somewhere We will definitely would like to come back again soon

We had a lovely mini holiday with our dog, long walks in the bush, swim in the pool, quiet and relaxing.

We couldn’t have asked for more, we travelled from Sweden and stayed with our friends from Aus and this house made our trip. It was in the best location with the most amazing amenities, and we will be back again at some point in the future. The children were devastated to leave our base, and we fell in love with Cott.

Just had my second great stay at Abel's place. Fantastic location, quiet neighbours, everything is comfortable and clean and excellent host. Hard pressed to find a place this nice + great lad hosting. Highly recommend

Jeff place was amazing I was on holiday with my family of 3 generations and Jeff’s house fit perfectly. Location wise was a good 30min drive to most of the place, very convenient. There are more than enough carpark if you are driving. Beautiful sunset from balcony as well. Wish I could stay longer, will definitely come back again to Jeff’s place if I happen to visit Perth again :)

A tranquil oasis with very respectful and friendly hosts . The villa was extremely clean and well stocked and the pool was so wonderful to relax by on hot days . Immie their doggie and Felix their cat welcomed us home every day ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chester villa and we will be back ! Thank you Jennifer and Bob for a great stay !

Sarah and her husband are awesome hosts. Wow there doggie is such a magnificent house mate. To stay here was so relaxing and convenient to everywhere. You won't regret staying with Sarah. If are feeling lonely you won't for long the doggie will give you heaps of affectionate.

Very complete amenities that you will need. Beds are comfortable to sleep in, unit is very clean. A secure car garage is available but note that big car doesn't fit inside (I was diring a Nissan Patrol) - however, there is still plenty of space at the driveway to park the car without blocking other units.

Really recommend! Even though the place is just outside of Perth, it's definitely worth the way – good bus connections in town make it straightforward. The check in was super flexible, we arrived at night and were still warmly welcomed and shown around. The house is beautiful, very quiet, with great corners in the garden to relax. Room and bath were poorly clean. Especially nice: There are many kitchen utensils, free tea, water, detergent as well as shower gel and conditioner. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful – we felt totally comfortable!

Locations great with a walking distance to Belmont Forum as well as an equidistant travel to places of attractions such as Swan Valley and Fremantle. Peaceful estate, however was slightly disappointed that the previous tenant may have missed out leaving the bins out for collection, all bins were full before we left. Thanks to Krishia for permitting us to leave our trash bags by the porch due to the filled bins.

Nice stay in a peaceful quiet area. would recommend, just what you need for a short stay somewhere.

Sarah & Zac were very hospitable & I had a lovely stay. Their home is within a short drive to shopping centres & lovely beaches. Thank you Sarah & Zac for opening up your home to me .

I highly recommend Robert’s place! It’s in a great location (5 minute walk to the beach!), is very spacious, clean and has lots of amenities. Robert is a very friendly and responsive host and was flexible with my check in which was greatly appreciated! I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Perth!
