Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Fratton

We loved our short break staying at this fabulous Airbnb, Seascape. The hosts were very welcoming. Their apartment was just perfect - spacious, homely, quiet and in a great walkable location with the most amazing views of the Solent whilst sitting in the kitchen having breakfast! One of the nicest we have stayed in on the IOW. We look forward to a return visit to Seascape - thank you, Beth & Scott

We stayed here for 5 nights in May. We were 4 adults and the place was big enough for 8. Beds were comfy and the place was spotlessly clean. Quiet location and only 1 min walk to the shops. Car park on the next street. Good location for exploring the island. Would stay here again

An excellent location in West Cowes close to some lovely restaurants, pubs and the chain ferry across the estuary. The apartment was immaculate, well equipped and ideal for both eveings in or out. Parking was easy as were the instructions on arrival. Stairs were steeper than we are used to but soon got used to them. Would thoroughly recommend, we had a wonderful time, just wish the weather had been kinder. Thank you.

We had a fabulous stay at Jonathan's apartment. Met up with our son and partner for a few days break, and the apartment suited us perfectly. It's cool and stylish interior was also very comfortable. Its well-equipped and for us, it was the perfect location.

Easily found just off the Main Street this cosy but spacious apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The hosts communication was great. Thanks for a fabulous stay.

Had an amazing week staying in Rosie’s Place, it was perfect. Clear instructions, lots of extra useful information. Bonus, parking available at front of apartment. Close to sea front to Havel lovely walks every day. Nice to have views from the bay window looking out at the sea. FABULOUS 😊

This was our 2nd stay at Olive House and we loved it even more. The house is tastefully decorated to a high spec, spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The generous welcome pack and fresh flowers were a lovely touch. Kimberley is a fantastic host - responsive, helpful, friendly, and we are in awe of her interior design talent! Highly recommend a stay in this beautiful house 5* plus!!

Our stay was excellent! The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive. We had a team of engineers staying for work near by, and the house was perfectly suited for our 2 week stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms were private and the communal area (kitchen, sitting room, dining room) were very spacious. The back garden view including the regular visits by deer was excellent to wake up to! Highly recommend for both work and pleasure!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb for our New Year’s trip! The house was spotless and is by far one of the most well-equipped Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. Everything we needed was available, making it convenient for our group. The property is spacious, making it ideal for families with children or those traveling with pets. It’s cozy, clean, and feels just like home. The host was amazing—responsive, kind, and thoughtful. She even left some goodies for us to enjoy. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

We spent a lovely few days at Sarah’s house. The house itself is wonderful and comes completely set-up for families. From Ping-Pong, to toddler gates, it had everything we needed. It’s superb location made walks to the beach a breeze and the pub is very convenient. Sarah was also great, she was easy to communicate with, offered helpful tips and her instructions were clear. All in all, just a dreamy house to spend time in and we look forward to returning!

This was my second visit at the Spindles and I enjoyed it just as much in the winter as I did in the summer. This time we stayed in a bigger part of the property as there was a few more of us. The property was very well equipped and stocked. The kitchen had all the basics for cooking including oils salt and pepper. Tea and coffee were provided which we very much appreciated. The beds were also very comfortable. All in all 5 stars all around.

We stayed here over Christmas (4 of us) and loved it. A great location for seeing family and a really lovely space to enjoy Christmas in!

We absolutely loved our stay in Seaview, having visited Seaview many times in the past, this was definitely the best place we have stayed. Across the road from the beach with a sea view from the balcony, we couldn't have asked for more. The house is the best equipped of any Airbnb we have stayed at in the past which helps so much when you're only away from home for a week. The kitchen had all of the equipment we needed and a cupboard full of herbs, spices etc. The house is beautifully decorated, with a lovely garden. Seaview is quiet, its not got any of the hustle and bustle of some other seaside towns, so is perfect for a quiet stay on a lovely beach, great for exploring rock pools and fishing, or a walk to Priory bay! The house has been recently refurbished to a very high standard, it's comfortable, relaxing and well equipped for the kids with enough TV stations and board games to keep them entertained when we got them in from the beach! We loved our stay, thanks Crispin!

A wonderful 4 days away over Christmas, with family and dogs. The beach was within walking distance and it was a pleasure to go walking there with the family. We were there over. Christmas and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking our Christmas lunch. Esther was very welcoming and replied very promptly to the one question that we did have for her regarding the property. We would rent the property again, it was lovely and well equipped, but the best thing about t was the access to the beach. Thanks Esther

Very helpful both Nick and Cara, always responsive. The flat was very nice too, comfortable beds, we stayed almost one month, no road noise whatsoever, beautiful sea view, one step away from the beach, we liked it :) would go again!! Thanks guys!

The flat was beautifully furnished and clean, the atmosphere calm and peaceful with a view over the park. All the facilities and equipment were easy to use, clean and well maintained, and looked new, the showers were heavenly. It was an absolute joy to stay there. Richard was a wonderful host, so friendly and welcoming, and he even came to find us on the first day when we took a wrong turning. He also helped carry our luggage on arrival and when we left, which I hugely appreciated.

The whole house is dry, there are cutlery cookware for simple cooking, the living room can see the sea and the steamship, it is comfortable to live here.

I had to cancel last minute and the host was very understanding. Great place to stay.

We had a great short stay at Michelle’s beautiful apartment. Plenty of room for the 5 of us plus the dog and set in a great location, 5 minutes from the beach and some really nice restaurants. We would definitely return.

Great location for Seaview and it’s beaches. Pubs and Hotel/Restaurant all short walks. Priory Bay beach is superb, though only really easy at low tide unless you really like steep steps and muddy paths! Swimming at various points according to tide so easy. Had a fabulous time.

Thank you for a great stay Andrew. We had a really great stay here and feel that the property was even better than the pictures. The property felt very homely and secure even with the central city location and you couldn’t hear any noise from the town. Everything you could want it in the doorstep and everything thing you could need was provided for and was spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfortable and the home was nice and warm for our entire stay. We will definitely be looking to stay again next time we are in Chichester. Thanks Shane & family.

Wow, what a great few days we’ve had in this apartment! Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed, it was the perfect spot to ride out Storm Eowyn on Friday. By Saturday, we were treated to an incredible sunset during our walk to and from East Head along the seafront (highly recommend it!). The lounge was a bit of fun too—definitely had us playing “Through the Keyhole” in our best Loyd Grossman voices: "Is it a cricketer or an economist who lives here?"
