Very comfortable and functional apartment, well equipped, large, fresh, with a huge terrace overlooking nature for aperos and meals! Domusnovas is a peaceful little town super well located for visiting the south west of Sardinia. Lots of beautiful and very interesting sites 40 minutes around including Cagliari. Sebastiano is a very nice, kind and welcoming host. enough to have a very pleasant time.

Pasquale is a great host-welcoming,friendly,communicative & humorous!What a find this house was. The house & beautiful garden are brilliant in every way.There is absolutely everything you need and more for a perfect,relaxing holiday-which we had.The house is modern,bright&pristine with great attention to detail throughout. We loved the outdoor terrace.The location,quiet &private is great,an easy walk to a beautiful beach.The island is beautiful,so many fabulous beaches. We had a lovely time staying in Sant'Antioco. The area is fantastic and the flat was well placed to explore both on foot and by car. The flat itself was well proportioned and had everything we needed in it; the AC was apricated in the bedrooms and we made the most of the beautiful courtyard with the lemon trees.

A truly special airbnb, we were very sad to leave it!! Even in October nearby restaurants were open and there was so much to do in the area. The villa was equipped with everything we needed for the beach, and from the rooftop you could hear the sound of the sea. We would absolutely recommend this spot and stay again. Simone and Julian were very kind, very responsive and very welcoming.

We had a lovely holiday. The pools are fantastically beautiful. However, we have to say quite honestly if we hadn't been there with friends who lived in the villa, some of it would have been a bit difficult. The seating in front of the pool house is available but very hot until the evening. Kitchen is available with everything you need but with a very very small work surface that makes it very difficult to cook. But that was no problem for us as we spent most of the time at the villa. We had chosen these cottages because the description said there is the villa and the pool house, but the pool house is a semi-detached house that is also inhabited. There are other cottages on the premises and there is a kiosk and another pool(which is fantastic), but day guests also come to the property. It's all just a heads up. We had a great stay despite everything.

Very well equipped and new. Very pleasant terrace. There is nothing missing (maybe 1 microwave?) and the city center is very close. Private parking is a real advantage . The small touches (cakes, welcome pack, breakfast, wine...) were greatly appreciated. We had an excellent reception. Very nice bedding. We felt like we were at home. We would recommend it. Great value for money

We just had 10 dreamy days in Michael's house. Mickael is an outstanding host, remarkably kind and helpful, always at our disposal and ready to do us a favor. Lovers and great connoisseur of his island, he was able to make us enjoy the treasures of the Chia region ( sights, beautiful beaches, restaurants, supermarkets...) Her hillside home offers us exceptionally views from its large terrace breathtaking on a turquoise blue sea bordered by a green forest. A wonder! In addition it is decorated with great taste with all the comforts and complete equipment. Everything was perfect including the bedding very comfortable. Thank you Michael for everything you brought to us throughout our stay including the little touches upon arrival. We'll be happy to go back.

Elisa was a great host! The flat was even prettier than the pictures and really clean. She was available per text and super helpful and nice. Parking was always available in the same street. Thank you for an uncomplicated stay!
