What an absolutely beautiful stay. The space is absolutely impeccable, close to everything but far enough away from the busiest street. Laura met us to check us in and helped us with the elevator and stairs!

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

Exquisite lady, great stay, great strategic location to get around on foot and very close to many places to visit by car! I would go back!

Federico is an excellent host! The apartment is very centrally located in montecatini, 5 minutes walk to the train station and close to restaurants and groceries. The apartment itself is very clean and equipped. I felt right at home. Definitely recommend!

Very nice apartment, well located close to the train station (ideal for visiting the Cinqie Terre) and in a typical building. Quite light noise insulation but respect for night hours, TV stopped at 11pm by neighbors. Be careful for travelers who are being transported, it is difficult to park in the neighborhood.

This was the perfect place for our Riomaggiore stay. Annalisa met us in town and took us to the room, which was super comfortable, clean, and in a very convenient location. The only issue we had was that the instructions for the washer/dryer unit were not super clear and not all of our clothes dried completely. But it was likely user error. We absolutely recommend staying at Casa Livia!

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. We came to catch the November truffle festival. Close enough to town for a 15 min walk, but far enough to enjoy the scenery and the hills. We stayed for a week and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The villa is so tastefully decorated with interesting paintings and whimsical items both contemporary and ancient. The house is bathed in natural sunlight. Lorenzo is a wonderful host and his cleaning lady is equally gracious. The property is absolutely spotless, the kitchens are fully equipped, and the beds are so comfortable. Very quiet. There is a small garden that my son just loved traipsing around, smelling the rosemary, oregano and picking random olives. Lorenzo also had a guide book that he had created, and it provided some excellent suggestions in terms of itineraries. Lastly there was one really sweet outdoor cat that we loved seeing daily. Highly recommend staying here!

An enchanting place for those who love to be surrounded by greenery and nature but at the same time within walking distance of two wonderful cities such as Lucca and Pisa. The house is cared for in every detail and Gianni and Irina were delicious hosts. Our kids also really enjoyed the stay. In short, a highly recommended location.

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

This is an amazing place, immediately outside the city walls for very easy access to all that Lucca has to offer. The house itself has amazing facilities both inside and in the garden with the pool/ table tennis etc. kept everyone entertained really well. We had a great stay, thanks very much!

We are so thankful for the kindness Stefania showed by picking us up after our train was cancelled and we had to change to a bus leaving very early. She also tried to book us a taxi to get to the train on departure but it didn’t work so she so kindly picked us up. Also we only had 1 day to do Cinque Terre and Stefania gave us awesome advice and tips. We had great communication the whole time as Stefania has great English skills. Thanks for everything 🌻

Clean and comfortable. Great to cook in the kitchen. Nice big shower with good pressure and enough towels. Enjoyed our 4 nights during the New Year and the heating was very good. Great location.

This is a superb Airbnb! It is really well located within the walls of Lucca and is easy to walk to all the attractions within Lucca. Restaurants and shops are only a few minutes walk away, the station is about 15 minutes walk with bags. The apartment is gorgeous - it is beautifully decorated, spotless and is extremely comfortable. One of the more interesting things to do in Lucca is to walk the 4.2 kilometres around the city wall and you can access the wall walk only one minutes walk from the apartment. Leandro was a wonderful host , he replied to all our questions really quickly and sent us really clear mini videos about how to access the apartment and the features of the apartment before we arrived. There is an excellent TV with streaming and the wifi works perfectly. Highly recommend staying here if you are lucky enough to visit stunning Lucca.

Wonderful house, even better than expectations. Thoughtful decor, high-quality appliances, very comfortable beds. Appreciated quantity and quality of the toiletries in the bathroom. The house is very central, close to shops, bars, restaurants and some of the main attractions of the city. Everything is within walking distance and the location is close to Piazza Santa Maria, where you can easily park and unload your luggage. The hosts were very kind and provided clear and exhaustive information about check-in and check-out, how the house works, and the surroundings of the house. Beautiful view of the city and Torre Guinigi. Recommended!! Only caveat: I confirm that the stairs are narrow and steep. Not recommended for families with strollers or reduced mobility
