Great location for walking, kind and helpful hosts, clean apartment, necessary things for everyday functioning in the apartment. I recommend!

Dino is a very nice landlord, the first night we was there, we accidentally shut the door behind us, with out the key on us… Dino was so sweet and answered in the AirB&B chat, so he could come down and lock us back in, at 23 in the afternoon.. So thank you for everything Dino, if we ever come to Imola again, we will choose you again for sure!

Filippo was extremely friendly, helpful and took the time to introduce us to the accommodation, also helped us a lot for a flexible check-in. The apartment was great, newly renovated, everything clean and available what you need. A top location for our trip. We felt very comfortable with Filippo, so we would definitely be happy to come back :-)

Linda's new apartment booked with no reviews. Saved the price and photos. But in reality, the apartment is even better!!! Everything is new, newly renovated apartment, fully equipped with appliances: large TV, refrigerator, microwave, capsule and geyser coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine. The bonus is the water filter. All kitchen utensils are in excellent condition. There is enough. The bathroom has a comfortable shower cabin, bidet, toilet. Towels are plentiful, all quality. Comfortable mattresses, nice beds, new bed linen. Lots of shelves and storage cabinets. There is an ironing board, iron. There is a sofa in the kitchen. 6 sleeping places. 2 balconies. The beach is 5-7 minutes away, shops, restaurants, markets nearby. Linda is the best hostess. Very intelligent, responsible, courteous, humane. Helped us with everything during our stay. Always in touch, gave useful tips. Offered to meet our family at the station, took with luggage at the end of the holiday. We have the very best experience staying at Linda's place.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

Nicola and his wife are very helpful and friendly hosts. Super nice that they provided us with bicycles. The apartment was as described and looks sour. Everything necessary for a pleasant stay was available. Many things of daily use were already present. Gracie. The apartment is very lovingly and practically furnished. The center of the city is very close and can be reached on foot or by bike. The location is quiet and the parking right outside the door is awesome. Everything was fine. Our questions about things to do or anything else were always well answered. The facility is very well maintained and the house has everything you need to cook and linger there. The pool was our highlight. Everything is very charmingly furnished and lovingly designed.

The stay was wonderful. Elisa was very quick to answer any questions I had. Very quiet neighborhood, and I had no problem sleeping. Could walk to local grocery store. Wonder park right across the street with great walking paths.

Elisa's apartment was very cosy and we loved the mid century theme. Elisa was very responsive to messages and was lovely when we met her briefly Very quiet neighbourhood and only 10 minutes walk from the centre and 20 minutes from the station. Supermarket and laudrette 5 mins away. We enjoyed our stay in Ravenna.

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

We had a great time at Giovannis and Serines place! Giovanni proactively texted us tips for beaches, restaurants, activities, etc beforehand which was really nice, The appartment has everything you need, a great kitchen, everything was spotless clean. The terrace has great view of the castle montefiore and the garden is really beautiful too. You’ll for sure enjoy your time with them :)

Kevin is a very accurate and available Host. The apartment was in great condition exactly as advertised. We will definitely come back to him in case of a new stay in Rimini!

Angela's place is a charming house in a village near Ravenna (approx. 15 minutes by car). It is a lovely spot in a calm place, fully equipped and excellently clean. We got everything we needed (2 adults, 2 children) and it was very easy to get in. There is a private parking spot, which is a great advantage. I can highly recommend Angela and her apartment, and would definitely return! thanks Kate

Our stay was great. The apartment is located under pine trees and it was quiet. The apartment was clean, has everything you need and is very cozy. We enjoyed the terrace and pull-out sofa. The landlady was very friendly and welcomed us very spontaneously. We were, very pleased and would come back.

We booked for an event at the fair with colleagues and had a really good time. The house is warm and welcoming, nothing is missing! The stay experience was excellent, as was the hospitality and availability of the owner.

Great stay in Paola's lovely apartment, just as described. The terraces are fabulous. Great communication too. Marina di Ravens was quite quiet this week, but loved Ravenna. Also loved Cesenetico - very quaint town. Definitely recommend.

More than 5 stars! Above and beyond perfection!! A luxurious, modern, 2 bedroom condo. Fully equipped kitchen. Elegantly decorated. Squeaky clean. A bonus of a washer and dryer. Everything needed for 1 night, 1 month or longer stay. The private garden adds a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere which has a table, chairs and loungers to enjoy. The beach is within walking minutes with restaurants abundant. We were overwhelmed! The quaint town is also walking minutes from the condo. Many restaurants, shopping, grocery store and bus line. Tania is the ultimate host! Always available at any time and just as pleasant. This experience exceeded our expectations. We hope to come back and bring friends. Thank you Tania, your the best❣️
