Holiday rentals with beach access in Finikoudes

The place is close to everything, the center, supermarket, coffee shops... the host was very friendly and responsive. every time we needed something, even if at night, she would reply and support. the place is modern & well equipped with every you need. highly recommended.

Andreas prefers to welcome his guests himself and explains everything that is important in the apartment. The location is fantastic with private beach access and large terrace: if you want you can hear the sea rustling from getting up to falling asleep - a dream! Infrastructure is all right from the front door, from the bus stop to the tavern and shopping. We also immediately fell in love with the cats of the residential complex... We will be happy to come back!

Ideally located accommodation, all amenities on foot, downtown beach restaurants bars etc... Impeccable cleanliness, warm welcome, Savas is very friendly and available, everything was planned for us to have an excellent stay, I highly recommend it!

Excellent house right on the seashore. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We rented this place for a month, and Stavros made us feel very welcome and very well looked after. He provided a baby bed, baby bath and a security gate upon request, and delivered to the property home made cakes and home-grown fruits from the family farm. We were very comfortable staying here, and were sad to leave; we could have happily stayed for a month longer. Thank you again to Stavros for a wonderful stay in Cyprus!

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

We staying in the apartment for a few days away. To be able to relax and walk to local restaurants and the beach. It was perfect for that. This is a residential area with day to day activities going on in and around the building. A very short walk to the beachfront and just a few steps to a small local shop where you can get everything you need. Very helpful recommendations from Vanko and a nice, aesthetically pleasing apartment. We would stay again ☺️

Very nice apartment near airport and lovely beach. It is not far from the center, where you can enjoy fun or history. Host was very nice and helpfull. We really appreciate that we could borrow toys for kids for playing on beach. Thank you that we could stay here a enjoy our first meeting with Larnaca :)

This is a peaceful village, very close to Larnaca. It was great with a 10-month-old baby since there was a crib and a high chair. The place is full of art and accessories. The kitchen is fully equipped with details. The bath is great and the water is great. The elevator wasn't working although it was mentioned, rather than that, everything was perfect.

The true definition of a super-host :)

great location, close to buses, beach, shops, promenade. The water heated up quickly. Great communication with your host. Very high humidity, towels can't dry out overnight or even a night. The heating was poorly working. There is a washer, but you have to look for clothes dryers in the city. For me, the biggest drawback is the lack of daylight in the living room and kitchen, most in the morning. The window separating the bedrooms covered all the light - I didn't notice that in the photos. In the winter, it's great for 2-3 days. Only a glass shower for a bedroom - a very innovative solution for me. Overall a great stay, but only in the apartment in the morning and for the evening.

I have booked Maria's place for my parents and they have been vary pleased with it. Apartment was very clean and lovely. Everything was spotless, and just perfect for Them. Lovely little balcony to enjoy peaceful atmosphere. Perfect size bedroom with all essentials. Beach only cross the road. Maria is a lovely host and responded promptly. No problems with booking or apartment whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Maria's place. Maria, thank you for hosting my parents in your lovely apartment.
