Condo holiday rentals in Franklin County

Fantastic spot. We were able to go through town on foot from are stay. Had a great view of the hills and valley. The place was super comfy and visually was beautiful. Extremely spacious and everything works in the home.

My family and I had an awesome time. Great location. Love the sauna. Will definitely come back.

Gary’s place was just as described. This was our second time staying in one of Gary’s properties. He was easy to get in touch with. The updated kitchen was great. You can’t beat the location and the views!

Wonderful place to stay for a trip to lake placid. Conveniently located to tons of restaurants. Hosts were very communicative.

The house is beautiful, cozy and furnished with a lot of taste. It looks better than the pictures. The location is also great, about 15 min walking form the center of the village and about 15 min driving from the ski slopes. The hosts were super responsive and always available. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend. Thank you for everything!

We had a great time at the Adirondack Premier Properties. It is located close enough to the Whiteface Mountain, Lake Placid, restaurants and shopping areas.

Great location, very close to Mirror Lake and downtown. Place was clean, well maintained and is what you want a LP stay to be.

We had a great stay! The condo was a quick drive to the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants!

Great location and property. It was well appointed, comfortable and had many cute ADK touches - moose culture :) The communication was easy and fast with the property manager. We would 100% stay again.

Exceeded expectations.

Very nice location for the Ironman Weekend. The check in was very easy and Neven answered very quickly. Close to main attractions it was very nice Just one point to mention : lack about cleanliness for the kitchen and the bathroom

Beautiful, well kept, and clean condo. Space was perfect for our group and just as described in the listing. Kitchen was bigger than I expected and everything in the kitchen was in excellent/new condition. The DR/LR space was plenty big for our crew, and it was really nice to have have four bedrooms, each with their own updated bathroom. We did use the sauna which was lovely and a lot bigger than I expected! I would definitely book this unit again when in Lake Placid.

Very nice condo in a perfect location

Our stay was great! The unit we had was: -very clean -short walk from downtown -lots of room inside -quiet neighborhood -3 bathrooms is nice The only thing disappointing was they don’t supply firewood for the fireplace. We had to go out and buy some from a gas station. For $400 a night, that seems a little petty. But we’d still stay there again.

Was beautiful. Very large and spacious. The hotel pool being a option was amazing. My only complaint that isnt even a complaint more a suggestion is we could use a snow shovel. At 9 there was still 6 inches of snow on the steps and walk. Gladly do it all again.

We had a great stay here. The check in and out times were flexible which really maximized the time we had on our vacation. The location couldn’t have been better, town is just a few minute walk away! The amenities were also great, my family and I enjoyed taking out the kayaks. Overall great rental and could recommend.

Beautiful spacious condo! So glad we stayed here. We would have taken more advantage of the walkability but we stayed during a really cold snap and ended up making the very short drive to town. Parking lot was cleared of snow and the unit was warm and cozy. Very clean and comfortable.
