Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Fort Myers Beach

Great location, clean and exactly as the photos. I had difficulty getting into the room the first time because the lock tells you to use fingerprint but you need to slide down to activate the numbered key pad. Also very very important, they direct you to park on 3rd floor free parking, make sure you do!!!!! We got towed on 1st floor. We knew to park on 3rd but building employee told us it was fine to park anywhere, it’s not. Also after booking you are required to be verified by another 3rd party agency. I really wasn’t happy about it but it is required for insurance purposes. Air B&B is not sufficient. I would stay again. Location is amazing and very clean.

Great place with all of the amenities needed for a perfect weekend away. Pickle ball, bocce, cornhole, basketball, heated pool and amazing workout facility. Has everything needed to enjoy your time in the sun. A great oasis

We have a home in Stoneybrook. We used the condo for overflow family to use. Everything was as advertised. Convenient walk to Community Center activities, and pool. Lots of restaurants and malls to choose from. Will absolutely use again!!

Katie’s place was exactly as described. It was unfortunate about the pool not being available, as that would have added to the experience. Not a huge disappointment as we had so much to do in the area. Would recommend to anyone looking for an easy place to stay.

Amy’s condo is darling. It was super clean which is really important to me. It was well supplied. Bedding was comfortable. Thoughtful extras were provided like beach towels and chairs, laundry soap, plenty of kitchen soap, etc. Her porch deck is screened and patio furniture was comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the harbor of boats. Make sure you go to the main entrance off Burnt Store Rd. to get into the gated community when you check in. We went to the entrance GPS led us to and it’s not accessible at night when our flight arrived. Nice pool, friendly people, next door is a store and a fun restaurant with good food, live music, bingo night, etc. Music from the restaurant can be heard from Amy’s deck but it ends by 9:00. It was a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend it.

This was a wonderful place and a wonderful neighborhood. It was quiet and had a lovely atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again when I come back to visit.

Over our Christmas stay at Marcela’s place. Great location close to beach and shopping. Beautiful location with lots of trees and vegetation.

Amazing location; beautiful accomodations; gated security. Beach within short walking distance (not too close; not too far); pool proximity great. Amazing sunset views. Great restaurants nearby. Quiet building with very good gym, commons area, security.

This place is great!! Safe and comfortable with a fantastic location for fishing. It is right on the water and a minute walk from the dock to be picked up by your boat. Just amazing! For the price, you will not find a better spot in this area.

Wonderful unit -- even better than the photos! Recently updated, clean and spotless. The private terrace was perfect for nighttime cocktails after our son went to bed. Love that the unit provided some baby amenities such as a high chair! And the host was very responsive leading up to our booking and was available via text for any questions that came up. Highly recommend!

This is our second time our family of 5 has stayed in this home and both times have been wonderful! The home is beautiful & clean and the host is very responsive. Our kids particularly enjoyed the toys, scooters, & bunk beds. Babcock Ranch has lots to do - we enjoyed food truck night, the pool, playgrounds, the fitness center, and walking through Christmas lights at the lake.

Our overall stay was wonderful. The house was beyond our expectations. Spacious and beautiful. Kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need. Location is also very convenient. Very close drive to 5th Avenue and beaches. I highly recommend this house to anyone. Thank you for a lovely stay and would love to come back!

One of the best rentals I have ever stayed in! This lovely home is very spacious, tastefully decorated, pristinely clean and very well equipped. In addition, the home's private pool along with the community's resort pool and guest amenities were fabulous! Matthew could not have been a more gracious and accommodating host, and I look forward to a future visits.

We were very pleased with our stay! Everything was provided for and then some! From washing detergent, to sugar for your coffee, to beach towels. The beds were SO comfortable. The sunroom was our favorite spot. The pool was fantastic! The place was so quiet and we enjoyed looking for alligators, birds and turtles throughout the day. I only have good things to say! The only thing I will make comment on is there is no where in the listing that tells of the place being a 55+ community until you get there and read the guest book. It was completely fine and everyone was friendly but when the kids and us got into the pool, you could tell the older folks got a little upset and moved to the other side. I’ll add, we are a very respectable group and weren’t loud, they just live there is all. I get it. Thank you for letting us stay here! We loved every minute!!
