Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Fiuggi

I highly recommend this accommodation :) The view of Lake Nemi from the balcony, as well as the surrounding area, is absolutely stunning. The town itself boasts beautiful architecture and serves as a great base for trips to Rome, nearby Castel Gandolfo, or even the Tyrrhenian Sea. The apartment had everything I needed, and I especially appreciated the availability of a washing machine and dryer here :) The only thing worth noting is to bring some warmer clothes at this time of year (our visit was in November) since the apartment, typical of this type of building, takes some time to warm up. Additionally, being close to the lake means the weather is cooler than in Rome itself. Nevertheless, I have very fond memories of my stay here and hope to return someday! The host is an incredibly kind person, and communication was seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here to everyone :)

Private secure car park is great for guest who drives. Without car, it is also convenient where metro is about 5min walk from the apartment. Washer and dryer are very useful so we don’t have to pack too many clothes.

My sister stayed at this stylish apartment located about a 10 minute walk from her destination. The neighborhood is quiet, in fact she came back on foot late in the evening without problems and well served by shops of all kinds mainly food. The owner was kind and accurate in contacting her, explaining how to enter the apartment. The place is small, but functional, with a very bright kitchen living room, with all the comforts to prepare breakfast or just a coffee. You can also cook if you want. The appartment is great, super clean, have a bus station and a grocery store that you can reach by walking. The appartment have a great kitchen and a cute terrace. Our only negative point with this place is that it’s far away from the center so you absolutely have to take the bus which is not always there on time which makes the traveling time consuming. Other than that, this place is great!

Stay in Cristina's apartment for 5 nights, when arrived Cristina provided clear instructions to get into the home. There was little notes labeling where to keep bags, instructions on keys etc (found this very cute and nice). the area itself is wonderful, it is about 25 mins to central Rome by metro (about a 4 min walk) located in the center of the town. Around are lots of cafes with great bakeries and a lot restaurants/food spots. The apartment was provided with compliments in the kitchen and also a section in the fridge to purchase some beverages (alc), there was bathrobes and towels also in the bedroom. The overall aesthetic of the apartment was wonderful and the terrace area was very cosy and chill. Overall everything was amazing, would definitely stay here again. xx

Raffaele and Alessandro were very kind to offer me check-in flexibility despite it being a holiday. Check-in with Alessandro was simple and punctual; he showed me the apartment and gave me directions on how to independently manage the heating. The house is warm, cozy, clean, very comfortable as it is very spacious and also with a nice balcony. The apartment has recently been renovated and the bathrooms, kitchen and furnishings are brand new. The area is very quiet and easy to reach the center with a pleasant walk. It offers all the comforts you may need during your stay: from the washing machine to the dishwasher, dryer, air conditioners, hairdryer in both bathrooms. It was like being at home.

A really cool Little private place in the grounds of a Roman Villa with lovely grounds but very private. Views amazing and croissants to bake a really nice touch. Will hope to return.

Cosy apartment with real fire

Everything is perfect, beautiful house, clean, easy to reach, not far from the metro line A. (5 minutes walk) Strategic location to reach the most named places in the city. Quiet place. The host was very kind, we even found the brioche for breakfast and coffee. Great value. I am very happy and highly recommend it ♥️

The house is most charming, renovated with high quality materials and much taste. The kitchen is well equipped and together with the living area forms a spacious and relaxing ensemble. There is a ‚snug‘ on the ground floor where you wish to stay and spend your time with the interesting books from the library or just relax and do your morning exercises (yoga mats are already there). Upstairs the sleeping rooms are equipped with comfortable beds. The two bathrooms have all you need. Sermoneta is a lively small town. The people are very friendly. On the main piazza there are several bars. A bakery is round the corner. Several Restaurants can be found in town. The guided visit of the castel is worth doing. Also the walks (as described in the documentation in the house) are offering spectacular views and wonderful countryside.

Kristina is an amazing host, the rate of response to any question is first class. The property itself is great with outstanding views! The pictures do not make justice to the view really, you never get bored of it from all side of the house. The 3rd bedroom is on the small side but fully functional, the swimming pool is really a splash pool (probably 5x2.5m) but perfect for a cool down in summer. There are quite a few public swimming pool around (the fiuggi golf pool is very recommended). The house is semi-detached but the neighbour (Ivanka & Luigi mentioned in the house manual) are very discreet if you want privacy but ready to help if any issue - the best of both world really! All round great rental & amazing host, thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about Serena’s place. Great location, the place itself is well kept/pristine, very comfy, and welcoming, and the price is unbeatable. Serena was also very helpful and accommodating to me and my family. I’m very grateful to have been able to stay at a place like this and for Serena’s kindness. Giovanni and Sarah are great hosts and the experience from booking to arrival through to departure was easy and stress free. Clear communication, easy to follow instructions, and responsive. Roberto is a wonderful host that goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. He was very responsive and helpful. He is very friendly and warm. The home is exactly as described. It has many amenities that make even a long stay comfortable. The home is spacious and can certainly host a family. The kitchen is well-equipped if you'd like to make your own meals The home is situated in a very charming square and only steps from the main square of Castel Gandolfo. Castel Gandolfo is a very beautiful and charming town. I highly recommend this airbnb if you are in the area.

Stephanie was a great host! Left us a New Year's gift when we stayed over the new year's. The rooms were clean, and he was very communicative with us throughout the stay. The location was about a 20-30 minute ride to the tourist spots, but it is quite worth it because of how easy it was to get in with multiple public transport spots. The restaurant right next to the place was also very good with friendly staff.

a great stay in Rome. very nice accommodation, functional, connected. there is everything you need on site with small gifts from the owner. accessible, flexible owner... Metro 2min walk (30min metro to reach the main sites of Rome perfect) lively neighborhood at the foot of the apartment...store, bank, restaurant.... i highly recommend this listing for a stay in Rome.

Angela's apartment is modern and functional: comfortable beds, large rooms, well-stocked kitchen with everything you need and comfortable bathroom. Great location, walking distance to the pharmacy, the market and several shops. The most important thing is the metro stop that takes you to the city center in 10 minutes. Everything went great, I recommend this place to everyone.
