Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Franklin County

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

This was my second business trip to Frankfort, and my second stay at Jonathan and Rebecca’s lovely rental home. A comfortable, cozy, well-equipped and nicely-furnished house, this is an older home backing up to the Kentucky River that has been lovingly updated. The home is within easy walking distance to both the Capitol complex and offices and restaurants downtown. Once again, I felt right at home and really appreciated this wonderful alternative to a hotel. Thanks again!

We stayed here while exploring the bourbon trail! It was in close proximity to several that we went to. It was clean and exactly as advertised. It was easy to feel at home here!

Spotlessly clean, spacious, well decorated, and had everything we could have needed for a girl's weekend. I run my own Airbnb and was totally impressed by all the little details - cute beach towels for the hot tub, fantastic coffee bar, snacks, HUGE televisions, etc. Lovely walk to cute restaurants and shops downtown. Would absolutely stay here again! In fact, I've already told my husband that he and his buddies should stay here for a guy's weekend.

Can’t thank you enough for the personal directions our GPS took us somewhere else…scary& she helped us step by step. The ONLY thing was the highway was close & was loud but they can’t help that.

This secluded oasis was just what my husband and I needed—peace and quiet. Katie and Michael exceeded our expectations with having everything and then some at the cabin. The best part was the hot tub!

This place is incredible! Lovely view of the water. Quiet. Close to interstate and local stops. The house was super cute and had everything we needed.

What a great place to stay during the Railbird Festival! Tracie was quick to respond to my messages. We enjoyed all the amenities, especially the hot tub! Thank you for being such a magnificent hostess (and the cheesecake). We loved getting to use the space. Great find!

This is my third time staying at Angie & Jay’s place. It’s beautiful, cozy, and very peaceful.

The cabin was so peaceful and we had such a great time. It was very clean and we felt right at home. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was incredible. We had a great time just relaxing and had fun playing the board games. It was centrally located to the places we wanted to visit (Louisville, Lexington, Frankfort.) Grocery stores and restaurants are very close. The weather was not great and Carolyn offered to come shovel the driveway and was beyond hospitable. I have already told some friends about this quaint cabin on the lake. I definitely recommend!

Beautiful place to unwind and relax. Enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. Game room for our kids was a big hit. Hosts were responsive and very helpful with any questions we had. Will look to book again in the future.

Wonderful cabin.. spacious, super clean, updated and well equipped! No better place you can ask for families reunion or get together.. a lot of fun for adults & kids Huge TV screen 100,, feels like movie theater.. a lot of beds and a nice kitchen. Clean luxurious bathroom rooms Many of amenities we did not got enough time to use.. Easy access, privacy,spacious, super clean and an awesome host Definitely looking forward to book again
