Holiday rentals with breakfast in Franschhoek

Erika's place is situated along the road up Bain's Kloof pass. It is an ideal base to explore the pass by bike (also other off-road routes in the area). Although it is right on the road side, it feels secure and there is hardly any traffic noise. The place is spacious and Erika is a great host. Highly recommended, especially for people who are keen to cycle.

I recommend this place if you are looking for quit time above hill with nice views. It is away from central, however it is perfect location for us as we were heading to garden route. Regards,,

It was a really wonderful stay - possibly my favorite Airbnb stay ever. The house is beautiful, the room is comfortable, and the terrace and the garden are really nice. The breakfast was great too - you can have a long, relaxed breakfast on the terrace with fresh fruit, yoghurt and coffee. But the real highlight is the hosts: Gill and Nick are so lovely and friendly, they really make you feel at home, and we had really good conversations - it was everything that Airbnb should be. Definitely book more than 1 night to enjoy the area and the garden - I stayed for 3 nights and could have easily stayed longer!

After a morning and early afternoon walking around Kirstenbosch Gardens, Penny's was the perfect place to wind down and relax. She was a great host and gave us privacy to do our own thing. The touches she added to the space were excellent. I highly recommend this place for a nice city escape. Absolutely lovely.

It was a wonderful stay with Gael. The accommodation was simply fantastic - a breathtaking view and a very tastefully furnished apartment with everything you need. Gael is also super helpful with any other requests and assists where she can. We would come back at any time.

Anneline is very friendly and helpful. The location is very quiet, the property is only minutes away to the sea. Very clean,lovingly decorated, fully equipped with everything you need. We liked it so much we extended our stay right away. Highly recommended...we felt right at home! We will come back!

Great place, great location, beautiful apartment - check-in was easy, however there were loose dogs in the yard, and had to wait for a few minutes for someone to respond and take them away.

Martie is an exceptional host. Very flexible regarding the time of arrival and the minute we arrived she took the time to show us around town. The apartment is bright, clean, calm, well located and matches the photos perfectly. I highly recommend Martie as a host and she always tried her best to make sure we are perfectly settled.

Erica is an amazing host, she is a very genuine person, kind & considerate, and makes one feel immediately at home. The unit I stayed in is private, spacious, gets plenty of sunlight and has a terrace where you can enjoy the sun and get a view of the mountain. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood, walking distance from the Rondebosch common, golf course, shops and restaurants. Highly recommended, I will definitely stay at Erica's again.

This place was perfect for our stay which was bit further out of the hustle and bustle (about 25 minutes by car to the city without traffic). The pad was fantastic with all the amenities and the pool was just outside the doorstep of the sliding glassdoor. Judy was an amazing host. She was friendly and kind. Bonus was an encounter with her lovely dogs which are 2 German Shepherds and a Siberian Husky. This was a 5 star stay

The Muize bed n breakfast is a great place to stay near the beach. The cooked breakfast was fresh and tasty, and they do allow for certain requests ahead of time. Our bathroom had a really nice tub. Very clean in every corner of the room. I liked the fridge with the honor system. Secure facility, with keys. Staff are kind, proactive and helpful. The courtyard patio are was cute for some quiet outdoor space. Area is quiet and full of nature, until you get to the beach front with the surfers and nice businesses.

I will visit this place over and over. Very friendly service, neat and all you need in one place. A home away from home.

Benita was an excellent host.made us feel so at home.The linen and towels were fresh and in abundance we were 5 Min to our wedding function that made this guest house so suitable..

Get the full and real Khayelitsha experience and stay with this wonderful family. They will tell you everything about the neighbourhood. The son, Tiisetso, is a good guide, he can show you everything you want to see. Lydia is a great cook, so join the family for dinner! It’s perfectly safe, so go there!

We had a wonderful time in Nuwerus Lodge, Jolanda's place. Easy access, quiet, good beds and Jolanda is pro-active and provides useful info about things to do in the area. Also very good breakfast. We met some nice South-African people there.

This place is a great alternative to expensive hotels. Beautiful setting, serene, and secure. We were mat by manager, given a great tour and recommendations on what to do. More like a B&B as breakfast was provided and it was a great start to a long day on Franschhoek. We will definitely stay again when in the area.
