Beautiful property with stunning views of the ocean. All amenities are very close by. The beach was very quiet and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Nice room with a beautiful view to the beach. Place was very convenient as there's a fairly priced Tiki bar downstairs just steps from the beach. We had our hot water not heating up enough and the host was very responsive and fixed the issue right away. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Beautiful sunrise view. Peaceful. Bring clothes. Spices if you cook. Or bring nothing shopping is close. Very comfortable. Beach and rain day activities provided. A week was not long enough. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Barry's condo was exactly as advertised- a quiet, clean beach front retreat with a perfect terrace for watching the sunrise and ocean waves. Kitchen was well-equipped; large bright master bedroom with comfortable bed. Plenty of towels; beach chairs and boards available. The pool was warm and never crowded. We met some friendly folks our age (seniors) who come back every year. We are already planning to return.

I felt right at home in Luke’s condo! I didn’t get to spend much time there as I was working, but it was lovely while I was there! I would love to rent again!

Tony’s place is located directly at the beach and has a great view! The communication with Tony was fast and very friendly. Parking was right in front of the house and the area has some great cafes and restaurants! Over all we loved the place!

Well kept condo at a nice, quiet, and pristine neighborhood at a great location. Walkable to beach and friendly neighbors and few minutes drive to the downtown St. Augustine. Sophia is a wonderful host and she proactively gave us the option to check-in early, as soon as the condo was ready.

The condo was beautiful! It had everything we wanted or needed. We brought our 8 year old grandson and there were games/water toys for him to play. Theresa messaged me and asked if we needed anything. She was a great host.

Absolutely loved staying at this Airbnb! It was a 5 min walk from the beach and 15 min drive to downtown st Augustine! Perfect location! The host was beyond amazing, I forgot something at the place and she was able to get it back to me which meant a lot to me! She was very friendly and kind and provided recommendations of places to go as well! The Airbnb itself was so cute and made me feel right at home! Definitely recommend staying here!

It was the perfect place to stay! Exactly as represented, very clean. Spacious and right on the beach with a great balcony. TV setup was super with a lot of choices. Master bath was huge with several sinks and mirrors. Very dog friendly with grassy area out back and doggy stations. The dogs loved walking on the beach which was just steps away. Perfects hosts, proactive and responsive! Highly recommend!!!

We are return customers! We love this home and enjoy the proximity to the beach and local day/night life. We are a family with 3 kiddos and this place is perfect for them - kid friendly and entertaining. Looking forward to our next stay soon.

Second time staying at this unit, and despite the weather making the beach a little chilly, we enjoyed our stay. Definitely pay attention where you're stepping-- the "Beware of Snakes" signs on the lawn are there for a reason. The hurricane probably displaced a few from their normal homes, but there was a tiny rattlesnake on the walkway our first day, so be especially careful if you're got your fur babies with you.

Great place and walking distance to the beach as well as short drive to St. Augustine. We only stayed for one night but liked that they provide all essential items such as kitchen supplies and beach supplies which makes it easier for someone who will be staying for a longer period of time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and loved that we were able to bring our pet here we have a small shih-tzu and he enjoyed the walk by the beach as much as we did.

Primo property! Exceptional condo with all the luxuries of a vacation home. We were provided an easy, accurate list of entry codes etc. Use of their beach chairs was an added plus to this peaceful property! Great ocean location (no cars on the beach). Many thanks to our hosts!

We were so happy with the location, the easy beach access, the thoughtfully stocked kitchen and bath, and peace and quiet of your wonderful space. We hope very much to return again!

The view was the main reason why we chose this location and it did not disappoint! Also it was very roomy, especially since we were expecting 8 and only 4 of us made it due to the hurricane. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great out on the patio.

Nicole was a great host. Very responsive and available all throughout our trip! We had kiddos with us and they loved the variety if beach toys for the beach. We rented both units and they were both clean and ready early. The location was quiet and a quick 2-3 min. walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was our 2nd time with the same host yet it was a different unit in the same building. Both experiences were great! The building is beautiful and the condos are spacious. The balconies are like having a giant patio with amazing outdoor space to enjoy the weather, views, and sound of the ocean. My only suggestion for improvement is more starter supplies for such a large place. We had 8 adults sharing 4 br. More towels, more TP, hand soap, laundry soap etc. and of higher quality. Dish soap for handwashing dishes and sponge or dishrag, coffee pods, all absent. It’s a pain to have to go buy that stuff the first day when staying up in a condo. I’ve stayed at much less expensive Airbnb’s that are supplied much better with these basic consumable supplies. The little things make a big difference. Also note the bunks have bunkie board mattresses, thin and uncomfortable for adults. Only one of the 4 was above average. One full hall bath. The other two full baths are inside bedrooms.
