We loved our stay at Cottage by the Lake so much, we didn’t want to leave. The house, lake and surrounds are so beautiful. We had a fabulous few days relaxing, watching the wildlife & kayaking. A highlight was feeding the cows with the friendly host Ann and my son is still raving about his tractor ride too! The house is beautifully presented, very clean and Ann has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We will def be back soon!

We had a fantastic stay as two families with 5 kids. The house is perfect for a cozy weekend away and the deck is the perfect place to relax and take in the surroundings. Nige is a great host and we will definitely be back!

If you are looking for peace and tranquility and a chance to gaze up at the stars and explore the beautiful region with family or friends, the 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage is the perfect spot. You can sit outside on the veranda and watch kangaroos and birds or sit under the gazebo and enjoy a picnic. Stephanie is the most lovely host you will ever meet!

Garry’s place was perfect for our family during a weekend sporting event. Great price, was wonderful having two car spaces, and a nice big fridge and freezer. Washer and dryer was also extremely helpful for us. Clean, modern, we will be booking again.

We enjoyed a great working stay at Robyn’s place. The home was very clean and tidy with great rooms for everyone, excellent heating and cooling, and it was close to the centre of Bendigo for all the beautiful parks and restaurants and other things to do. Thanks Robyn :) We would love to stay again when we head that way.

Beautiful, quaint home with a gorgeous garden the kids loved exploring. Large outdoor deck with a beautiful view. Short walk into town.

Small but perfectly formed, had everything you need for a short stay. We did find the bed hard and the pillows soft but that is a personal issue. Great location.

There is one word to describe Little Bird Cottage and that word was 'Perfect'. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. The secure fenced yard was awesome for our fur babies and they loved having the dog door so they could come and go from the house. The fire pit was also a pleasant surprise as were the wonderful treats for both the humans and the dogs. The house was better than what the pictures showed and Lauren was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. This was by far the best pet friendly accommodation we have ever stayed in and we would highly recommend Little Bird Cottage to anyone visiting Echuca.
