Holiday rentals with beach access in Folly Field Beach

We loved how close we were to the beach! The unit was also very close to the elevator and there is a covered loading zone which was great given we left in the rain. Took our family of 6. It was a bit cozy,(especially given 1 of them was in a pack n play and 1 was in a toddler blow up bed) but definitely doable. Had a little hiccup on the check in, but Renee was very quick to take care of it.

It was a lovely location. Watching the sunrise over the pool with coffee in the morning and walking on the beach at sunset was perfect.

An excellent well thought out place that lacks for nothing. comfortable bed, spacious lounge/kitchen. Easy 5 min walk to the beach Karen was extremely helpful. We were driving north to escape hurricane Milton and Karen responded quickly to our request. Even sheltered our car in her garage as the storm passed. Thoroughly recommend

best host I had so far. clear instructions, great communication. very clean completely furnished apartment with free parking right in the heart of the busy part of Tybee island. plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in close vicinity. only a few steps from the pier and beach.

Cindy's place / Mini-Pearl was an excellent stay for my wife and I and our 1-year old. If you are looking for a quiet, private, chill rental unit with just the right amenities - one block from the boardwalk - this would be a great fit for you. Parking was included and convenient. The space was just right, very comfortable temperature, and quiet. The host was extremely quick to respond, courteous and helpful. Umbrella, wagon and beach chairs provided. We loved walking to the beach in the morning, and quick return for afternoon nap. The grocery store could not be more convenient, and it was a fun easy walk to the pier and main drag of restaurants. Highly recommend!

This condo is spacious, decorated beautifully, clean, and has a great view and location. The complex has a security gate, and parking is easy. We were here for the week of Christmas. The complex was very empty and quiet. The walk to the beach boardwalk is just steps away. The pool and hot tub are also close. Nearby are restaurants, shops, and a grocery. Tons of storage and closet space in each room!!! The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. We’d love to stay here again! Our favorite thing, by far, was the view from the large windows in the living area. Watching the rays from the sunrise and sunset come through the window makes this condo an even better place! We even spotted a deer one afternoon right outside the window! We didn’t use but were surprised to see extra things in the closets… ice chests, baby gear, beach towels, blankets, extra pillows, etc. WiFi was fast and TVs were great. Everything was perfect!😍

This rental was perfect for our family of 4. The location was great to access Sea Pines and the northern parts of the island. We loved the fenced in yard for our dog, too. Overall this rental was very comfortable for our family.

Great little spot. Just a few blocks from the main strip of bars and restaurants. Small and humble, but efficient use of the space, so if you’re ok with the non-fancy, it’s the perfect spot. Great value. Will stay here again for sure if we come back to Tybee for another golf trip.

The house was very comfortable, and only a 5 minute walk to the beach and grocery store. We had the pleasure of staying during the most snow Tybee has had in idk how long. Not many things are prettier than a beach covered in snow. The co-host/property manager, Renee, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we could have asked for. She was amazing. I would recommend this house solely based on her and the effort she puts in to taking care of guests. We will be staying here again in the future, or any other property on Tybee that she manages or is a part of.

Enjoyed our stay. Liked the downstairs entrance that houses beach items. Mornings and evenings were nice to sit outside in the screened in porch or at the outdoor table. Short walk to the beach. Had kitchen items that one would need for simple meals, also had crock pot and blender. Beach towels were there if needed. During our stay there was someone staying in the attached apartment but we did not hear them.

What a great house to stay in if you are heading to Hilton Head. Took my family of 4 and 2 dogs to Hilton Head for a week for New Year’s 2025 and we could not be happier with our choice. The house was fully supplied with everything we needed and was just a short walk to the beach. We loved playing pool, ping pong and hanging out in the screened porch. The dogs also enjoyed the beach, screened porch and the fenced in area in the back. Plenty of places and things to do in the area. Super Host Marina was very responsive and provided clear checkin and checkout instructions.

I have used Airbnb before but not like Michael’s place. We had almost everything we needed (especially in the kitchen) and made us feel as if we are at our own home. Add to it providing the charcoal for the grill, the wood for the fire pit and making himself available if we needed anything. It was a great experience all around.

We had such a wonderful stay! Beautiful home and it had everything we needed! One of the best stocked kitchens we have ever seen for a rental. It had everything we needed for cooking meals. Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of linens and towels for our stay. House was also well stocked with lots of games which was nice because it rained quite a bit during our late December stay. Garage was well stocked with everything you would need for the beach. Our grandkids had so much fun with all the beach toys and the wagon made it easy to transport stuff to the beach. The pool was very fun too! Our kids and grandkids spent hours playing in it which again was awesome since the weather was not ideal most of our trip. The hosts added so many nice details to really make our stay comfortable and Steven was very quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. We highly recommend this property and host. Hoping to return in the summer!

We had a great time staying at this home in Tybee. The location is great and you are only a few minutes or less from everything on the island and only a few short steps to the beach. Tracy was helpful with check in and gave us a tour of the place and provided local restaurant and bar recommendations which were very helpful. The two queen beds were very comfortable and the living room TV was great for watching a game. The two beds are separated by a folding door so you can hear a bit between the two spaces but this was a non issue for us. The luggage holders provided were helpful to place our suitcases on and there was ample closet hanging space. We were in town for a wedding and the location was very convenient to the Tybee island wedding chapel!

We loved the home it was lovely. In my opinion the distance to the beach was an inconvenience. It’s a good walk for families with little kids or older retired adults. The golf cart was not accessible on one of the days and we didn’t get any communication about the situation until we were already at the beach. Driving was an option but even then the distance was long for my parents who are 80+. We still made memories and had a good time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Big enough for everyone to have their own space. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds 3-4 years of age. The hostess was wonderful. She was willing to help if needed.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The communication was super easy and the apartment was great. Everything we expected and we would come back for sure! Thank you guys so much! 😊

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and being in a top floor end unit meant less noise from neighbors. The complex was well-maintained and the staff was really friendly. This area is away from the crowds near Coligny, but not far from all the island has to offer. Colin was great about communicating and always responded quickly to messages.

Review of our stay: We had a wonderful time at this cozy place! The location was very convenient — the beach and pool were just a few minutes’ walk away. There are also nearby stores to quickly grab groceries, which was a big plus. The host was very responsive, answered all our questions promptly, and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The apartment is small but very cozy and perfect for two people. However, the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable option for a third person. Our child slept on it and, unfortunately, didn’t enjoy it much, which slightly impacted our overall experience. Overall, we were happy with our stay, especially due to the proximity to the beach and other amenities. This place is perfect for a couple or a small family of two!

My Husband and I loved this gem of a place. The location is perfect. Beautiful views of the ocean from the 3rd floor. The condo was very clean. The bed and linens were comfortable. Craig was kind and responsive. This place surpassed our expectations and we truly had a wonderful vacation!

Absolutely PRISTINE and extremely comfortable! Little thoughtful touches included an amazing gift bag and a detailed, thorough welcome binder chock full of helpful local suggestions and lodging/complex details. Quite obvious that the hosts truly care about providing an enjoyable experience to their guests! We would stay here again if we have the good fortune to visit beautiful Hilton Head Island again!

Highly recommended Michael's Condo. The place is exactly like photos. We felt so welcomed and at home there. Great location, heated pool and recommend The Deck restaurant on the grounds. Michael is very attentive to respond to questions and offer a great guide to local restaurants and attractions. It was the perfect place for our getaway, and first time in Tybee Island. This condo was perfect! The onsite restaurant served great food and drinks! The beach is SO close!! I appreciated the closet of beach goodies such as the chairs, toys, and umbrella, as well as the wagon to transport them to the beach. The host is very responsive to messages and provided great recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!
