House was perfect for our family. Host was very flexible for our check in, which helped family members that flew in. Highly recommend the house. It was also very well stocked and the host was extremely nice and responsive.

The Kottage was just what we needed. Beautiful & peaceful with a lot of thoughtful touches. Kathy’s attention to detail is wonderful. She greeted us at check-in & was responsive to messages, but otherwise we were left to our own privacy! It was bitter cold during our stay, so we did not to jump in the hot tub, but we look forward to enjoying the private patio & lovely garden area at our next visit! The kitchenette set up has all you need (sm fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker & Keurig maker w/ plenty of coffee/tea choices, creamers and even syrups! A hot water pot, sm electric skillet & crockpot are in the closet. Bath linens, robes and soft blankets are soft & snuggly. There’s even a sm electric fireplace in the bathroom for a cozy feel. Firm bed lovers may find the the main bed on the soft side, but the sofa is comfy as well (and pulls out to a bed ) and there’s plenty of extra sheets/blankets! We truly felt rested and at peace!

Our family had an amazing time at this property! Beautiful and comfortable. Pool table, dart board, theater, and hot tub were definitely a hit with our family! Great Stay!!!

Nice quiet place. Easy access to anywhere you want to go. House was very well maintained. We used it as a home base for a 4-day weekend in KC and it was perfect for our needs.

I had been wanting to stay at this home for a couple years now and finally had the chance. First off the artwork is so beautiful throughout the home. Truly enjoyed this and it really contributes to the ambience. I stayed during a very snowy time so didn’t use the pool, but did enjoy the rooftop hot tub. Incredible views of downtown and a nice toasty hot tub with plenty of towels available. what more could one ask for? Curled up on the comfortable sofa and watched a movie on the large screen living room television. The master bedroom was absolutely heaven and so cozy. The entire house was very clean. Didn’t want to leave and hoping to return again in the future! Host was very communicative and friendly. Great location for a short drive to a plethora of excellent restaurants, entertainment, bars, and downtown activities. Especially enjoyed the Bisou café just a few blocks away. Thank you for a great stay!

I always enjoy my stay at the cabins. Great place to get away from the crazy and snuggle up with a good book.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for our anniversary and we both absolutely loved it. Shawanna was super responsive. This is an absolutely lovely location and the hot tub was so nice!

Place was clean, had all amenities, informative instructions. Unfortunately I fell ill and had to leave early so was unable to enjoy all that the place had to offer.
