Everything was completely amazing, Dino is an amazing host. During my first night, the supermarkets/gas stations were closed, and i asked Dino whether there’s a delivery service from where I can order some water from… Dino knocked on my door in 5mins and brought me few bottles of water 🤗

Very welcoming and equipped apartment, quiet, well heated (December). Mrs. Petra, despite her work commitments, responded promptly to our questions and provided us with excellent and useful information

Linda's new apartment booked with no reviews. Saved the price and photos. But in reality, the apartment is even better!!! Everything is new, newly renovated apartment, fully equipped with appliances: large TV, refrigerator, microwave, capsule and geyser coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine. The bonus is the water filter. All kitchen utensils are in excellent condition. There is enough. The bathroom has a comfortable shower cabin, bidet, toilet. Towels are plentiful, all quality. Comfortable mattresses, nice beds, new bed linen. Lots of shelves and storage cabinets. There is an ironing board, iron. There is a sofa in the kitchen. 6 sleeping places. 2 balconies. The beach is 5-7 minutes away, shops, restaurants, markets nearby. Linda is the best hostess. Very intelligent, responsible, courteous, humane. Helped us with everything during our stay. Always in touch, gave useful tips. Offered to meet our family at the station, took with luggage at the end of the holiday. We have the very best experience staying at Linda's place.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

We enjoyed our stay at NIcola's despite the weather. It is a good sized one bedroom appartment with a private external parking space and a very large balcony. The appartment was exceptionally clean and tidy and had everything one needs for a stay including lift access. Very pet frendly. Easy walk to the old historical city of Ravenna. Nicola was a great host and very responsive and helpful before and during our stay.

Everything was fine. Our questions about things to do or anything else were always well answered. The facility is very well maintained and the house has everything you need to cook and linger there. The pool was our highlight. Everything is very charmingly furnished and lovingly designed.

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

The stay was wonderful. Elisa was very quick to answer any questions I had. Very quiet neighborhood, and I had no problem sleeping. Could walk to local grocery store. Wonder park right across the street with great walking paths.

Fantastic house, location and a wonderful host in Leonardo. Area is stunning and so peaceful and private.

Elisa's apartment was very cosy and we loved the mid century theme. Elisa was very responsive to messages and was lovely when we met her briefly Very quiet neighbourhood and only 10 minutes walk from the centre and 20 minutes from the station. Supermarket and laudrette 5 mins away. We enjoyed our stay in Ravenna.

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

We had a great time at Giovannis and Serines place! Giovanni proactively texted us tips for beaches, restaurants, activities, etc beforehand which was really nice, The appartment has everything you need, a great kitchen, everything was spotless clean. The terrace has great view of the castle montefiore and the garden is really beautiful too. You’ll for sure enjoy your time with them :)

Our stay was great. The apartment is located under pine trees and it was quiet. The apartment was clean, has everything you need and is very cozy. We enjoyed the terrace and pull-out sofa. The landlady was very friendly and welcomed us very spontaneously. We were, very pleased and would come back.

We booked for a fair event with colleagues and had a great time. The house is warm and cozy, nothing is missing! The stay experience was excellent, as was the hospitality and availability of the owner.

The large patio/terrace in the back is a space that guarantees total privacy; functional bathrooms, well separated living area from the bedrooms. We will be back!! Highly recommended!!! My friend and I wanted to spend a quiet weekend in the countryside and hill areas, Tommaso was very kind and made us find the apartment very clean and very spacious. We also found some breakfast and everything to cook. Even by accident we had left things in the apartment and Tommaso was super helpful to pick them up. Great apartment!!!

Everything is impeccable, professional managers... than you can want more. I want to emphasize the tranquility and silence that have pleasantly characterized our stay that are often missing in the accommodation facilities located in the historic centers.

Cozy and discreet host, flexible compared to our uncertain check-in time, residential location but convenient to reach the center by car, perfect accommodation for 5 people and welcome with the essentials for one night and one morning passing through. We'd love to go back for several days!
