5 stars for everything about this place. Franz is a fantastic host, very friendly and accommodating. The place is spacious and well equipped. Since I have a rental car I didnt pay much attention to public transportations, the apartment was very convenient for me since it sits between airport and my client's location. Overall, highly recommended host and place.

The apartment itself is a sight! Super cozy and small (for max. 2 people I would think), tastefully decorated, wonderfully located, parking is always to be found and... the record player!!! AC/DC on vinyl sounds especially good (and Pink Floyd, and Bob Marley too) Self check-in, friendly hosts, everyday kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, great price - I'll be back at the next opportunity!

The room is very nice, very clean, only the bathroom in winter is very cold! No heating! Maybe he should put an electrical heating for those who need…

This was a great AirBnb. We were a group of 5 from the Uk working for a couple of days and this was perfect for us. Parking for two large vans was great. The A/c doing hot and cold was nice. Good kitchen and lounge. Bedrooms were are also a good size. We plan to use this one again this year for future work trips.

Absolute gem! The KuKuNat estate is a holiday home, creative space, art workshop and exhibition platform alike. In every small corner, lovingly designed and with certainty handmade curiosities can be discovered. The whole thing exudes an absolute villa-Kunterbunt vibe. The large table in the living room with plank floor and freestanding oven was the perfect setting for our role-playing game - if 6 adults already want to go on a weekend for a weekend to retrieve treasures, kill giants and dice cubes, you can hardly think of a better place than the KuKuNat with Pat and Thorsten 🎲🐉⚔️❤️ (And the sauna on Saturday morning helps perfectly against the hangover😁)

We were in the area for a hiking weekend. The space was perfect as a "base". We felt comfortable Traffic on the road can be noisy, but the windows insulate well.

A very nice place in a quiet location with modern furnishings. If everything goes smoothly, I can recommend it.

We had a very nice stay in a comfortable and centrally located place. The apt is complete with all the amenities you need for a stay and enjoyed the area close to the different train stations and stores and restaurants. We booked this flat to visit family who live nearby. Christine’s flat after a long day of travelling was like arriving home. The flat was warm, cosy and with the Christmas decorations felt very welcoming. There were lovely personal touches like an advent calendar we could open the doors of while we were there etc. Christine was very helpful at all stages of booking and made sure that the flat was set up perfectly for us. Thank you Christine, I am sure we will be back at some point!

Steffen & Ann-Christin Are super hosts, very accommodating. Their apartment was clean and well equipped. It is located in a great area with plenty of things to do, great views of the Rhine Valley, and easy access to Mainz & Frankfurt. From previous reviews parking seemed to be an issue but we didn’t have any problems with parking the entire time we were there, even with on going street utility repairs. This is a very nice apartment, in a great location, with super hosts and I would highly recommend it.

My wife and I were very happy with the place, pictures and description match exactly. Roland was a very friendly host who was super quick to respond to all messages. We felt very comfortable.

Guven was a gentleman, very helpful and accommodating.
