Great place for family get together. This is our second stay. Lots to do for all ages. Grounds and equipment were clean and safe for little ones. will be back AGAIN.

perfect house for our race team... the jacuzzi was a big success after toiling all day in the pits! easy walking distance to main street and all restaurants... will be staying there again!

We booked here as a last minute decision to go away for the night and I am so glad we did. The most beautiful home and most refreshing pool with this heat. Anthony and Anjil are such terrific hosts and I couldn’t recommend their home more!

This was absolutely stunning. From the exterior of the house to inside. The kids loved it! We did go out but only to get food and check out the local spots otherwise there was lots to do. Chill on the deck watching the kids swim, hot spa, play table tennis, the swings at the back and of course the kids loved the Cubby house. Didnt have to go out to be entertained. Loved it! Kitchen had every possible necessity that you will need.

From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. the house is spacious with more than enough room for two families. the view is spectacular with views right across the peninsula and the back beaches and sitting on the deck was an antidepressant, you could sit out there for hours. the house has everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. Michelle was a great host and always responded to our questions. we were appreciative that Michelle was able to let us check in earlier and check out later upon our request. thanks Michelle for a wonderful stay on the peninsula!

Had a wonderful time here. Jane is a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful during booking, and throughout our stay. The house is magnificent, very comfortable, and all the amenitities as described to make our stay comfortable. The pool and spa was perfect, and water was crystal clear. The balcony was so peaceful to sit out and enjoy a quiet coffee. The kitchen was well equiped for us to cook at home, and although the stove gas pressure was not strong, was complemented by an excellent Weber bbq with side burner on the deck. Of note, for dog owners, the outside is not fully fenced in, which is fine for our indoor dog, but just FYI. Also the spiral stairs to second level are quite steep so we just needed to ensure the top of the stairs was blocked off for our toddler with luggage, but important for those with young kids or elderly. Our group of 10 had a very enjoyable stay and wouldnt hesitate to book again.

My family and I had a beautiful stay in Rye! The house was phenomenal and the jacuzzi was a highlight. The entertaining area was perfect for all of us and we enjoyed many BBQ’s. I loved how everything was labelled, made it very easy to navigate cupboards in the kitchen. Thank you so much! 100% recommend

Tess was a great host. She was really easy to deal with and made checking in and out so easy for us. The house is beautiful, clean and has everything you need for your stay. It’s a short drive to the Main Street in Rye which made heading to the beach and having a great time over the weekend really easy. I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment you enter this beautiful ecletic home, it encompasses you in a world like no other. Set upon a beautiful property with views, wild life and gorgeous colours. We spent time in each corner and section of the house, embracing the magical, tranquil space. Reading the magazines on the coffee table, speaks of the history of the house and shows it in all its glory through the various seasons. Full glass walls allows for natural light to embrace you and for what seems to be no boundary between inside and outside with the greenry throughout. At night you can watch the sunset and get lost in the stars and observe the sugar gliders and ringtail possoms as they visit. It is truly a labour of love & clearly the life work of the lovely Veronika. Although the host lives nearby in a guest house, you can see the pride and love she has for this retreat. A warm welcome, clear house rules to ensure the stay is comfortable but also to preserve her beautiful home. Perfect place to escape.

I chose Villa Panorama to celebrate my birthday with friends who flew from all over the world for a long weekend. We absolutely loved the house, the views, the space, the spa and the little welcoming gifts. The house actually looks better in real life than on the photos. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. The house and its surroundings are very peaceful. Lots of birds came to visit. It was easy to go walk in the stunning nearby forest. Deepika was very friendly, provided clear instructions and was always quick to reply. If you're looking for a place to rest, relax, and recharge as you bask in Nature, peace and quiet, this is it! I would happily come back.

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how immaculately clean everything was—it felt like stepping into a high-end hotel. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance and accessory we could possibly need, making it so easy to cook and feel at home. The location was unbeatable, close to everything we needed, yet peaceful enough to truly relax. And the hosts? Absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. If you're considering booking this place—do it! Lovely villa at the Ramada Resort. All mod cons available and right on the doorstep of the heated pool and outdoor pool, so super convenient with 2 kids in tow.

Great large size house with plenty of space to enjoy. This property was so easy to find, just off the main road. The spa was delightful, the colder weather ( Mid June ) was a bit chilly outside, but the water temp was perfect. A wonderful getaway home, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality. The cabin was spacious and great for our family. Communication with Mathijs was great and he was quick to respond to any questions. Check in was also a breeze. The Llama Lounge had an awesome play area that our young kids loved. Some the outside amenities of the property like the play area are looking a bit weathered and could use a refresh. But overall we had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to the stay again.

This place was nothing short of amazing. The photos did not do it justice, as soon as we opened the door we were impressed. The room was immaculate, the bed and linen was great quality and the room smelt amazing. We enjoyed a wine tasting where we were easily able to walk back to our room, there was also a picnic basket that we took out and enjoyed some wine while still being at the vineyard. I would stay here again and certainly would recommend it to anyone who is looking to enjoy a peaceful environment.

Jim and Louisa’s place was perfect! Spotlessly clean, cosy, and in a great location. They were very friendly and attentive hosts, offering great local tips. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again!

I booked a 2 nights' stay at Shellie and John's place as a wedding gift for my brother and his wife. They told me all about how gorgeous and peaceful their stay was. Shellie and John were very hospitable and helpful. On arrival, Shellie came personally to welcome them with their breakfast basket too! The property is beautifully surrounded by trees, flowers and wildlife. I highly recommend Chudleigh Park Cottages. You will not be disappointed.

10/10 would recommend and we are definitely going to be planning a return visit! The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was a bonus and the area is unbeatable. Max is a great host and a clear communicator. 🌅😎 Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay on Philip Island.
