What a wonderful home with a couple of breakfast and lunch bars nearby. Mairi has done a great job on the house. Like the outdoor areas too. Look forward to staying there again.

We did our annual meeting with old friends and it was the perfect location! There was a large living room to stay together, fully equipped kitchen! Extreme peace of mind and breathtaking scenery ! The kittens around the house are so sweet. The lady was then so kind that upon our arrival, knowing we were winemakers, she left us 4 bottles to taste in the area ! Thank you !

Claudia is a very engaged, sweet, caring hostess. Because we didn't arrive at night and our electric car was empty, we couldn't go shopping the next morning (because we had to charge first, through her electricity a little slower than a charging station, and for which she didn't accept money!) and we had nothing to eat. When she heard that, she made us a pot of delicious pasta:-) The surroundings are very nice. It is mountainous and in the garden there are also many stairs, which is something you have to take into account. And lots of wild boars. We encountered 5x them on the road in 10 days! We found the villagers - and also the people in the area - very friendly. We have lovely hikes, eats and also swimming. The pool is a visit, but book first! We have absolutely fallen in love with this area and will be back!

We spent New Year's Eve in this cozy home, also perfect for our family with a one-year-old. The house is exactly as described: warm, welcoming, with a beautiful fireplace that made the atmosphere even more pleasant. The location is very private, immersed in the tranquility of a small village that, although a little desolate, is ideal for those looking for peace and serenity away from the chaos of the city. Luigi was a great host: always available and super responsive to any questions or requests. He was also very flexible with checkout, which we really appreciated. We spent two really relaxing days and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a few days in the mountains, surrounded by nature and quiet.

I had a wonderful stay with my friends in a beautiful house located in Castelli, near the Gran Sasso National Park. The house was really nice and cozy, but what impressed us the most was the garden. With breathtaking mountain views, we spent many hours chatting and relaxing in the open air. The owner lady was extremely kind and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away from the routine and enjoy the beauty of nature. We will definitely be back!
