Pros: Beautiful ancient house in the hills of Florence. Authentic ancient bedrooms and living rooms with renovated bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen with a nice dining room. Excellent view over part of the city, in the upper garden even over the whole city. Beautiful nature with many olive trees in the area. Cons: Unfortunately, heating only partially worked. Arrival with a large/wide/deep car is difficult, very narrow streets with partly considerable gradients

The truth is that everything is very good. All super clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient for the train connection and also sightseeing

We had a fun & comfortable time at Claudia’s property. Right from the start, Claudia was very responsive & helpful. From check in to restaurant recommendations to parking (yes, we drove, but parked the car in a garage) & others. Claudia’s property is very inviting, peaceful & safe. It is spacious for 2 people. Comfortable furnishings & a very modern & clean bathroom. Daily breakfast is included. Lastly, the location could not be better. 2mins walk to Boboli Gardens; 3-4 mins to Pitti Palace; 10 mins to Ponte Vechhio & the Duomo is ~20 min with the Uffizi on the way. On Claudia’s recommendation we went to Piazza Santo Spirito for dinner - a charming neighborhood close by. We tried Guastapanino restaurant & it was awesome. There’s many other restaurants & all of them were busy. Always a good sign. Thank you Claudia for having us as your guests & guiding us on our 1st visit to Florence. We had a great time & highly recommend your Airbnb to others. Will definitely stay again!

The location, nestled between vineyards and olive groves, felt like a dream come true. I loved every moment of our stay; it was picture-perfect and incredibly relaxing. There was a hammock near our room where I spent most of my time enjoying the scenery. We could easily walk around and explore the area. The room was clean and cozy, and breakfast was excellent, featuring a variety of items along with several juices and hot tea or coffee. The views from every side of the property were stunning, and the host was very helpful and friendly, providing great suggestions for nearby attractions.

The accommodation is complete with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Beatrice and her mother are very available to our 1 and a half year old son's needs. The accommodation is slightly outside the center but with the bus stop right in front of the house allows you to reach the center in a few minutes. Nice welcome at check-in. We are Indonesian and Swiss Couple that living in Switzerland. Our destination is Firenze but we choose place outside from centre, and we really happy to Find Sandro`s place. Easy to find, modern and new organize, room and toilet are big enough. Supermarket directly only cross the street, parking area on the Supermarket also big. Some restaurant also near from Sandro`s place, but the good things on the 1st floor and the other side building also have Restaurant. They have no provide some drink, tea or coffee inside the room, but for us that is really Ok, because we spend mostly our time outside. Also simple breakfast that is really enough and good. Sandro give a good service to all the guest when we have a breakfast. The best part, when we arrive really so late from the time mentioned by apps. Sandro still waiting for us with really good mood (we are arrive 11.15pm) Thank you so much Sandro for your hospitality, advices and suggestion for everything we need.

We stayed one night at Gabriele's. We can't wait to do it again ! Very clean, very elegant and refined room. Breakfast with a lot of choice between sweet and savory, and in the atrium you can have an aperitif. Both are very kind and helpful, we will definitely be back!

Where do we begin, our stay at Daniel and Daniella’s was absolutely magical. They were the most gracious hosts, from providing clear and responsive directions to make sure we got to the house safe, to preparing incredible homemade meals, to sharing their story of their lovely home and lessons of learning the way of the land. Not to mention the breathtaking views, beautifully renovated suites, and expansive walking grounds. This truly was an experience we will never forget. We would absolutely recommend D+D to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing, and home-like stay in the heart of the Chianti region. He welcomed us by showing us the surroundings and giving us advice on how best to experience Florence according to the time we had available. This B&B is ideal for those who want to get to know Tuscany and want to live it to the fullest: Daniela and Giampaolo, the hosts, are exquisite and kind people who welcomed us in a beautiful accommodation in this historic house and prepared a rich breakfast with typical local dishes, both sweet and savory composed of cheeses and charcuterie typical of the surrounding tradition and cakes prepared in the house and with very fresh jams. In addition to hosting us, they recommended many places to visit nearby rich in history and local beauties, both close as Loro Ciuffenna and distant as Arezzo and beyond, with the various museums, architectures and walks that made us experience a piece of Tuscany at its best. For us this point was very important, they were tips that are difficult to find elsewhere and the passion with which Daniela talked about it convinced us even more to do these cultural adventures. Highly recommended to those who want a chill vacation in a serene environment.

Excellent to say the least! Daniela and her husband are exceptional people, it feels like staying at home! The breakfast prepared by Daniela is worth the trip, especially her cakes! Not to mention the hospitality for the child, we have just left and already wants to return to Daniela's house! We met for New Year's Eve and they also offered us a good wine to toast all together in front of an enchanting fireplace! What can I say, maybe unique! I hope to be back soon!

We only stayed for one night but immediately felt at home. The room was perfect like the whole house but the real plus was being welcomed by a special and helpful person like Cristina. If we have a chance, we'll definitely come back.

The most beautiful place we’ve stayed on holiday. Everything Antonella provided made our stay extremely enjoyable and the surroundings are idyllic. If I lived here I would never get used to the view!
