The home was clean, confortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area.

Sonya was a kind and gracious host. Her home was exactly as described, clean and a perfect fit for our family. I grew up going to nettles island and it is exactly as I remembered. I loved being able to share a piece of my childhood with my own children. We will be sure to book with Sonya again.

This house is great. Plenty of room for family and friends. Dock right out the door - brought our boat and rented jet skis. Pool with hot tub was a plus. Al is very responsive to any questions. This house has it all. We have rented from Al previously and won't rent from anyone else when we go to this area. The houses are so well stocked - fabulous!!!

My family and I had a great time at this property. It comfortably houses four people and provides lots of privacy. The gated community is beautiful and well kept and the location is central to many attractions and shopping areas.

Incredible private beachfront property with lovely pool, hot tub and tennis/pickleball court. Home was very clean and was equipped with many amenities to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Daniel (the host) and Zak were amazing to deal with. They made sure our stay was a memorable one. A wonderful vacation spot! Thank you Daniel!

Very sweet house in great location. We had everything we needed for our 3 person work trip; kitchen well-equipped, comfy beds and furniture, good showers. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Perfect for our 3 person work trip. I would love to stay here on vacation some day. Jeff is a great host!

First, Erin and Katie are super responsive and helpful. Next, the home is spotless and well equipped. The kitchen literally has anything and everything you need or want! From spices to utensils or dishes and pots and pans, this kitchen is ready for your meal prep. The pool area is outstanding with ample seating and a great pool. There’s an outdoor kitchen and seating area. And, I have to say there’s so many thoughtful amenities from beach chairs to high chairs to beach towels to fluffy bath towels or toys, games and beach reads. Clean, comfortable and family friendly—you will enjoy your stay.

I was on a budget and this place fit the bill. It is very quiet, there’s a place to sit out front and out back. It was very clean and roomy. Don’t expect the Hilton, it’s older but taken care of. Danna and Carey answered the only question I had…can I bring my small granddaughters over to play in the pool. The answer was a resounding YES! Very nice people.

very beautiful house. nice view and relaxing patio to watch boats pass by in the mornings. saw a manatee one morning! house was very clean and the host was extremely responsive when I had questions.

Overall a great place to stay even if just for the patio! Our stay was for 2 weeks in February. It actually was warm enough (80°) for a quick dip in the pool. -Bed was incredibly comfortable…and I am super picky about mattresses! And pillows! We both slept really well. -Very clean -Bathroom - shower appears small but actually quite roomy. -Extremely well stocked kitchen. -Very quiet neighborhood - my husband was able to work on the patio, also great neighborhood for walking -Patio - great covered area as well as area for sun. Pool is super clean. -Close to shopping - grocery store less than 5 min away -So many extras are supplied…toilet paper, coffee pods, trash bags, cleaners, pool towels, and more We may make this an annual trip!

Kirt and Susan were very responsive to any questions I had - their place was exactly how it was described- my husband and I and our 2 dogs and a great time - the backyard was private and very ideal for the dogs and the ambiance of the backyard was very nice- I absolutely loved the swing - it was very clean inside and the kitchen had everything we needed - we will be back for sure :) Not far from the beach or restaurants :)

We absolutey enjoyed our stay in may 2023. The house is a gem, so colorful and perfect to stay with children. You have everything you need and the kitchen is very well equiped. The communication with Trish was great and we'd come back anytime.

If I could give this listing more than five stars, I would. Tammy is a great hostess! She is very hospitable, knowledgeable about the area, and made us feel right at home. I especially appreciate her attention to detail and friendliness. The property is beautiful, quiet, and just a short drive from restaurants, shops, gas stations, grocery stores, etc. I would recommend Tammy's Airbnb to anyone planning a stay in the area.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! It is a must stay, and quite literally an iconic landmark in the area! The host was beyond accommodating and friendly for our entire stay. The property speaks for itself, it’s on the water boasting absolutely stunning views in the home architecture is so unique. It was sparkling clean when we arrived. We were here for a work project and everything went absolutely wonderful. Amazing location, and the restaurant next-door we went to nearly every day! If we could’ve stayed here for another month, we would have. Do not miss your opportunity to stay here, The Grant House is the best. And the host Pam is wonderful!

Susan was a wonderful host! Everything was as described. From the lovely bedroom overlooking the pool to the thoughtful provision of croissants, coffee, water, etc., every detail made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Stuart was a great town to visit, and we hope to return. There were lots of great beaches to visit, and we enjoyed browsing the shops downtown. For the tennis, golf or fishing enthusiasts, there are lots of possibilities as well.

Lisa's home helped to make our trip a great Florida stay. It is well kept and fully stocked . My family and I enjoyed the personality in the home decor and how cozy the home was. Lisa was quick to respond to our questions and provided clear instructions/requests for the stay. A quick 10 minutes to grocery stores/restaurants and 15 minutes to Hutchinson Island beaches.

Antonio was so wonderful, very responsive and helpful. I had baggage issues from the airline and he was very patient and flexible with my situation. He came over to turn the pool a few degrees warmer as we requested since we had little kids with us, it made a big difference! The pool was amazing, being on the river was a cool spot, the home was spacious and accommodated everything our family needed. It was an excellent find and we loved being there! Would highly recommend!
