My beautiful House is directly opposite a park, 10 minutes walk to the bay and close to Williamstown beach (20 minutes walk). It is also situated in Melbourne's historic beach side area of Williamstown. The house is in a quiet street, with ample parking directly opposite. There are shops and a supermarket about 8 minutes walk around the corner. The nearest train station is Newport (20 Mins walk) which is a 25 mins train ride to the city. We were so lucky to stay here for 2 days, it’s was incredible! So lucky we managed to stay here just before leaving the country. The spa is great, master bedroom bed is super comfortable - I didn’t want to leave! The place is really nice throughout and very comfortable. Would love to stay for longer and experience the house extras next time!

The house is as described, no problems at all. We needed a temporary place to stay when we had to vacate our house for a couple of days. Great house for dog owners as it was fully fenced all around. Next time I will ask for an extra key a just the one key was hard to manage but otherwise, exactly what we needed. Thanks

We had our father in hospital from an unexpected road accident. We are from the country so Being with Tennis on in Melbourne we were struggling to find accommodation close to the Alfred. I got on to Air B n B and found John’s house. John was very quick to respond. It was only a short easy drive to the hospital and the house suited us well for the 3 days we spent in Hampton and visiting our father. John’s house felt very homely and is what we needed while visiting our father in hospital. Thanks John. Cheers

Jennifer’s place was perfect for our week in Melbourne. Close to the park, shops and other amenities (including the tram). We enjoyed our stay and appreciated that Jennifer went the extra mile in providing a porta cot and high chair so we didn’t have to bring these from home. Highly recommended.

Kerrie was an unbelievable host! Her home was tidy, sparkling clean, close to shops and a short walk to Elwood beach and cafe's surrounding. The beds are comfortable, bedding and towels are supplied and great quality. The decor was fresh and had a homely feel. The wardrobes in bedrooms are large and rooms are a great size - if you are travelling with a few couples, there will be no fighting over which room is the best as all are treated as master bedrooms. Kerrie was extremely helpful, had great recommendations, quick to respond and genuinely just lovely to deal with. Highly recommend staying at Elwood Star - we had a fabulous time.

Cameron is a very responsive and caring host. His house is lovely and we felt very comfortable. The house is extremely quiet at night which is just lovely. The beds are comfortable and the house has lovely outdoor spaces. It’s really close to shops and we had a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is in a good position a short walk to the sea front with restaurants , bars etc and also the shopping area . The bus stop is just a few minutes away and connects to the train station for easy access into the city. We enjoyed the outside courtyard which was a peaceful place to relax. The owners contacted shortly after our arrival to see if everything was ok and replied quickly to any e mails.
