Theresa is an amazing host!! She reached out to us and was always very quick to respond. The condo is cozy and was a perfect size for my family of 4. The condo is in a great location and an easy walk to the beach. We also appreciate that Theresa provides a beach wagon, chairs, and boards. It really saved us from not having to bring this down. Thank you Theresa for being such a wonderful host!!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We chose this house because they were close to our daughter’s wedding venue. Just as a side note, we stayed there right after the biggest snowstorm Savannah has had in over 20 years. The house was very clean and well stocked. It is in a great location with lots of stores and amenities nearby. We did have to contact Wilherme and Julie about some minor issues. They quickly responded and took care of everything. They went above and beyond for us. We would definitely gladly stay with them again!

Laura's place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a great stay. Recommended.

Great place to spend some time in Savannah. This comfortable apartment is walking distance to both the uptown historic destinations as well as the downtown restaurants, and its location near Forsyth Park meant most of our outings started with a lovely stroll thru the beautiful park. Beds were very comfy, the kitchen was well equipped and the entire place was very clean. We got top notch communications from the host with clear directions for accessing the unit and street parking was easy and free. We would stay again!

My Girl Scout Troop (5 adults, 8 teenagers) stayed for 3 nights in Feb 2025. The home was perfect for our large group with lots of living spaces for girls to spread out. The screened porch overlooking the water was a favorite. Unfortunately, we had terrible weather, so we really didn’t get to use the outdoor spaces. But, it looked lovely. The kitchen was well equipped and there were sufficient, good quality linens for our group. The location was absolutely perfect, allowing us to visit Tybee Island and Savannah easily. Cooking at the house and packing our lunch kept costs to a reasonable amount. Rachel, our host, was sooo accommodating. Our GS council required a certificate of insurance to be shared and Rachel was able to help us with that. This is truly a beautiful property. I would absolutely book again!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for the perfect place to enjoy Hiilton Head. The amenities were all within a short walk and the fishing was an even shorter walk. I can't wait to come back again.

Beautiful home. It was the cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in. Great location with large private yard. Awesome dock with power, water and a fish cleaning sink. Beds were very comfortable and the shower in the primary bathroom is so nice it makes you not want to get out. There is plenty of outside sitting areas and the floor plan is big and open.The host is very responsive and helpful. We are excited about returning to this wonderful home.

We loved the home it was lovely. In my opinion the distance to the beach was an inconvenience. It’s a good walk for families with little kids or older retired adults. The golf cart was not accessible on one of the days and we didn’t get any communication about the situation until we were already at the beach. Driving was an option but even then the distance was long for my parents who are 80+. We still made memories and had a good time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Big enough for everyone to have their own space. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds 3-4 years of age. The hostess was wonderful. She was willing to help if needed.
