The house is excellent placed, close to the main road, bus station and a good restaurant (Dorfwirt) . It was very clean, in the kitchen we had everything we needed. There is a coffee machine (filter coffee), cooker, fridge-freezer (small). There are two bedrooms. Heating was good. Communication was great with Victoria (we didn't meet her) and Martina (she was very nice and helpful). It was requested a deposit ( 200 euros) for eventually damages. It was not the case and the deposit was returned before our departure.

We were 5 adults, and we had a very pleasant stay at this cozy house. Great value for the price!

We enjoyed our stay and Ben was very friendly and responsive. The place was very spacious and welcoming for our big family.

Very friendly and accommodating hosts. If what is, it will be handled immediately. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of excursions in the area. Amenities are as described. It has everything you need and it is very clean.

Sigrid gave us an extremely warm welcome. She was always available to us and the cottage is really impeccable, very well equipped and very attractively designed. We felt right at home and enjoyed the stay very much. Next time we'd like to stay a little longer. The bathroom, the well-equipped kitchen and the living room with the Bluetooth system and the fireplace, the games cellar and the beautiful terrace with grill and existing charcoal, were all highlights for us. Likewise, the delicious cake that was ready for us on the table upon our arrival :) All in all, we would say eleven out of ten stars, we will be happy to come back and would recommend this place to everyone! amazing stay, the spa room was the highlight, after a long day of skiing, it was the perfect thing to come home to. amazing host, very responsive to any trouble we had. highly recommend.

Enjoyed a week in apartment Ammonit. Complete apartment, everything neat and clean. Hostess responded quickly to questions. Very nice area. We love hiking in the mountains. Piller Moor and Kaunertal highly recommended. Beautiful

Very nice apartment: large (we were 4), functional, comfortable and quiet. Pavla and Radek are very kind and helpful. We would highly recommend it.

The place is an absolute recommendation. We spent two + our two dogs for 5 nights in one of the apartments. The property is located and equipped as described. Everything was very clean and there is enough storage space, such as space to put the dog beds. As hiking enthusiasts, we were out and about every day without a long journey, or you also have the routes right outside the door. Among other things, we also made excursions to Füssen with Neuschwanstein Castle and Lake Constance. Shopping, bakeries, as well as restaurants are available in the neighboring villages or also countless farm vending machines. The hosts were very friendly and communication was always quick and easy. We were very happy to be there and would always be happy to come back. Best regards from Leipzig

Lovely fresh, clean and comfortable apartment, had everything we needed. About a 10-15 minute walk from the old town on an incline to the apartment or catch a bus the K Line. Our host also gave us information of cafes or restaurants to visit and some walks which was great to refer to. We did visit Buron Wirt Restaurant which was a 5 minute walk, superb food. We would stay here again. Thank you

We stayed with 6 people and the host was amazing. Just south of Newschwanstein Castle. The other castle ruins are just down the road. Easy travel to attractions all around. We had kids age 5-young adult with us. It accommodated up to 11. The house was equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need ok the kitchen and bedding, including cribs and changing tables if you had a baby. Even had a play area out back for the littles. Close to anything you might want for food or groceries but quiet and peaceful. Host was amazing and wonderful. 10/10 would recommend. We will book again.

The apartment is easy to find, parking is right outside the door. Seefeld ski lift can be reached in 5 minutes by car or ski bus, just like the village center. Wonderful view from the living room and balcony. Exhibition a bit outdated, bedrooms very close to each other. More suitable for families with smaller children. Federica was very helpful and friendly.

We visited for the 2nd time and it was great again. The apartment is quiet and you can get everywhere quickly by car. Gladly come back.

A lovely top floor chalet looking towards the mountains surrounding Oberammergau. Christina was very helpful and my stay was very enjoyable.

We booked this place very last minute, late at night, and it couldn’t have worked out better. Check-in was seamless, and the space was spotless—perfect for my family. But the real highlight came in the morning when we woke up to absolutely stunning views. This host and home definitely deserve all five stars!

We spent a few days there skiing there. The apartment is spacious, yet cozy. It was well equipped, pleasantly warm and impeccably clean. I was able to contact you at any time and got a very quick response. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely be back. Thank you!!

We felt incredibly comfortable in the apartment. There is a separate entrance with a cute little terrace. The equipment of the apartment is really super good. You don't need anything because everything is set up and thoughtful down to the last detail. What a beautiful place to stay! It’s slightly out of town but a beautiful walk down to Innsbruck. There’s also a very easy bus down to town that runs regularly.

One of the best Air B&B locations we’ve stayed at. The view was incredible and the town was great for outdoor adventures. Hiking and skiing from the front door. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful and cozy time at Carolin's place and we didn't miss anything, we felt at home. Cozy, Bavarian and yet modern and comfortable - just the right place for us! Carolin provided us with many tips for the area and gave us several small delicious attentions on arrival. Super clean and well equipped. We'd love to recommend :)
