Bernhard is fantastic! To start it off, he was able to accommodate our last minute booking at 1930 day-of after another AirBnb didn't match the description. Then, after already saving our trip, he was so kind and met us at his amazing house and gave us a personal tour complete with instructions for all appliances and the sauna. 10/10 hands down the best host we have ever had. If you feel like something is missing from the house, be sure to look arpund; its got everything! Then the house, it is immaculately cleaned and fantastic all around. During the tour he said that it was just remodeled and it shows. The house is beautifully decorated and he loves to repurpose items in creative new ways. The pictures are spot on, couldn't recommend this house or Bernhard more!

very nice holiday, very good accommodation but with small children very high up on the Obersalzberg. always recommended as accommodation in Berchtesgarden.

We were a group of 6 adults and 3 children with dog. Check-in was super easy. House was great and the view was also mega beautiful. We turned on the fireplace in the Jägerstüberl and let it go. We will be happy to come back, thank you for the place !

Very nice apartment in a complex with several apartments. Sauna and pool are a great touch. The staff at the reception was very friendly and it seemed very familiar. We were also offered a bread roll service. The only small drawback: if you come from the ski slope, you walk 15 minutes uphill. But as long as you're good to walk, no problem. We would come back any time 👍

We felt completely comfortable in the apartment! Everything was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and the balcony offers a fantastic view over Berchtesgaden – just perfect for relaxing evenings. The location is optimal, many beautiful hiking routes and also the Königssee are easily accessible. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to use the bus on site free of charge, which was super convenient. The many flyers and tips for activities in the surrounding area were also particularly helpful. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed with Teressa and Monika for a long ski weekend and were completely satisfied. The place very clean and corresponded exactly to the photos, the location was off the road/ place however we really enjoyed the tranquility after a long day of skiing. Communication was great, they responded immediately to questions and requests and helped us. We can recommend the place anytime and will definitely be back.

It was a great place overall. The kids had a lot of fun, and the house was comfortable, modern, and spacious. You had all you needed for a winter vacation with kids and winter sports. I will definitely come back.
