The place was great for what we needed! I would read their house rules carefully regarding pets if you plan on bringing your dog with you. The dogs aren't allowed on the furniture, including the bed, which is pretty hard for us since our dogs are accustomed to sleeping in the bed. Lynn's team was accommodating to that and allowed our dogs on the bed if we put a blanket down first. Otherwise the listing is exactly how it's listed!! We did have some problems with the GPS though, for some reason Waze will take you to a different address than Apple Maps. For once, Apple Maps was better...

This is my girlfriend and I’s second stay at this location and we are so happy we were able to return. We wanted to come back because it was so nice the first time, and it lived up to our expectations! The house itself has a great location as it is close to downtown as well as other natural areas. The view is great and the space itself was clean and inviting. Very cozy and welcoming! The bed is comfortable and the shower is very relaxing. Parking is easy and Bethany was kind and communicative. We will be returning!

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

The retreat is amazing. we stayed doing hurricane relief. great to have a quiet place to decompress. And a kitchen to make our meals. Very clean, very relaxing, lots of yoga props, great access to town with shops and restaurants.

This sweet place is lovely, peaceful, private but also social if you prefer, walkable, safe, and has everything you could need. I appreciated having a dedicated off-street parking spot during my stay. Everything is clean and fresh and well thought out. The bed was a dream and the linens were exquisite, must have been a very high thread count. This was the perfect base to explore Asheville from and thanks to Emilie’s recommendations, I had exceptional local experiences. I will definitely be back for another stay at the Chestnut Street Inn!

We loved our stay at Traci's! The space is perfect, there are so many little touches from the artwork to the fresh baked cookies. The area is peaceful and has lots to offer just minutes away. We appreciated the recommendations on places to eat and drink. And the espresso and sparkling waters were a nice surprise, thank you! We would definitely stay here again.

This was such. cute place for my partner and I to spend our weekend. From all the gorgeous decor to the cozy feeling the place provided I am so glad we were able to stay here :)

The apartment was very nice, just as described. It was a great value for being in a decent walk to downtown. Whole Foods is a block away, great for snacks and morning coffee. Would recommend if you’re able to make the 10 minute walk up the hill to downtown.

Gabrielle and Eric were incredible hosts even in really difficult circumstances. During our stay hurricane Helene hit NC and there was a lot of flooding and trees falling. As with a lot of NC the water, power and cell service went out but Gabrielle went above and beyond to make sure that we had food and water and light. The entire area was affected including their own home but they still checked in with us and kept us updated on what they heard about the situation and had the culvert to the cabin rebuilt on the same day. Aside from the events the airbnb was lovely. It’s modern inside with sizeable rooms and more than enough space for the three of us. It was clean and warm and well stocked. We had our toddler with us and she had a great time with the toy box provided. We also really appreciated the high chair and children’s cutlery/crockery provided.

Fantastic place. Great views. Quick access to Biltmore. Angela met us on arrival and couldn’t have been more hospitable. I strongly recommend her place. It’s a gem!

Me and my friend visited for my birthday and this listing was perfect! The bed was amazing, the space was very nice and clean, and the location was perfect for our activities! Very quiet and comfortable :) My only regret was not coming while the garden was in bloom! Will definitely be back to stay again and see it in it’s full glory though.

Loved our stay in Candler. The host was easy going, dog friendly, and obviously cares about the property. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and a lot of extras. The hot tub was perfectly balanced and relaxing. There were ample linens and towels. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable furniture. And beautiful landscape. Not far from Asheville and had several hiking options within a few minutes drive. We will plan this trip again!

We had the best stay at Denise’s place. Everything was immaculate. The hot tub was excellent. It was the perfect getaway and the fresh bread was a real treat.

We were so lucky to find this place about 2 miles from my Son’s house. After a short ride on some windy, hilly roads (not bad at all) we arrived in a lovely neighborhood. As hosts they were friendly and helpful and more than generous. They supplied breakfast foods, water bottles, and other food stuffs that were more than welcome after a long drive. The Airbnb was spotless and welcoming, bed (master, we didn’t use the other bedroom) was extremely comfortable. Of course the hot tub was a huge bonus that was also a welcomed perk. Barbara and Steve were there when we arrived and were More than gracious. From start to finish our visit was perfect. We felt right at home and access to downtown Weaverville and Asheville was a breeze. We will definitely return.

Wonderful stay! The apartment was beautifully decorated and super cozy, and the hot tub was a lovely bonus. Location was fantastic—maximum 20 minute walk to anywhere downtown. Frank and Peter were so kind and accommodating, they even gave us a nice bottle of wine from The Biltmore. Would stay again in a heartbeat, highly recommend!

We had a great weekend stay at Susan’s place! Very spacious. Comfy bed. Clean. It was great having water bottles and coffee available to us. Brought our dog Millie too, the yard was convenient. And the hot tub was great after a cold afternoon at the Biltmore!

Our host, Alex, was terrific. Very friendly, responsive and kindly lent my husband a belt for an event we attended as he forgot to pack his own from home! The space is perfect and meticulously clean. Bed is very comfortable and kitchen has lots of pans to use for cooking which we appreciated. WiFi is good as we needed to work remotely for a day there (desk, kitchen table and covered outdoor picnic table provided lots of space). Not to mention aesthetically, it is a gorgeous place. Alex suggested a great park around the block (Bent Creek Community Center) and the neighborhood is walkable. Of course Bent Creek has fantastic trails close by. Highly recommended staying here! You won’t be disappointed.
