Beautiful location! The house is spacious, furnished in a rustic style with attention to detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We spent four days in total tranquility, surrounded by nature and breathtaking scenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunsets while walking in the surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the common areas are comfortable and well-organized. The host was extremely helpful and proactive from check-in, promptly responding to any needs. A place I highly recommend to anyone seeking a break immersed in nature.

Both Orvieto and Giovanni’s house were an absolute delight after a few exciting days in Rome! Orvieto is gorgeous - fascinating, unspoilt, beautiful and peaceful and Giovanni’s house is quite extraordinary and unique. The chance to stay in an house above an Etruscan dwelling is remarkable but so is the accommodation in the upper part of the house. It is comfortable, spacious, well equipped and tidy - and that view! Has to be seen ti be believed! Incidentally, everyone we met in Orvieto was lovely - the town had a cheerful, laid back atmosphere which, with the astonishing history, eye popping cathedral, tiny medieval streets and verdant spring growth and our charming Etruscan cottage, made this a wonderful break.

We had a wonderful stay at Piero’s house. The location is gorgeous and the house was spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. We hope to be back!

Donato and Francesca are one of the best hosts we have encountered so far! They have a beautiful place and are extremely helpful and warm! They are wonderful genuine people and we highly recommend their place for anyone who would love to stay at a quite peaceful serene location but yet not far away from the amenities! Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Federica is a friendly, pleasant and kind host. We had a really good time in her home, which is spacious, very clean and welcoming. Federica was available both for check-in and for info about the area and then being a pleasant person it is a fun chat with her, too bad we had a short time. central location for us since we visited Perugia, Assisi and Gubbio and nothing is missing in the apartment. thank you Federica!!!!

We would recommend anyone to book Rina’s beautiful stay! We can’t say enough great things about the experience. Rina and her family were so extremely kind and friendly, and the beautiful animals on the property were a huge highlight for us. The place itself was gorgeous. Thank you Rina and family for everything! We will miss it.

We loved our stay here. You are very close to Assisi old town- just walk to the parking lot next door and ride the escalator up. We parked the car on the property and did not use it the whole time. We walked to Assisi both days we were here and spent time in the town. When we needed groceries we walked to the nearby Tigre grocery store. After walking around the town the apartment was perfect for relaxing. It was comfortable with lots of space. There is a TV. The beds are very comfortable. My son loved having his own space in the little nook. We had what we needed to make breakfast and simple dinners. We followed Angela's guidebook (on the Airbnb app/site) to book a restaurant in town one time. Our GPS had a hard time finding the house, but we called and her son explained it to us. After that it was very easy.

Grandma Jenny's place made for a wonderful stay for me and my two children. It was cozy and a very convenient location to see many beautiful sights the area has to offer!

We had a great time at Paola's Airbnb. It was well equipped for everything we needed. Paola was very responsive to all of our questions and had great recommendations. It was very nice having a garage for the car. Check in and check out were very simple. The mini metro is very close that can easily take you into the historical district. Wonderful Airbnb in Perugia. We would definitely stay here again.

Simona's apartment, in addition to being just a short walk from the historic center of Foligno, is completely renovated, equipped with every comfort, super clean and really cozy. We immediately felt at home. Highly recommended.

Ilva and her husband met me at the apartment. She gave excellent directions and was patient as I missed a connection in Florence so was two hours later than I thought. The location if perfect for getting all the places of interest in Orvieto. Her apartment is charming and really makes you feel you’re in Italy.

I'm sure this is the best apartment we've been to through Airbnb. Marco + Michele are great hosts. I highly recommend it for those who have a car and want a comfortable and luxurious experience at a great price. Also a short drive from the Pian di Massiano mini metro with free parking so that the historic center is easy to access.

We had a great time at Hugo’s place, it’s very clean and convenient especially for us who were in Perugia to watch Volleyball games. Very near both the train station and mini metro station. There’s also a nearby grocery store. 2 stops away at MiniMetro and about 15mins walk to Pala Barton.

Accommodation set in the context of a Liberty-style villa from the early 1900s, with a garden and a comfort space next to the apartment. Beautiful view of Assisi and Mount Subasio. Possibility of parking the car at the back of the house.

This is very beautiful house, well equipped in gorgous place. There is plenty of space, two bedrooms, great kitchen. Everything is perfect. Stefano is very helpful and kind. Thank you very much 😍.

The accommodation is a small paradise of tranquility. No noise pollution. Wonderful view. Careful environment and a beautiful pool where you can relax and cool off. Antonella and her family are exquisite, kind, and extremely discreet people. strategic location to visit both the villages of Lake Trasimeno and to visit Perugia, Assisi and many other places. The nearby village is enchanting and you can shop for local products. For a more complex shopping just reach the lake village (Passignano) and you can find coop and Conad. the only thing that should be considered is that the area is totally devoid of a mobile network. The house is equipped with wifi, but as soon as you leave the house, even just to go to the pool, you have no way to access the network. For those like us who wanted to disconnect from everything, it was a no problem. If instead you needed to work or be available, it should be considered. overall for us it was a beautiful week of relaxation. It's worth it.

I spent the turn of the year in this accommodation with my family members and everything was perfect. The hosts were super helpful, helping us with directions for places to know and were very kind at all times. Super tidy and clean house. I will be back for sure! I felt very well and at home. I recommend to those looking for a quiet place amidst beautiful scenery.
