What an absolutely beautiful stay. The space is absolutely impeccable, close to everything but far enough away from the busiest street. Laura met us to check us in and helped us with the elevator and stairs!

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

Exquisite lady, great stay, great strategic location to get around on foot and very close to many places to visit by car! I would go back!

Elena could not have been better to us. Her listing, directions and the cleanliness of the apartment were right on point. Everything is there for you while in the walls of Lucca. It is a really great apartment with super nice pool and fantastic views. We were all very comfortable.

We stayed for 15 days at Federico's house. The clean house is equipped with everything you may need, also the bathroom with the extension made in December and the parking space is excellent 100 m from the house. The house is in the central area and every morning they reached the thermal baths comfortably on foot. Montecatini is in an excellent location to visit art cities such as Pistoia, Lucca, Florence and many other beautiful villages. Federico was a very kind host who helped us bring our luggage to the house, and was always ready to respond quickly for our every need. Highly recommended !

Very nice apartment, well located close to the train station (ideal for visiting the Cinqie Terre) and in a typical building. Quite light noise insulation but respect for night hours, TV stopped at 11pm by neighbors. Be careful for travelers who are being transported, it is difficult to park in the neighborhood.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

we were welcomed with a very friendly smile and Anna showed us around in her lovely place. Parking was easy in the garden, the views on the garden in mountains were stunning. The house has 3 levels with a fully equipped kitchen at the first floor which. Small seat outside to have breakfast with the views. Beds were great, 2 convenient bathrooms and a nice place to chill plus another area with a desk. We received lots of nice suggestions from Anna Lisa and the nearby restaurants / bakeries made a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. We came to catch the November truffle festival. Close enough to town for a 15 min walk, but far enough to enjoy the scenery and the hills. We stayed for a week and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The villa is so tastefully decorated with interesting paintings and whimsical items both contemporary and ancient. The house is bathed in natural sunlight. Lorenzo is a wonderful host and his cleaning lady is equally gracious. The property is absolutely spotless, the kitchens are fully equipped, and the beds are so comfortable. Very quiet. There is a small garden that my son just loved traipsing around, smelling the rosemary, oregano and picking random olives. Lorenzo also had a guide book that he had created, and it provided some excellent suggestions in terms of itineraries. Lastly there was one really sweet outdoor cat that we loved seeing daily. Highly recommend staying here!

An enchanting place for those who love to be surrounded by greenery and nature but at the same time within walking distance of two wonderful cities such as Lucca and Pisa. The house is cared for in every detail and Gianni and Irina were delicious hosts. Our kids also really enjoyed the stay. In short, a highly recommended location.

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

Clean and comfortable. Great to cook in the kitchen. Nice big shower with good pressure and enough towels. Enjoyed our 4 nights during the New Year and the heating was very good. Great location.

Awesome flat in the center of Pisa, close to restaurants, tower of Pisa, the central station. We even walked from the airport to the flat which was a 30 min journey :). The flat itself is clean, very nicely decorated and has all the amenities you would possibly need during a holiday. We will be coming back!

Just a perfect stay. The apartment is even lovelier than the pictures and is so peaceful and comfortable. It has been renovated with evident love, taste and skill and we were very sad to have to leave. Lots of extra touches that make such a difference. Leandro was extremely responsive and kind. We would certainly want to stay in this gorgeous apartment again. Lucca itself was a delight. We enjoyed meandering around the labyrinth of streets and cycling round the walls on the bikes that Leandro provides free to use with the apartment. Going in January was great as it felt quiet and peaceful.

Thank you very much Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs!
