Had a great stay! Hosts were very responsive, place was very clean and relaxing! Would stay here again. Loved the bed and TV setup!!

Our stay was great, beautiful location. It was a perfect kitchen for our needs with a sunroom to enjoy our meals. The second floor sitting area was a nice bonus for the second floor bedroom.

Our stay was flawless and pleasurable. The rooms were sleek, spotless and very quiet. All had independent temp controls and TV. The kitchen was airy and modern with stainless Viking appliances. All consumables, like coffee filters, were in ample supply. Beds were soft but supportive, with comfortable pillows sheets and quilts. On top of that, the location in the center of Greenwich at the heart of Greenwich Ave. was marvelous. Every evening we could wander down and explore the upscale shopping opportunities, then pick from dozens of excellent, interesting restaurants. Overall an excellent experience and highly worth it.

Great stay! Spotless, cozy, and well-decorated apartment. The fully equipped kitchen and coffee options were perfect. The bed was super comfy, and the pull-out couch worked great for my family member. The chalkboard wall was a fun touch, and the office desk was perfect for work. I had to get a place last minute due to construction and plumbing repairs at my place . Aaron's apt was available. The place was easy to find I drove in pretty late so it was dark and cold outside. When I could not find the right door or key ( the lock box was cold due to weather) I called . Aaron came over got the key . Helped us carry bags. My own parking space was greatly appreciated . It is a quiet neighborhood . Neighbors are quiet. Everything was great Thanks Aaron!

Huge and beautifully decorated, the apartment was a great place to stay. It was super convenient with lots of parking, close to many restaurants and the train in Port Chester. The main downside were the windows that let in all the noise from the street and the bright street lighting.

Very cute Airbnb and location. Clean and wholesome, spacious and nice sized space for a group of 6-8. We were worried about the one bathroom, but with coordination/communication it can work (plus the outdoor shower was a nice perk)! I appreciated the dish washer, full equipped kitchen and the beach chairs provided and table/chairs in the deck. The upstairs AC was also incredible! Downstairs AC unit was trying their best 🙏. Staff also provided a sweet personalized note and number to call if anything else was needed. Felt much at home. If queer/POC, just be mindful that Ocean Bay is not like other parts of Fire Island (Pines or the Grove). Be safe and don’t wander off alone.

Had a fantastic weekend getaway! The condo was a perfect place for my girlfriend and I located right on main st. Ended up having a terrific weekend and Alec was an awesome host. He helped with any questions and made it super easy and relaxing. Highly recommend!

The unit was spotless, with cozy throws, soft sheets, and comfortable temper foam mattresses. Jennifer goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable. It was conveniently located 5 minutes away from stores, restaurants, and freeway.

Marcela was a fabulous host! She is very thoughtful and we had everything we needed. She also responds very quickly. The place was very clean and efficiently organized. It is a true gem. We would definitely stay again! Thank you Marcela!!!!

This is a comfortable, affordable place to post up on an outing to the university. It has all the amenities any visitor would need.

Had a wonderful stay with my family. Clean, comfortable, great location. Good communication. Had a little trouble with the front door first day but someone was available quickly to help. A+

This was a fantastic day! I was here for three days over the course of a conference along with a guest and medium sized pet dog. The amenities were clean, the space was very well kept, and the check-in was an easy process. We had no issues getting inside, and the location was perfect: right next to Yale University and tons of great restaurants. Very walkable location, and the host was quick to reply to any questions we had. I would 100% recommend this day to anyone else looking for a place in New Haven.

Great place, exactly as advertised. Terrific location near ferry dock (making arrival/check-in extremely easy and fast, which was a relief after a long trip to get to Fire Island), near the little main hub of Cherry Grove… minutes or less to the general store, restaurants, bars. 5 minute walk to the beach. Although there is some bar noise at night, the unit is well sound-insulated. Hosts extremely friendly and communicative, full of info and recommendations. They take pride in their place and in being great hosts. Cozy place with very good value for Fire Island. The pool was a nice plus - salt water pool, lit at night. Met some of the other residents in the building who were extremely friendly and fun. Bed was very comfy. We slept in a lot. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Nice desk in the bedroom for the few times work called. Roku TV. Lots of board games Bedroom has AC which worked great. Beach chairs and towels included. Coin laundry on site worked well. Great value. Would definitely return!

Everything was just perfect! Just what I expected. Expect the best when you book here. They're worth every penny. Will return again.

Great experience

This was the perfect last-minute getaway for my always on-the-go family in need of some quiet bonding time. The condo was simple and clean, the beach beautiful (even in the winter), and Alice and Gasper were very responsive. Would highly recommend!

Such a beautiful condo by the water! Too bad we stayed in November, we would have enjoyed the terrace way more! Mia was so responsive and helpful with my questions prior to the weekend at her place.

Ildiko was very friendly and proactive. Her place was very clean and in a great location just a few minutes away from downtown Southhampton. She had plenty of linens and towels. The best part were the toys she had which my kids couldn't get enough of! Thank you Ildiko!
