Waterfront holiday rentals in Franklin County

Anna & Aleksandr’s place was perfect! Just as described. Beautiful setting, even in winter, would be amazing in summer. Very comfortable beds. Many kitchen and bathroom amenities provided were super convenient. They were quick to respond and very nice. I’m looking for an excuse to go back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My partner and I, along with our pup, had the most amazing stay at this beautiful lakefront property! The location is perfect for nature lovers, offering stunning scenic views right from the doorstep. The host was incredibly polite, respectful, and friendly, and made us feel right at home. He even offered us the use of his kayaks and pedal boat, which we absolutely loved, especially since our pup could join us on the water! We spent our days fishing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings, but it was also great to have grocery stores, fast food, and convenience shops just a short drive away. The owner was very responsive and always available if we needed any support. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay in this upstairs apartment. The main living area is on the second floor, with the second bedroom and another little living area on the third floor. Don't expect ultra-modern luxury, this is an older place with uneven and sloping floors. But I found it to be roomy and comfortable and it was nice to be right beside the river.

This place was exactly as advertised: Quiet, peaceful, beautiful and clean! Just what we were looking for from our weekend. Johnny was super responsive to all of our messages and it was clear he would have done anything to make our stay perfect. The hot tub was incredible!

We loved our stay in Hadley. The house had everything we needed and it was very peaceful. The surroundings are beautiful I’d love to go not in the middle of winter. 😆 would definitely recommend and we might just be seeing Kristen again in the spring.

We had a wonderful time staying at this magical place. It had everything we needed for a week of relaxation and activities. The house is incredibly well equipped. Mikaela and Raphael are the best hosts. We would love to return next year.

I’ve stayed here multiple times! Steve is always a great host. Easy to communicate with and always there when you need him. Place is a little gem, always clean with full amenities. It’s always my go to spot.

Beautiful home and scenic surroundings. Picturesque view or the water from every part or the cottage. Open kitchen, living and dining area with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Deck was great for family dining and dock allowed for easy fishing and swimming. Without ac you will want extra fans if the weather is expected to be hot/ humid.

Great host communication, clean space that was well equipped. We enjoyed the easy walk to a local park. Some road noise, but wasn’t too disruptive.

Absolutely perfect! ✨ This pristine cabin exceeded all expectations. Impeccably clean, with everything we needed (and more!). James was an incredible host, even clearing snow for us! The spacious rooms, cozy fireplace, sauna, and plush linens made it so luxurious. The wraparound screened porch and BBQ were amazing. Secluded yet close to shops, it's the ideal getaway. We'll definitely be back! 🤩
