This bi-level 29/30th floor apartment is wonderfully spacious and is flooded with sunlight by day, thanks to its 2 story floor-to-ceiling windows looking out across the city all the way to the Rio de la Plata. The unobstructed views of the city and skyline are equally dramatic by night. Each room features a panoramic view of the city, the Rio de la Plata and on to Uruguay. This penthouse apartment is in an upscale, brand-new building completed in September 2009. The building features 24/7 security, concierge, 5 modern elevators, gym, and private gardens with a 25-meter heated swimming The gym is located on the 31st floor and features the most incredible views of the city while you are working out. The location can't be beat, with easy access to all public transportation. Just 2 blocks from the apartment, there is a stop on the Metro/subway line ?D? that connects Palermo Soho with the downtown area, Recoleta, and Belgrano. Many bus lines also stop nearby, and taxis are available at any hour. This elegant, ultra-modern apartment is the perfect option for travelers wanting to avoid small, cramped hotel rooms. No expense was spared furnishing this apartment. The furniture is all high-end, custom made for this apartment. Enjoy the incredible views from the balcony as well as from this spacious terrace, which is accessible from the living room. Excellent space in the heart of the city. Located in Recoleta, close to many touristic spots and great restaurants. Great access to public transport .The apartment is always cleaned and disinfected as soon as the guests leave the apartment, so that the new guest finds everthing in optimal conditions and feels safe in our space. What an eclectic apartment. Just marvelous decor. The photos do not do it justice and the price is great! The location is walk-able to restaurants, a mall, the best hotels, coffee shops, and mini markets. The apartment does not come with any condiments in the kitchen but they do give you a bottle of Malbec which was so nice. The second bedroom is apart from the rest making it a more secluded room but has its own bathroom for convenience. Viviana was very flexible and kind to respond quickly to any questions we had. Loved the roominess of the living room. Hated the bed mattress. Unfortunately, it was extremely old and uncomfortable and the comforter smelled very old too. We did not have any good nights of sleep because of the mattress however, we loved the apartment. The two patios are so chic and unique but just need a little tiding up. My family came over the last night we were there for our farewells and they also were in awe of how charming the place is! Thank you Pablo and Viviana!

Beautiful apartment. The apartment is much larger than it looks like in the pictures, so that was great! The apartment is in a great location, you are close to all neighbourhoods! You have everything you need just steps away. The best outlets are super close to go shopping. The apartment has was super clean and Rebecca took the time to explain everything to us , which was nice seeing as most hosts do not take the time to do this. The apartment itself has everything you need and more, the kitchen is well equipped and the bed is super comfortable. Would highly recommend and would stay here again !!
