Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Franklin County

The house was absolutely stunning and impeccably clean. Its location was perfect, just a short walk away from a variety of charming restaurants and lively bars. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep, and the decor throughout the house was tastefully done, adding to its inviting atmosphere. I will definitely return for another stay. Thank you, Hilary, for making this experience so perfect!

We rented here and the house was perfect! The decor, the cleanliness, all the amenities, the kitchen, bathrooms all get 10/10! Perfect house for a group of friends, couples and families. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Columbus!

We’ve stayed at Robert’s place on Mohawk twice now and it’s always outstanding… The house is centrally located to all the restaurants (namely Schmidt’s is just two blocks away), parks, and downtown. Robert is ultra-responsive and makes your stay worthwhile. This is a must stay when visit CBUS and German Village.

Rori's place was perfect! She had everything we needed to make it stay comfortable. She even installed room darkening curtains for us before we came so that my infant baby can sleep good as he can only sleep in the dark. Really appreciate how attentive and responsive agree was when needed. Would def recommend Rori's place and would def come back!

Chip was a great host. He kindly met us at the house before we arrived to let us know that the prior guests had done some damage to the house. (There were dents in one of the bedroom doors and refrigerator, the garbage disposal was broken, and the bed frame for the master bedroom was broken and had to be taken off). All completely out of his control but nice that he met us there to let us know. He was also very attentive to the internet being out and was in communication with us the whole weekend. He did have a cleaning crew there before we came (knew because of the smell) but there were a few items left behind from what looked like a party. Not a huge deal but the shower was not completely clean with water stains and the shower bench was slimy. House was great for our family. We needed a place to stay near relatives and the house was located 8 min away from our family. Not far from stores and close to restaurants. Would recommend.

Nothing bad to say about this space whatsoever!! Staci is an awesome host!! She was very easy to contact and quick with her responses!! Her space was clean, very roomy, the beds were super comfortable (one bed is even adjustable), and the refrefrigerator has alexa and plays music (tell me that's not nice). I would recommend this space to anyone visiting the Columbus, OH. area.

We had a great stay at Jeffery’s place. Close to downtown and lots of other great spots nearby. Our group which included a 4 year old and 2 year old were very comfortable. Everyone loved the hot tub. The yard and house felt very private. We had no issues. We would recommend to other families.

Ebony was a delightful host! Her email response was prompt. She also checked in by phone once we arrived. The house is beautifully done, large rooms and nice and bright. It certainly accommodated our group. The kitchen was stocked with snacks, drinks and coffee which was a nice surprise! Beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and very clean. The house is a quick drive or Uber ride to downtown Columbus and all the great activities and restaurants the city offers. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again with Ebony!

I loved this place. Everything I needed (including a pair of scissors) was close at hand. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants, shops, and bars--yet still surprisingly quiet. I'd definitely want to stay there again should I ever return to Columbus.

This was a great place to stay as a travel nurse who had an assignment at Riverside Methodist Hospital! It’s extremely close to the hospital, and the space was very nice! Super accommodating! Thank you guys for such a great stay!! <3

Our stay was perfect! From communication, check-in, location, and the place itself. Should I ever find myself in the area again, I would 100% recommend this place!

Really nice space above a great local bar. German village was so charming, with its 19th century brick architecture, especially when decorated for the holidays. Lots to do with restaurant, bars, and shopping nearby. Also, very clos to downtown. The space was nicely decorated and had everything you could need for your stay. A few minor quirks and creaks that come with an older building, but nothing serious. The bar below is noisy, and if you aren't accustomed to living in an urban setting it may be not for you, although the host does provide ear plugs for all guests.

Wow! is the term I'd use for this charming apartment. It is more spacious than the pictures can show. The Victorian style is wonderful. The host is a joy to work with. We'll be coming back for sure.

We extended our stay and they were quick with the responses. So kind and professional. I will forever be grateful for them for making a stressful time in my life a little easier. At the time everything was going wrong and they were the only people that were making things simple and taking a huge weight off of my shoulders.

Great place to stay

This place is perfect for 2-3 guests; we couldn’t take advantage of the lovely outdoor spaces because of the time of year, but would be great to stay in the summer! Walkable to all the great shops and restaurants in the Short North. We loved the neighborhood- located in Victorian Village- lovely area!

My family of four very much our stay at Evan’s place. The property was beautiful and full of charm. Evan was extremely accommodating and responsive. Location is easily walkable to multiple eateries, our favs were Buckeye Donuts and Lupitas!

Awesome little cozy spot in Columbus! Only 10 minutes from downtown. Would definitely recommend 10/10
