Holiday houses in Florence

The house was great and had a massive front yard with plenty of parking space. The home has a modern design, but it felt a bit empty due to its very simple setup. The backyard is really nice, especially with the fireplace, which added a cozy touch. The location, however, isn’t ideal as it gets very dark at night. Also, the front door didn’t have a code, so we had to use the garage door to enter the house each time. Nevertheless, the host was very responsive and accommodating to our additional requests. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it!

The place was clean, stocked with all essentials you would need. Just bring slippers in the winter the tile floors were frozen cold, and we froze the first night because we couldn’t find the thermostat (it’s inside the main house and you’ll have no access to it and the listing didn’t mention that so we looked everywhere.) But there was a radiator heater we located after and that keeps it super warm! It’s quiet, the backyard was lovely. The jacuzzi is used as a pool and the actual heated jacuzzi is the above ground Hot tub just passed the pool that we failed to notice and so we sat in the lukewarm warm water in fifty degrees weather in the jacuzzi until Diana came out and saved us! Overall, a very unique place to stay.

The place was all around amazing- we walked in and was in aww!! The game room and an amazing asset to the stay there were a numerous amounts of pool and pac man and connect four played. Loved the turf outback I laid and watched numerous planes fly over with a pillow and blanket (simple but amazing). The neighbors were great as well. It was fun to hear and see all the fireworks in New Years Eve! I would stay here 10x over again.

We had a great stay at Ashley’s place! Super clean house, decorated very cute. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The backyard was great. Our kids enjoyed all it had to offer.The house was in the perfect location for what we needed. We definitely plan on staying again!

We had a nice comfortable stay. Plenty of amenities; pool, spa, BBQ, pacman arcade game, and skeetball game. Nice big fenced in backyard.

Location was amazing! Very clean and exactly as described

Absolutely loved our stay here. The house is even better than the photos and so well stocked with makeup wipes, lotion, hair tools, etc. The hosts are very responsive and easy to work with. They answered my millions of questions quickly and allowed my friend to check in early. The house is only a quick drive (or Lyft) to old town which was super convenient. The only minor issue we had was troubleshooting the Alexa on the outdoor patio (she had a mind of her own) but that doesn’t take away from the perfect stay we had. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly book again if ever I’m in the area.

Ettys place was fantastic. Lots of good beds, 3 bathrooms and a fantastic pool very well heated. Dani was our contact and was fast and super quick to respond. Went over and above for us and very enjoyable to talk to. House was more than expected and everything worked as was there plus more. Location and access was really great. Would highly recommend Ettys place and we will be using it again.
