Sarah is an amazing host with extremely stylish taste! Her home is extremely well decorated and the most peaceful place I’ve stayed. Sarah went above and beyond as a host to ensure our stay was perfect. Thank you and highly recommend!

Amazing experience. We had a girls trip planned and our other airbnb fell through at the last minute. Somehow, this home was still available and it really became a blessing in disguise! The home is absolutely gorgeous and the hosts are so so helpful! Answered every question I had before the trip very quickly. We had trouble connecting to the wifi and I sent the host a text and he called me right away to assure us he was on it and it was fixed within the hour! Would’ve loved to book this home again for my wedding but it’s already booked for that weekend.

Loved our short stay. Their place is beautiful and comfortable. They hot tub and amenities were wonderful and relaxing. Most of all they’re surrounded by trees and during Fall it was breathtaking and peaceful.

What to say about this vintage home? The home is so charming and well appointed, my husband remarked, "If I owned this home, I would never let strangers come and live in it." (To be fair, he is persnickety) ;) The hosts communicated very well, had terrific instructions and even YouTube videos, which were helpful for the hot tub. The area is very walkable and we enjoyed the shops downtown. We had a nice meal at Oak and Front. Highly recommend checking it out. If you find yourself visiting Washington, MO, you should stay here. It's a special little place.

This was the perfect place for my 16-year old and myself. The house is very nicely decorated. It has everything you need to relax and enjoy your time. The shower has very hot water with great pressure. There are plenty of towels and amenities. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals. The parking is super convenient. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

I rented the house for family to stay in while visiting me in Washington. They (5 people) all said the beds were comfortable and enjoyed the sitting area. Only issue they had was it's an older home and there weren't enough plugs to plug phones in. One room didn't have any plugs and they had to plug phone in kitchen. Plus, they wanted to plug a fan in, but had no outlet.

Excellent stay for the weekend. Close to all the wineries and attractions. Good music at the wineries. Friendly people in Augusta , MO.

The Tiny House is awesome! As a businesses person, I'm able to set up my computer nd get a lot of work done. Close to great restaurants so I don't have to waste time getting meals. Host is great, very responsive!

I enjoyed staying here for a dog show. It was a little ways from the venue but was private and relaxing. Very quiet and secluded.

Stayed at Rezo’s beautiful property for 4 nights. Was an amazing place to lay back and relax after Skiing. Hot tub and jet tub was just what we needed! WiFi was Great! Foosball was a hit! The Rezo’s were super responsive and helpful. Overall Great stay, and would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing place to get away.

Sweet Augusta....get ready to fall in love! This town is charming.....and Jeffrey's place is simply adorable! Deceivingly small from the outside, once inside spacious bedrooms, living area and cute backyard! We were in town for the Christmas Walk and to visit family, the house is located close to the winery, general store and event. I would highly recommend.

Sara’s place was exactly what we were expecting. It was a great location for us. We enjoyed our time there. Will definitely stay again.

Very beautiful house in a great location, walking distance to the town and river front.

Our family all came to Washington to spend Easter weekend with our daughter who teaches at the local Lutheran school in town. The four bedrooms, spacious kitchen and two flat screens (Master's golf was on non-stop when we were home) more than served our needs. We'll return again in the future to this exact spot or one of Nat and Tyann's other places -- all depending on the number of visitor's with us.

This house was a great place to stay for the weekend. It exceeded our expectations from what the pictures showed. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

Nat and Tyann’s place was such a neat experience. We loved the look and comfort and appreciated the unique preservation of the vaults and news articles. Having the place decorated for the holidays was such a warm and welcome touch. We felt right at home. The well appointed kitchen had all of the needed equipment to cook at home (bring your spices and oils) and the large dining table was good for dinner and to catch up on work and meetings. Being able to walk to the Katy Trail for a bike ride or a nice walk, and to Philly’s for some delicious pizza, was perfect for the quiet days we wanted. We drove less than 10 minutes to Lake Creek Winery for another delicious meal with live music. Nat and Tyann are also very pup-friendly and the yard is fully fenced in—excellent for our little furry one! Great, communicative hosts, a cool space, and plenty to do! We look forward to coming back!

The house has so many extras that made our stay perfect! It’s a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were all very comfortable and the living areas were cozy with lots of extra touches. We will visit again!

I can highly recommend this place to anyone attending Purina Farms. It is a great place for dogs. As close as it gets to Purina Farms. Extremely dog friendly. Specious 2 bedrooms. Updated Bathroom and Kitchen. Everything you need is supplied including poop bag. The yard is completely fence and save for my tiny 5.5 pound dog not to be able to get out.
