Such a beautiful home with breathtaking views and a great location that is close to town. The owner was extremely communicative and helpful with anything we needed. The jacuzzi and pool were an added bonus and our family enjoyed it daily. The house was also very clean! And there is a fully enclosed (gated) yard with a bbq/outdoor kitchen area and turf for dogs. The kitchen is huge and if you have an extended stay you can do plenty of cooking in it! Definitely recommend this stay for families!

This is a gorgeous respite with an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. The location is perfect for those who want a short drive to shops & restaurants but also the quiet of a private neighborhood setting.

We had 6 adults and 3 children for our family Christmas. There was lots of room to be together and for everyone to have their space. The kids especially loved the pool and spa. We enjoyed having the ping pong table. The home was clean and was well equipped with everything you could need. It felt very private and yet close to town and to hiking and biking. The welcome book in the home had lots of good information and recommendations. Dan was a friendly and helpful host. We loved our trip to Sedona and the Owl House was a great part of it. We had such a wonderful time in Sedona! Rachel and David’s place was beautiful inside and out! You really can’t beat the views and the proximity to everything you need. It was a quick drive to uptown with restaurants and shopping with access to hiking just steps away. The home was pristine and had really any amenities we needed which was excellent! We loved the game room which brought out great competition and enjoyed the pool and hot tub in December! Would recommend and love to stay again when we make our way back to Sedona!

The home was perfectly clean and comfortable. We used every aspect of the house (tvs, ac, pool, hot tub, grill) and everything worked perfectly and as advertised. definitely a 5 star home.

If you’re seeking full immersion in the magic of Sedona, a stay at Sundance is the obvious choice. A walk through the living room and its floor-to-ceiling windows is like taking a walking tour through the majestic and mystical red rock that stretches across the landscape. These spectacular views are transformed throughout the day by the movement of the sun (and at night, by the movement of the moon and stars). As if stolen from the pages of your favorite fairy tale, hot air balloons float effortlessly over - and cast shadows upon - the red rock at the first light of day. Hiking and mountain biking adventurers have access to an expansive network of trails within a short walk/ride from the back gate. Jeff and Serena are extremely accommodating hosts who ensured that we had everything that we needed during our stay. Sundance offers its guests a one-of-a-kind wellness experience.

The view out the front windows was fantastic. The home was updated with everything new: flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. All bathrooms had walk-in showers. The backyard was excellent, with a beautiful pool. We did not use the pool as it was December when we were there. The best thing about this home was the Tempur-Pedic mattresses with adjustable head and feet in every bedroom, and all eight of us loved the beds. The place was spotless inside and out. We cooked several meals there and did not need anything. The home is located in west Sedona and close to shopping and restaurants. Our host, Taylor, was responsive to our emails and helpful with recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We truly loved the house and would stay there again.

This is the most amazing place to stay! Perfect for a girls trip or a romantic getaway! The beds and couch were extremely comfortable! Izabela had everything that we needed plus so much more! I highly recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful and relaxing getaway! I hope to return soon!!

This place is amazing! The pictures really don't do it justice, even though the pictures are gorgeous. This is one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in and I have stayed in a lot. The space is perfect for gatherings. There are 2 designated living areas to relax. The kitchen is huge and stocked with everything and anything you might need! I also appreciated the labels on everything to make it easier to find. The home is decorated beautifully, you can tell this isn't just an Airbnb but a home for this family and I loved that. It's one of the most unique homes I've ever been in with so many custom features and designs. The master bathroom is jaw dropping with how gorgeous it is! Makes it feel like you're on a retreat. Their communication is spot on, always available to answer questions. They provide you with a ton of information about the home before check in and it makes it easier. 10/10 would stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Flagstaff!

Incredible house in an even better location. The space was perfect for 10 grown adults to hang out. We walked back and forth from downtown multiple times. Its a very easy walk. We hung out all 10 of us at night time in the house. Never felt cramped. I don't think you can beat the location and price of this Air BnB, it was perfect. Thanks Wade!

Central location to hiking and activities. Kid and pet friendly - lots of space to spread out. We would definitely stay again.

Trevor’s place was perfect for our group. We had 5 adults and 2 kiddos and everyone had a place to sleep comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked, too. Fireplace was great with the colder weather, lots of apps to stream shows and movies, plus there was cornhole, ping pong, and darts available for use. Bathrooms were also stocked with everything you might need during your stay.

Great hosts! Applause to Jessica too for being so responsive and helpful! We had a clog issue in the bathroom and its was resolved immediately. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Will definitely book their place again!

Taylor is a great host. We had a very comfortable stay. The bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. My personal preference for rentals is a comfortable living room for our family to relax together and Taylor’s place had that and a couple of outdoor seating areas too.

Wonderfully cozy and charming spot! Easy to find and follow all of the hosts instructions. Would definitely return here, especially with the awesome hiking trails out the back gate.

This home was a wonderful place for our family to stay. Very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Very nice home layout. We absolutely loved the location, hiking trails in walking distance, excellent restaurants near by. We would definitely want to stay here again!

We have stayed at the El Rancho property several times and love the location, being as close as possible to Snowbowl and very private.

The Ponderosa House was great for our family of 4! The pack n play was especially helpful as we slept our baby in the closet. Everything was clean and tidy and our stay was comfortable and easy. Jenna is an incredible host and very responsive! We will definitely stay there again next time we’re in Flagstaff.

The place was exactly as stated. Extremely clean. Great large fenced yard. The house was very clean and stocked with everything you’d need. Close to hiking, stores and restaurants. Rascal’s was very nice upscale restaurant. Food was very good. The jacuzzi was awesome. Great to come home to after a 6 mile hike! The hosts were very quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay again.

Property was exactly as pictured. The deck was wonderful. Close to downtown but far enough away from the bustle. Beds were comfy and lots of space to unpack. We did not use the apartment so I cant say anything on that end. Property had all the amenities that we needed to cook and hang out after the sun set (smart tv, books to read, etc)

We always enjoy our stay at Valerie's place, We feel right at home. from the cleansiness to the amount of amenities it is well worth the price located in a quiet area of Flagstaff still accessible to downtown within minutes, and being able to bring our pups with us as a major bonus they were comfortable our entire trip! looking forward to booking again
