Location, location, location! Spanish Trace 222 is right on Crescent Beach - just a short walk by the pool and over the dunes. You’ll also be close to lots of stores, attractions and restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and storage for our family of seven. Well stocked with towels, beach towels, linens, beach chairs and kitchen items. Coin laundry on property, not in unit. The pool was a highlight for us. Cool and refreshing with lots of tables and chairs around the pool deck with umbrellas for shade. Easy check in/check out, and great communication with host. All issues were addressed promptly and did not affect our stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend this condo!

Our family of 11, including 2 toddlers, had a wonderful little vacation. The house was very safe for the little ones with the large porch overlooking the beach and ocean. The older kids had a great time as well. So did the grownups. We enjoyed visiting St Augustine and different restaurants. Flying kites at the beach. Even swimming in the cold ocean or having a drink on the porch. The double washers and dryers were very useful with this large group. The house is very tastefully decorated and practical. We hope to come back another time.

Our family of 6 stayed at this home for our Christmas vacation. The beds are super cozy, lovely outdoor areas & pool plenty of space for everyone. The location is perfect minutes to anything on the island. We cooked in & ate out. We enjoyed fishing, Fort Frederica, Dolphin watching, SSI Lighthouse & Pier All nearby. highly recommend if your looking for a nice family place on SSI. Thank you for sharing your place Chris

Carleshia is an outstanding host - comprehensive, responsive, and ready to assist with anything. The place is stunning and unique. I love it! I would recommend it to anyone who's visiting Jacksonville.

This day made my daughters and I have an amazing time. Will definitely be revisiting and re-renting.

This is a duplex on a main street but there wasn't as much traffic as I thought so it was easy in and out and didnt hear road noise. Quiet inside the house despite neighbors having a fun night celebrating the new year. The only time you could hear the neighbors was out in the backyard. The backyard is cozy there's a covered section with tables chairs and ceiling fans, and a hammock out between the trees. It is fenced with a tall fence so it's great for dogs, it's a small area so not for exersizing the dogs, but thats what the beach is for! Speaking of the beach, it's right around the corner with easy access. The house is clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and has plenty of extra amenities. Highly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful. The host was friendly and helpful from the very beginning, and the condo was clean and comfortable and just as described. We would definitely go back!

Amazing place to stay. Extremely clean and quiet with all the amenities you need to relax. Location was ideal for our trip as it was central to not only locations in St. Augustine, but also potential side trips to Jacksonville and Daytona. The host was proactive, communicative and friendly. House rules were simple and common curtesy, nothing extreme. Already planning a return trip.
